I came to look at cars with no intention to buy that day. I was just getting the feeling for the dealership and the cars thinking I would probably buy a new car within the next few months. I came in at he opening without an appointment and was quickly greeted by Marina. I briefly described the requirements I had for a new car and she took me to see a new Mazda 3 All-Wheel Drive Turbo. It was exactly what I wanted down to the list of safety requirements I had. That car came loaded with amenities, refinement and power. Even the color was perfect! The financing was terrific and easy. I could not have hoped for a better choice, the all experience was just perfect! I had bee researching new cars for a few months and was almost convinced I would buy a Tesla model Y. Mazda came in my mind only the day I walk into the dealership. I am so glad I gave the Mazda team a shot. Best decision I made this year!
We bought our Mazda 3 from their. 2 persons, named Jose helped us, one of them was floor manager and the other person was the sell representative. Both of them were very nice and professional! In a car delearship, you need to bargain hard for the price. But what matters to me is how this is being handled. Jose did it in a very professional and nicest way possible. He will definitely do great in his career!
Good car buying experience overall but salesmen tend to lie in order to shut you up and set you to the side. I bought a car and was supposed to get a very minor cosmetic repair done that same night. After 3 weeks passed I finally got what I needed but had to keep calling and nagging to check on the status of my needs. When I would call the sales representative who helped me he would either say that he was busy and would call me back (he usually never did) or he would call me back to say that my order was put in and it would be delivered. I finally got so annoyed and I called the parts department and had to talk to someone from there and he was able to help me and had what I needed by the next day.
The best service came afterwards where they contact me non stop, over and over and over asking for review or rating. This is the fourth review. Amazing service. I love them. Please stop. Ill even pay to stop these constant requests.
Their detail/body shop is about 20 miles away, and it took the detail/body shop about 80 miles to complete buffing out my car because of errors in their work. Glad the dealer stayed up on them to complete the work on my car satisfactory. I just wished they didnt have to put 80 miles on my car and use 40% of my fuel (they left the car running for 30 mins a few times). Body/detail shop is Dynamic Collision Center Redlands.

I walked in and was greeted by Juan. He, hands down, has amazing customer service. I told him that even though he sees multiple customers he still greets and treats everyone as if he knows them. If and when I upgrade to a newer model car, it will be at this location because of Juan.
I knew I wanted a new car. Mazda Fontana had the best deals and the largest inventory. Jose helped me find the car I wanted and was great at explaining everything and working with me to get the best deal. Thanks to him I had a great car buying experience.

Well had a 7: 40 appt ..check in at 7:51...waited for 2 hrs and saw other get their cars done that came in after me. i asked about my car, then they said they didnt have fitler...rep said oh its on the way..still one hour later nothing...so i asked for my car and left..all i wanted was a simple oil change that i have paid for in advance to make things simple . i will be contacting corporate office to see if i can get a refund on future oil changes.

The Fontana Mazda facility has a beautiful showroom/waiting room, with lots of free snacks and beverages. All of the employees are courteous and professional. However my service, basically an oil change with an update to the infotainment system, took more than two hours which I though was excessive. Also the mechanic indicated that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced but the service tech didnt mention this to me so I didnt have the opportunity to have it done while I was there.

Update** Since calling them April 20th to be removed of all marketing, I am still receiving mail to buy back a car I dont own any longer. To think that when you take your car for a error message years later you will be bombarded with calls and mail that wont stop.

Went to Mazda to get my free oil change for healthcare workers. Didn’t own a Mazda, but it was not a problem. Oil change was done within 45 minutes of appointment arrival time. They even was my car, and I believe waxed it too. Car paint is way smoother than I remember it. Oil change with synthetic oil was only $60.00. Would’ve gladly paid it. Toyota dealership wanted $100.00. Service staff was very friendly. Dealership very clean. Will definitely come back to get my oil changed. May even buy a Mazda in the future. Keep up the good work guys.

Since my previous ontario dealer dumped the mazda brand this dealer in fontana was a great find to keep my tribute in shape. my only suggestion is for you to open an account with Lyft or Uber to provide real time shuttle service for your customers both to and from your business.
I would not recommend this dealership due to their poor communication/follow up and the excessive wait time for repairs. I bought a used vehicle from them in the middle of October. It took almost two months for them to follow thru with the repairs to the vehicle that were promised in my sales contract. Nobody followed up with me to schedule an appointment for the repairs, as I was promised during the sale. The salesman called the next day to see how I liked the car. I asked about getting my repairs and he said Id get a call from the service department within a few days. Nobody ever called. I called them after 2 weeks. Once I brought my car in I was told they needed to order the parts. Ok, no problem. I was told Id get a call within a week once it arrived. I waited two weeks, still no call. I called and the part was in but then they had to send it out to match paint. Ok, no problem. I was told Id get a call within a few days once it came back. This was the week of Thanksgiving, so I waited an extra week and a half just to be sure. Nobody ever called me. I called multiple times and left multiple messages. Nobody ever returned my call! I spoke with someone that put me on hold for so long that I hung up after 15 minutes because I had to return to work. Now were in December and I dont know what to do, so I called the salesman that I bought the car from to see if maybe he could get someone to return my call and let me know whats going on. He returned my call the same day. Thank you Raza! He told me they had to send it out again because the color wasnt right and it would be back within ten days. Ok, the service guy could have called and told me that. The next day I got a call from the salesman saying the part was there and I could bring my car in whenever it was convenient for me. I went the next day. They took my car back fairly quickly and I could see my car being worked on thru the window. Once the car was done I got a call saying it was done and being washed. I told the service guy that I was there at the dealership waiting. He walked around the corner and handed me my paperwork saying it would be out soon and to see the cashier. I did, then went back to where I had been waiting. I stood there waiting for my car for at least another half an hour. Nobody came to give me my keys. The service guy went walking past and saw me still standing there. He did a double take and came back with my keys. Apparently my car had been brought around while I was with the cashier but I never saw it because I wasnt in view of the window and where they parked it. He said sorry for the wait and handed me my keys. Im a patient person and I understand that places are short staffed due to covid. I dont know if thats the case here, but the lack of communication, unreturned phone calls and excessive wait time for parts is unprofessional. Id expect them to provide the same courtesy to all their customers, whether they buy used or new, Mazda or any other brand vehicle they sell. I hope I never have to bring my car back to this dealership again.
