Our experience with this company has been stress free! We purchased new windows and are extremely pleased! Our service rep Marty McCain was the best, walking us through the process step by step. Installers were also great, cleaned as they worked and very polite!! Great job all around! Thank you guys for a job done right!!

Substandard installation. They were supposed to return to complete the job but there was a turnover in personnel and no follow through. One door was hung crooked and the entire assembly is just not right. Notice in the photos the gap at the top of the door and the snug fit at the bottom. We have used them multiple times and this has been a disappointing experience.

We couldn’t be happier with our install! The men were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend them! Drake, Jason & Jeremy were extremely pleasant to spend the day with.

Very happy with our new windows and doors. Marty and the sales staff took care of all the details and gave us exactly what we were wanting. Mcdaniels installers did a great job and only took one day to finish. They are the best in town

They do pretty good work and their doors are pretty. its hard getting a follow-up phone call though.

My wife and I are building our forever home. We wanted to stay local and decided to purchase new construction windows and exterior doors from McDaniel. Customer service during the sales piece was excellent, however that changed after payment was received. Our side door was delivered without a handle. McDaniel states the handle was taped inside the plastic which is wrapped around the door, but our framers did not find a handle. We spent over $20,000 and were told by McDaniel that we would need to purchase another handle for $81. Luckily we reached out to Sun Doors directly and they shipped us a replacement at no cost. I would urge you to consider other options before purchasing with McDaniel. Its highly disappointing that Sun could provide a replacement so easily and McDaniel refused to offer any resolution besides purchasing another handle.I regret i did not read the Google reviews until today as i see others have had similar issues. Also note that one of the 5 star reviews without comment is from our sales rep, an employee of McDaniel.

I try to support local companies when I can. This company does not stand behind what they sale and mislead.I remodeled my house years go. I purchased windows from McDaniel and the large company in town. I had one window from each company fog up. McDaniel charged me to replace a lifetime window. The other company did not. McDaniel sold me a lockset that carried a lifetime warranty, they would not honor it as well.Do yourself a favor and move on. This company makes you feel if you don’t have a pocket full of money your not worth their time.

We love our windows and new french doors! We cant give enough credit to the great installation crew for their service. They were so polite, so considerate of our home and just all around great guys. It was freezing cold out today but the weather never slowed them down a bit. They graciously accepted our invitation to a New Window Thanksgiving meal and then tried to clear the table when they finished. Thank you, McDaniel Window and Doors for a great homeowner experience.

Im well pleased with the windows I purchased with McDaniel and their professionalism to this point. The only reason Ive given a four star rating is the fact that the work has been recent. Ill come back and rate again after Ive had them awhile and am still satisfied as Im sure I will be.

Some of the worst customer service I have experienced! I ordered a door 6 months ago and it still hasnt been installed. I cannot get anyone to answer emails asking for status updates and I get tossed around to different people when calling. Found out the sales rep that initially measured had figured on the wrong type door and he no longer works there and now the person Im dealing with initially tried to make it right, but now I cannot get any answers from him. I ordered a similar door for my home recently from somewhere else and it was ordered and installed within 3 days, as opposed to this one currently at 6 months outstanding. Never dealing with this company again! One star is being very generous.

They do not stand behind their product/service. Lots of excuses and finger pointing. Save your time and aggravation.
