Desert Moon door was amazing from start to finish.. I would definitely use them again! their customer service was amazing, and they helped smooth the process we dealt with Home Depot on ( HD could use better customer service). Installer was on time and done very professionally!!!

A phenomenal company who was on time & professional! When Home Depot had made some mistakes Tammy went above and beyond to correct Home Depot’s problem and help us out. I can not recommend them enough!

Bought door from Home Depot in Aug., 2018. Desert Moon did the install. Door now has gaps in it and light showing through. Hope Depot said install is warrantied for 2 years Have tried to reach Desert Moon for several days to see if they would do the repair (I said I will Pay for it). No call back from this company. Customer service 101: Return phone calls!

Would love to give no stars. Ordered door they home depot in first of Sept. It is now end of Dec. They came out IN THE DARK to measure and take pictures. Door had to be reordered a 2nd time. Then the installer refused to put it in saying it was wrong and would have to tear out our entire frame. We said no. He slammed the door into the truck and left. Going to home depot we spent and hour and?agreed to remeasuring. Sent same guy as 1st time. Then we are told this company wants a reorder of the entire door of such another 4 to 6 wait. Sense their people wont even return calls there is no way I will allow then to put the door on. At this point I dont trust them to put the door on correctly. Please use best judgement on using this company.

If I could give a zero rating, I would. First, the initial measure tech showed up late to the appointment. Then, I find out (after waiting over a month for my door to arrive), that the installer canceled the installation without contacting me. Why? Because the new door swings out to the right when the old door swings out to the left. I specifically asked the measure tech if it matters which direction the door swings out, and he said that it doesn’t. So, the measure tech put in the order, I paid for it, waited for the door and the job to get done, and the installer then claimed that it’s wrong? Of course, they never called to fix their mistake, and all I could do was leave a voicemail message. I need the name of a reputable company.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Do not use this company they are contracted with home depot to do door installs. I waited for my doors to come in from October and they finally arrived in April. This guy Davin called me to set up appointment and came two days later. It took him 3 hours to put up the door only to find out it wasnt made correctly then he tried my second door same problem. This looks like a trend from this company after reading comments. Well, he said he would come back the following week and he never did. He didnt return my calls or texts. Then I escalated it to home depot and they couldnt even get a hold of them. Very disappointed! Over a week later the guy returned my doors so I could order new ones. Now, I am waiting for my new doors to come in again. I will not use this company!

I suppose Home Depot contracted us out with this company for a door measurement. The responding tech called me before arrival (great!). I missed the call, but no big deal, Im home. He rings the bell when he arrives; according to my ring camera, I made it to the door within 60 seconds of the bell ringing, yet he was already in his car driving off. Ive received no follow up from this contractor despite calling and no follow up from Home Depot, either. All around a complete waste of time and energy.

Friendly and understanding folks! They have stuck with me for over a year as the custom ordered doors I ordered through Home Depot have had to be re-done over and over and over because they were either damaged or done wrong. THAT is on the manufacturer. Home Depot has been great and Desert Moon Doors has been great through it all!! :-)

Just got off the phone with Tammy. I cannot understate how little she seemed to care about my business. Very cavalier, take it or leave it attitude. When will companies learn that poor customer service earns them a bad review?
