The almost have too many options for furniture! Good quality at competitive prices. 0% financing available! Only issue is the commissioned sales associates - lead to us feeling awkard/bad because several people helped us...not cool. Still gets 5 stars though.
Where to begin... We ordered a couch back in late July were told late August for arrival, cool no sweat... Week comes that we were promised didnt hear anything so called up to the store, was told it got delayed a week... Still fine, could have called but whatever... Next week rolls in, no call again so I call now its delayed til November... Switched couches like it wasnt a big deal they act like this is normal they do it all the time didnt even say sorry or offer a discount since I had to change from the couch I wanted to something else... Set delivery date and the couch arrives... How did I find out it arrived? I walked outside to mow my lawn and they were in my driveway... So I had to get a 16yo girl to help me man handle this thing in, scratched my wood floors all up because their delivery guys were to sorry to even nick and tell me they were here. Worst furniture buying experience ever!!!!
Morris Furniture is the worst unethical furniture company is the country! Their sales reps are worse than sales reps at a used car lot and every piece of furniture they sell in this store is either damaged or used furniture. We had a high end leather sectional couch that was delivered damaged with holes, broken recliners, scuffs over six times. There was so empathy or remorse from the company whenever this happened. We also had broken dining and kitchen tables delivered to us and waited two months for a replacement to find out that the replacements were also damaged. It also takes over two hours to get a hold of their customer care to resolve an issue since their store reps/managers will not call you back. We wound up returning the sectional and we are still waiting for our refund and it’s been almost a month. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this company and store. We wound up going to Watsons and had a great experience. If Morris Furniture tried to offer me a free $50,000 couch, I would decline the offer. Stay far away! I can’t even drive past their store anymore. I always take an alternate route.
After a second visit here we finally found the furniture weve been looking for. Diane helped us all the way and we could not be happier! Our new couch and love seat will be here next week. Thank you so much Diane and thank you Morris Home Furniture!
Worst experience of my life. I can’t get anyone on the phone. Worst delivery guys, destroyed my home while delivering the furniture. The brought the wrong Item, missing bed parts and left all these in my home. They promised someone will be out in a few hours or next day and it’s been over a week and no one has showed up. I have a huge box of unopened furniture sitting in my living room. I have no bed and scratches all over my house. I called customer service after an hour 15mins hold the lady came on the phone and told me “the truck broke down” next delivery is in 3 weeks. While I have a huge box of wrong furniture in my living room and a bed that isn’t put together with missing parts. AT THIS POINT I JUST WANT A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK AND TAKE ALL THIS FURNITURE AWAY. Unbelievable company.
Ordered on April 2020. As of July 2021 still not delivered. They say its a supply issue. They say come in a exchange it for something in stock. All they have in stock is the cheapest of cheap. Now saying it wont be delivered until October, I check daily on the order site and it changes daily. Wondering if it will ever be delivered or will they discontinue the line. So buyers beware! As if its in stock before you buy. And they wont give me the floor model. What a joke
Absolute joke. Ordered a complete bedroom set in February, was told 6-8 weeks. Tracking kept pushing further and further out. Now, 6 months later they say they cancelled the order! No call, no email… I had to go back in the store to be told “sorry about your luck”Good luck getting them to answer the phone!
Part 36/3/21 - The 4th scheduled delivery now did come but just dropped off 1/2 of the couch in my garage and left. I have no idea whats going on. I paid for white glove delivery and now i have a mismatched sectional in my house and 1/2 of a sectional (I think?) in my garage. I called customer care and they are now coming for a fifth time next week. Meanwhile, now I cannot use my garage. At this time ive lost track of how much time ive spent going into the store, leaving voice mails, on hold with customer care, etc.. etc.. etc... its gotta be the 20-30 hr. range.Part 25/29/21 - After having a tech come out and prove my claims, they were supposed to deliver my replacement today. Waited all morning, then tracked my order. It said unable to start. So i called customer care and was told it wouldnt fit on the truck... what? LOL!! You cant call me and tell me that? Just pick the couch up and refund my money please. Weve all had a good laugh.Part 1Perhaps one of the worst purchases I have made. We all know EVERYTHING is back ordered, I went in with the expectation. Looking for only in stock as I needed things now. The associate assured me what I was purchasing was in stock, I spent a lot of money and left Happy. Delivery 2 weeks later 2/3 of the order didnt arrive and what did arrive was wrong. I rejected the order. After I found out the couch was actually back-ordered I requested to cancel the entire order. This went back and forth frustratingly enough, and I finally agreed to keep the order with a discount and guaranteed delivery date. Everything came on the delivery date but the sectional couch color is mismatched, I didnt notice how badly for a few days, I thought it was lighting. Then, I thought I could just deal with it.... but im realizing, I should have just canceled. Its a reminder of a bad experience every day. We bought two pieces of furniture, the first was delivered within the a feed days, no issues. The second was promised the first week of July, it is now the first week of August and they still haven’t call to tell us what is going on. We continue to have to call to see where our piece. I ordered my furniture in November 2020 and it just came in June, 2021. The ottoman was delivered on June 3rd nothing else. The rest was to be delivered last week. The sofa wouldnt fit so I had to send it all back but they wouldnt take the ottoman. Called the store and they said because it had been in the home over 3 days they couldnt return it. Went to the store was convinced to keep the loveseat and chair and order another love seat because the sofa wouldnt fit. Was promised the second love seat would be in the second week of July. Just checked the order and it is already delayed to the end of August. Here we go again !
Karen was absolutely amazing to work with! Super personable and made the couch customization process fun. Can’t wait to receive our new sectional! The only reason I wouldn’t say 5 stars was because the check out process went past closing time and the other salesmen kept looking over her shoulder and pacing back and forth trying to rush us to leave when we were trying to take our time reading over all of the finance information. Karen’s demeanor remained patient and was very much appreciated!
I highly recommend to NOT purchase the furniture protection plan from Guardian. Salesman told us they are great at fixing things. Dog chews, spill wine, seat wears out from sitting etc. So far weve filed 2 claims, both denied. When I tried to have someone come out and fix a piece of the fabric my puppy had chewed I was told the couch isnt made anymore and they have no way of getting the material needed. My couch is 2 1/2 years old and I have a 5 year warranty. How can it not be fixed even when Im willing to pay out of pocket? I had another furniture company come out and fix it. Took him less than 30 minutes. He was able to use a small piece from flap on back of the couch. Why wasnt this offered, or any type of resolution? When speaking to Guardian and reading the reviews, the rep said this is their number one complaint, companies not being honest on what repairs they actually do.
I went shopping for new furniture. I was blessed to have spoke to Ethan on the phone prior to going to the store. He was so helpful & checked their entire inventory to see what would possibly work for me. I am short so trying to find a power reclining sofa that is comfortable is not easy. My arthritic knee was acting up & God bless Ethan. He went & brought a wheelchair for me & wheeled me around to look at different sofas & loveseats. I would highly recommend checking out this store as they have a wide selection. I would also highly recommend Ethan if you want a salesperson. Karen also assisted him as she has been there a long time. Be prepared that if it is not in stock, it will be a long wait for the furniture.
Lets start with the fact that I have bought two living room sets from this company within 10 years. Both times was not a smooth easy process other than when I swiped my card. After that everything goes downhill. The first set was damaged and they had to attempt fixing it several times before just replacing it after having to call off several times to be at home when they came for the repairs. This most recent time when they came to deliver our couch the delivery guys walked on brand new carpet with snow and mud tracks being left behind. Then once they left we realized at the bottom of our couch cushion cover was not completely stitched together. We called the manager Ryan and he had to send corporate multiple emails requesting for us to be contacted. Each time we allowed 1-2 weeks to go by before following up. After giving up we made several attempts to reach someone with corporate and no luck after waiting on the phone more than an hour every time. ONE TIME we got lucky enough for someone to answer. They said we would be contacted in 24-48 hrs for a repair to be scheduled...... here we are again 1-2 weeks later and on the phone again not getting an answer. You can’t put a price one time and stress. Go somewhere else when purchasing or I can promise, you will regret it.
Employees are nice. My decrying was delivered 7 weeks later than originally scheduled. When three delivered it (I ordered 4 pieces total) they only had 3 correct pieces, the 4th piece was not what I ordered. So I had to wait another week for the correct piece to be delivered. For the price I paid, I shouldnt have had that issue. I have heard its a common delivering problem and Im not sure why they havent figured it out yet. Sectional is nice.
We ordered furniture here on Black Friday. We have scheduled 3 deliveries and still no show. We have called the store they said they have all our pieces but still won’t deliver. I finally went back in for a third time and they said they accidentally sold one of the pieces and now they can’t get it again.
Placed an order for a sectional on 9/19/2020 with guaranteed delivery between 10/7-10/14/2020, paperwork for order said delivery on 9/20/2020. On 10/7/2020 I attempted to get an update on delivery, could not speak with a real person after holding for over 30 minutes but was directed to a website where I could check delivery status. Checked the website every day and delivery said 10/14/2020. On 10/12/2020 logged in to check status to see delivery date was changed to 12/2/2020, without any notice or update from the company. On 10/14/2020 went to the store to be informed they werent going to do anything except try to sell us other furniture we didnt want or cancel. Very disappointed and would not recommend.*edit So I contacted customer service like their response requested. Customer service said they werent going to do anything, that all delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. I explained that that was not what we were told at our initial purchase and if they valued their customers they would send some sort of notice if their estimated delivery date changes. They never responded back however our estimated delivery date has changed yet again, without notice again, to next year. Needless to say wed rather wait until next year for a different sectional from a different company with better customer service. Order canceled. Unless youre buying something in stock I would steer clear of Morris and any of its sister stores.
I purchased a mattress for my father at the Florence, KY store. Unfortunately my 85 year old father couldn’t get in the bed - It was too tall. I wanted to exchange it for a lower one, thinking it wouldn’t be a problem since I would be spending more. I called the store to speak to my sales person and she suggested I call costumer service (after her manager was no help what so ever) saying she was unable to help me and I must keep the mattress for 30 days. She said she would try and reach out to customer service to see what she could do. I never heard back from her. At this point my father is sleeping in a recliner. I tried to reach customer service myself for 3 days. No one answered my calls! Finally after being on hold for over an hour, I was told I couldn’t exchange the mattress at all because I didn’t purchase a pillow. Nothing was ever mentioned about a pillow purchase - Only a mattress cover which I did. After being sent back and forth between store managers and customer service, I was told I couldn’t exchange the mattress even though I had purchased a mattress cover. I have never experienced such horrible customer service! It has nothing to do with the current situation with covid. They just don’t care! I wish I had checked reviews before I walked in the door! Run don’t walk from this place!So this was their response after sending my information at their request. So don’t waste your time!Like I said I wasn’t told anything about a pillow!! Horrible company!!Unfortunately you must purchase a pillow and mattress protector to qualify for a sleep guarantee. That is listed on our policy and terms of sale.

DO NOT IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. Especially about the $245 5 year warranty. What a scam. Bought a couch/chair and a half and ottoman and the 5 year warranty.Not 1 year after we bought it, the cushions are literally coming apart. I have called 3 times, emailed pictures 3 times and spoken / emailed to 2 different people. Zero results as all of the furniture is now fraying and falling apart.I have recently sent an email to their customer service (so if you are about to respond with we are sorry about your frustration please contact us... Ive done that) and of course no one has got back with me. I have been more that patient and cordial with everyone I have spoken to up to this point.I plan to call again today to hopefully resolve this issue. It really does feel like a scam (the warranty).BTW...staff at the store was great. No complaints whatsoever there.Update a year later and nothing. Weve literally just resigned to put blankets over the bad cushions while Morris Furniture keeps our warranty money. Ridiculous what theyre getting away with. Read the rest of the customer service reviews and know that none of these people are even close to exaggerating about the truly awful customer service and what a total scam the warranty is. Id guess that a lot of the 5 star reviews are people who havent had to try to talk to the warranty/customer service department.
Grandparents purchased couch and a love seat from Florence, KY location. They were having issues with the arm rests. Tried calling several times to customer care and store, could not get anyone to answer. Went to the store, and was told a work order was created. After several weeks of not being contacted, my elderly grandparents went back to the store to be told that it looks like a work order was never created, but that they would create one for them. That was a month ago and no one has contacted them and their warranty is getting closer to the expiration date. As I am writing this review, I have been on hold with customer care for 53 minutes! I am sure they will hide behind the excuse of operating a business under the current pandemic conditions, as a business owner myself, I can say that many businesses are hiding behind that excuse and many have no merit. I have also emailed customer care with no response. Lets see how fast they respond to this. Simply put, why would any customer spend money with a company that cant do the small things right?

We purchased a chase sofa, reg 1,400 got the 50% off sale. Delivered 1 week early been in our home 39 days and falling apart. Went to store, run around, contacted customer service, 1 week now no response! Will never buy anything from this place again. We have no pets or kids, one of the sales people said the cushion my wife took in to show the was disintegrating, her words not mine! Have emailed Paula Wallace the customer service rep. 3 time now, nothing! This is the second sofa in 9 years or so, never again!
Purchased a sectional and ottoman and was given a “guaranteed” delivery date from the sales associate. 4 delivery date changes and 3 months later, half of my order has arrived. It’s been nothing but a headache dealing with this company, I will never purchase here again.

They lost my chaise 2 weeks ago on the day of delivery and I couldnt get in touch with anyone in customer service. I finally went to the store and asked for a refund. The manager said there would be 25% fee since it was a custom order. Morris is going to charge me a fee for chaise they lost, cannot locate, and havent delivered! I would avoid this place - its a sh*t show.
This is worst place to get your home furniture. We have on going issues with sofa and ottoman that we bought. They still haven’t fix it yet. We were supposed to get sofa seat change long time ago but still never got it. Our ottoman same wheel is keep coming off. Their customer service is worst ever. I would rate them -100000000. They keep you on hold forever and hang up on you. Sales reps always try to kiss your b—-t when you go to Morris furniture place but when the issues come, they barely help or resolve the issues. Sadly, while I absolutely loved my furniture, the service department is a total failure. There were some things wrong with my table immediately upon delivery. (We found a patched area on a very expensive marble table). I contacted the sales rep and even sent pictures, she said the store manager would follow up. I called the service department and was given the run around and told to send pics of the issues with the table and they wouldn’t even send a repair person out to look at the table. They declined to repair the table because it was existing damage. However, it was insinuated that if I LIED and said it was new damage that it might have been repaired. They did send someone to look at the couch. He ordered a replacement cover for a side and a new motor. They sent the wrong color cover and no motor. Then corona happened. Multiple calls have failed to get the items resolved. Now I have a beautiful marble top table with chips, pits, spots and several broken chairs. I also have a sectional couch that has never been fixed. The extended warranty I paid for is a complete and total disgrace.I’m in the market to purchase a whole house of brand new furniture, however this store won’t be getting our return business. Buyer beware.April UPDATE: I was contacted January 8th after posting this review. I was told they were very sorry, they would look into this and see how they could fix it. As of February 8th I had heard nothing, so I called in. I was assured they were taking it serious and looking into my case and I would be contacted. The lady gave me her email address. I’ve emailed her at least 5 times with no response. I didn’t have hours to wait on hold originally which is why this has went on this long. Now I’m even more aggravated with their mess of service than I was before because their promises are once again totally empty with 0 follow up. Ugh.
Purchased a couch that would fit in the small space of my living room. Decided to finally buy a nice piece of furniture. Not just a cheap couch from Big Lots. Our purchase was considered a special order only because I chose a different fabric. We sold our home unexpectedly and we were hoping Morris would work with us and allow us to cancel the order so I could get something that we really wanted, not just a couch that would fit in a small space. We were even willing to allow them to keep the 25% down if we could find something else within the store. I tried calling customer service (I live 45 mins from the store) after being transferred to the actual store in Florence only to be put on hold for 30 mins and the line get disconnected. Called customer service again to be told they were not answering at the store and I would have to physically go in to the store. When I went into the store I spoke with the person who sold us the couch and also the showroom manager. I asked about cancelling and they immediately were on defense and said that “no matter where I go it will take this long.” We purchased in June, it’s now end of August. I never made mention of the time it was taking and I was fully aware and understanding of the time it would take to receive the couch. The showroom manager said she would have to speak to her manager who would be in Monday and they would call me. Never received a call back. Tried calling Wednesday and spoke to an associate and said he would have the manager call me back. Again never received a call back. They have no issue stalking customers around the store to make a sale but once its done they want nothing to do with you. Very frustrating. I have given up and decided it not worth the hassle to keep calling or going in if they do not want to even try and discuss with me. I will no longer purchase from this company.
I dont know why I came back to Morris Home furniture after a terrible time with a damaged brand new couch a few years ago, but I did. After this experience I will never shop there again. I ordered a nightstand, dresser and mirror for my daughter and they were to be delivered a few days later. The sales lady told me the mirror was the only one they had so it would come off the floor and I was OK with that. The nightstand and dresser would come from the warehouse. When the delivery arrived, the drivers said they couldnt deliver the mirror because they had broken it on the way. They delivered a nightstand in a new box which was great. They gave me a dresser off the showroom floor (i recognized some of the scratches I had seen) and I told them it wasnt supposed to be off the floor that I was told I was getting one from the warehouse. They left it on my porch, snapped a picture and left. I noticed a big crack in the dresser and called the store to get someone to send me a replacement and find out if I was going to be able to get my mirror or a refund. Fast forward a week and a half and Im set to get a dresser and a mirror delivered, only before lunch on the delivery day I get a call from delivery saying they dont have my dresser and they only have the mirror and they will have to deliver the dresser another time. Im upset but its okay. The delivery guys get to my house and say they have the dresser on the truck but cant deliver it because it got cancelled before they got to my house. Now Im furious and I cant get a hold of anyone at the store and customer service is a waste with this company as I was on hold for 3 hours over two days trying to figure out what was going on with my order to never actually speak to a person! They take my damaged dresser away, leave my newly found mirror (later to discover it has a scratch on the mirrored glass so its also damaged but I dont want to deal with them anymore), and leave with my new dresser on their truck because they cant deliver it . Now after many calls, its supposed to come back to me a week later. Im beyond done with Morris. I will never step foot in there again!
You cant complain about sales people tripping over themselves to help you. Our sales person, Shanice Rinner, was about as helpful and patient as she could possibly be. She was very truthful about how long to expect our furniture to arrive at our house and it was bang on. Extremely happy with our purchase.

Terrible experience. I’ve bought plenty of furniture from different places and this was by far the worse experience yet. I will not be going back. They ended up arriving a hour early and left my $ 2000 mattress outside. They did text me 7 minutes before they just dropped it off to let us know they were arriving soon. They forgot our box spring when we called they told us our salesman forgot to order it and we’re rude. We still have a whole bedroom set that we paid 5,000 we’re suppose to get from them and they told us that it would be here on 12/24 when speaking to customer service the last told us that it won’t be here til 02/11/2021. We will be looking at different furniture else where and canceling when we have a chance to get around to it.
Couldnt have been happier with my purchases at Morris Home Furniture. I worked with Diane and she was so knowledgeable about everything we were interested in purchases. Her help in putting together fabrics was the best. Totally recommend you give them a try when looking for your furniture decor needs.

The salesman, though nice, was not knowledgeable of the items I was interested in. If I had not done my research on line, I would have not known any better and I would have walked away not buying the powerlift chair. When I explained to him that that was not what on line showed of that item, he went for the manager so i would better understand. She was knowledgeable, would not have known she was a manager coming toward me by the way she was dressed had she not introduced herself. She explained to him how the chair did work, and that I was correct. He tried to tell that on all the recliners none of the foot rests elevated. To add insult to injury, they then further went on to not match the online prices. Tried to charge me an extra 200 for delivery. I said I would go home and order on line. They went on about how on line you wouldnt talk to a real person. At this point, I wish I HAD not dealt with a real person. Next day, the chair went on sale, and per their on line policy, they were supposed to match that, but instead, the kid told me no, that they already matched the online price...which has NOTHING to do with the sale which changes the price. They also wouldnt honor the 10%, which would have matched what I would have paid on line total. I stopped talking about the 10%, but when they notified me the next day that the chair was nearly 100 less than what I just paid less than 24 hours ago, I was really upset. Nearly 200 dollars more they got from me by not following their own policies. I refuse to do business with people that cheat customers. Trust gone. On to delivery, they arrived earlier than expected. Sent me a text stating they would be there in an hour and a half, which was earlier than their time frame. Within 20 mins, they were here. I was not ready, but made due. Took pictures of the box. Shows not to use a box cutter. Someone cut a handle into the box (weighs 139 pounds), knicked through the material! Never again.
I have had a couple bad experiences here. The most recent was a leather couch I bought 2 years ago tore between cushions within a year after normal wear. We had purchased their 5 year protection plan for $245 and I have been contacting their customer care for months via online and voicemail with no response. This started before Covid so they cannot use that as an excuse. Their customer service is non-existent and their protection plan is a scam! We also purchased bedroom furniture a few years ago and they said it would be delivered within 4 weeks. 2 months later we hadnt received our furniture and they would not return our calls for weeks. I finally went to the store in person and got an update. It took 3 months to receive our furniture. They are only worried about taking your money and then forgetting you exist. I will never shop there again!

BUYERS BE AWARE! Absolutely the worst furniture buying experience for me-ever. Six weeks ago I bought 4 items (sofa, 2 chairs & entertainment center) and am still waiting for my order to be completed . Day #1 delivery-received sofa and part of the entertainment center, driver said the other piece of entertainment center was not in his lane at warehouse for delivery. Day #2 of delivery-they called me at midnight to notify me of my delivery the next day; they called me the next day to say delivery was cancelled (product was damaged). Delivery day #3-they delivered a damaged piece (with no hardware to install); They gave a 2 day window for delivery#4 (Saturday or Sunday)Delivery #4-they said they would call on Saturday to set time for delivery on Sunday-no call on Saturday and here it is noon on Sunday-still no call. When I called Customer Care, I was put on hold for over 2 hours, disconnected, asked for return call (to this date no return call), store manager sent email to corporate office requesting assistance with this issue and no reply to manager or us as of yet! 6 weeks, no end in sight! No communications, just apologies from store personnel (they were nice people). I still need 2 chairs and an entertainment center. If you need frustration, apologies, and disgust Morris is your kind of place. (I gave this a 1 star because I had no lower option). Worst experience buying furniture! Purchased a couch from there and it broke within 2 months. Had to send multiple repair men to my house. THEIR OWN REPAIR MAN SAID THEY KEEP MAKING FURNITURE CHEAPER AND CHEAPER AND CHARGE THE CUSTOMER MORE AND MORE!! Also took them into their warehouse for repair cause the repair man didn’t get it right and kept for 4 months! When it was finally returned it was more uncomfortable than when it was broke! Was told by one customer care rep that the couch could be switched out with another couch. Then they strung the process out to take a year and told me nothing they can do. Will never purchase from this place again and highly recommended that you do the same.

No contact from the store or salesman only a recording telling me to leave a message and they will get back to me. I have already left 2 messages with no return call. The worst customer service I have ever received!!! Would not recommend!!!
We were told when we purchased 2 couches from there a month ago that our sales rep would call us the following week to let us know when delivery would be. Fast forward 4 weeks from purchase, I was on hold with customer service for over 2 hours just to be told that our furniture would not arrive now until September!! Never once heard from the store about the delay in our delivery. We will now be moving into our new house with zero living room furniture due to the HORRIBLE communication on Morriss end.
Very bad and rude customer service. Unreliable. Never answer the phone when you call costumer service.
We were greeted at Morris by Diane Mullins who was very patient and helpful while we picked out living room furniture, bedroom furniture and a mattress. She asked us questions so she could show us the type of furniture we were looking for and she was very knowledgeable about all the furniture. She made our experience at Morris so much easier! After we were finished selecting it all, she brought over her manager Mike Hill. Mike offered us a price for the furniture that we felt was very fair and we left having a great experience. We intend to look at Morris first the next time we need furniture.
We recently purchased 2 night stands that were on clearance because they were being discontinued. When they arrived the tops were heavily scratched so we refused the order. When I contacted the store, the manager had actually argued with me stating that we should have expected scratches since they were on clearance. I reminded him that we did not expect to be buying scratch and dent pieces and did not get a chance to look at them at the time of purchase since they had to be shipped from other stores. Since then, it has been three weeks since my purchase and I have not yet received my refund totaling almost $1000!
We really enjoying our couch buying experience at Morris. It was a no pressure atmosphere with good prices and quality home furnishings. Lewis our salesperson was very friendly and professional. We enjoying working with him while we picked out our sectional couch. Keep up the good work!
Had a great experience purchasing a dining room table and a brew table and benches. The staff was just awesome and went out of their way to get us what we wanted and provide us lots of options for delivery and for financing. One of the best experiences Ive had with furniture purchasing. I never felt like they staff was pointing me to something for their purposes - they were interested in helping me find what I wanted at a great price. Josh and Shanine were amazing
Dropped 9,000 for king size mattress and 3 pc living room set. Mattress was delivered the next week. Morris was to remove old king size mattress. They refused due to a small dog vomit spot. Said they could not touch due to COVID. We are in our sixties. Had to borrow a truck. Had to drag the mattress down from 2nd floor. Had too gas up truck and pay $10 to dump it. Morris did reimburse for that. We were told there would be no problem to remove the existing mattressThen the 3 pc living room set after 16 weeks of waiting arrived today. We chose option to have Morris bring into house and we would remove plastic. All 3 pcs arrived in a box. Couldn’t get through the door we told delivery. They refused to remove boxes and place into our home. Let’s just say I argued with the delivery guy and his boss. She told him it was up to them as to whether to unbox and move iinto house or not. Still w all the plastic on it. The delivery boss finally agreed to unbox and bring in. But I slipped the two delivery guys $20 each. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM MORRIS AGAIN AND THAT INCLUDES ASHLEY. YOU CAN NEVER CALL AND TALK TO ANYONE NO MATTER WHAT. UMBER YOU CALL YOU GET SAME RECORDING TO HOLD ON. THEY NEVER ANSWER
Someone at Morris parent company Ashley might eventually get my issue fixed, but the damage has been done. We ordered a couch several weeks ago. Were notified by email the night before delivery that they could not find the couch in the warhouse -- thats all. It was two days of back-and-forth (almost all initiated by me) -- the store tried their best, but their customer service and distribution centers dropped the ball in a big way, not even responding to numerous emails and calls by the store manager. I personally called every available extension at their HQ myself and no one even answered the phone. Their presidents voicemail was full and he still has not called back after I left message with a receptionist. I eventually got to the parent company -- Ashley Furniture -- and they are still waiting to hear back from Morris (which is one of their franchise operations). I was finally told today that the couch is nowhere to be found. Mistakes happen, but these are systemic failures -- in operations and simple customer service. This company is pretty broken.Just an update: I was told last week that the owner/CEO does not take customer calls. Water rolls downhill.(Please Morris, do not post your cut-and-paste response to all your other negative reviews. The right people are fully aware of this.)
We loved the fact that when we walked, we were greeted by one of your sales people, Lewis Thorp. I asked him where the reclining sofas were located and he walked us in the direction of the reclining sofas. As we were walking I told him that we are just looking, he said I understand you have to find something your going to love. He pointed out the sofas and he gave us the time to look. My husband and I looked around, walking the section with recliners not bothered. We were able to look, sit and discuss the sofas we saw. as we were finishing looking and approaching the one we liked Lewis was walking back over to us. It was perfect timing, he asked if we found any we liked or had any questions. We told him we both agreed on the first one we saw. We asked him a few questions and he answered with great knowledge. Thank you for having a great selection of sofas and a wonderful sales person like Lewis. I wish Lewis could train all sales people in all lines of sales.
Excellent selection & service. Skylar Clark is an awesome salesman & very knowledgeable. We purchased a living room set, master bedroom set & kitchen table. It all looks perfect in our new home. Customer service after the sell has been wonderful too.
Ordered a dining set that was delivered on June 10th. Our delivery was incomplete-missing one of our chairs. We were never contacted. I have attempted to call customer care and the Florence store at least 20 times for more than 2 months. My husband and I have also both sent emails. We can not get ahold of anyone and noone has reached out. Currently on hold (again) for 37 minutes with no sign of anyone picking up.
Did a great job helping us out. Took time as we walked around picking out different pieces of furniture. Got a great deal on a great piece of furniture
My wife and I have shopped for furniture a few times in the past couple of years at Morris. Twice we were helped by Jeff Bowman. He is extremely knowledgeable, has a good eye for colors and fabrics too. Helpful and very pleasant to work with.
Bought a 6000.00 bedroom suite. It took a month to get it only to have one piece (after confirming that is would be delivered) not make it on delivery. I had to take off work another day for the last piece only to see that it was on the truck on its side wrapped in a blanket (no Box). I denied the delivery and went to the store where they told me another dresser would be available in a month. I then started getting delivery set up calls the very next day and everyday after that to delivery the SAME dresser that I denied. Tried to call delivery and the last attempt I was on hold for over an hour before giving up. So now I have to make my 4th trip up to the store to speak to a human.In addition to the delivery issues,we bought a sleigh bed and wanted to exchange it for a flat head board and they wanted to charge us 400.00 more for the sideboards and foot boards which I already had in our bedroom with the other headboard. I will never ever buy from Morris again.
Buying the furniture was not a bad experience but everything else was horrible. 1st delivery was taken back because of damage to 2 dressers. Rescheduled for next delivery and after bringing in several pieces I was told the rest of the furniture was not available. Now the story gets worse. First, I called numerous times to the Florence store where I bought the furniture. Never had anyone answer the phone and unable to leave a message because their mailbox was full. I tried mailing and not one reply other than the automatic we received your email. I decided at this point that since they were unable to complete their part of the deal and I was unable to contact anyone by phone or email, I no longer wanted their furniture. I went to the store to cancel my order. I was offered a discount to allow the deal to continue. Not one explanation of why I could not contact them by phone or email. Furniture was picked up for return and I noticed the back of the dresser had a large hole in it. Delivered damaged but hidden from me. Now comes the part on how I was unable to contact any one again to inquire about my refund. I will never purchase from Morris again and would never recommend them to anyone. Refund is now back in my bank account. Case closed.
The sales associate was very nice. There was no high pressure sales pitch which I appreciate because I don’t like to be sold. She showed me a variety of items and I ended up buying more than I came in for!
I purchased a couch and loveseat from here last year. I purchased the insurance because I was told anything that went wrong with it, it would be fixed or replaced. I contacted the store in March due to the couch and love seat making a horrible noise whenever you sit down. Due to covid, I didn’t receive a call back. I contacted the insurance company. They said it sounded like something was wrong with the frame of the couch and the warranty doesn’t cover it. I reached out via email to the store. I received a response in April that said I would be contacted in 24 hours for someone to come look at my furniture. Here we are in July now. I haven’t heard anything from them. Calls and messages go unanswered, as well as emails. Just take your business on over to value city. It’s a bit more expensive, but you will get furniture that lasts more than a year.Called yesterday and spoke to customer service. They said my request for the third party to come look at the furniture was not forwarded on in May and they would do so. I had to move in late June due to my lease being up. I was just told today by customer service, since I moved, the manufacturer warranty is voided, even though I elevated up the issues well before I moved. So customers not only get screwed with faulty furniture, they now use covid as an excuse. Amazing company. 🙄
Dont do it!!! The sales associate at Morris used us having 3 babies to sell the $500 protection plan that when it came down to it is complete BS!!! They lied to us and told us Guardian covers Everything Just dont believe anything these sales ppl tell you!
Not what I wanted. Meaning I was looking for a medium but not too small pub dining combination set with bench and 2 or 3 stools. The set I liked, the salesman talked it down. So I left. Tonight was a different atmosphere so I dont see myself returning any time soon.

Karen was our sales woman ...she pointed us in direction of what we were looking for... shes wonderful....no pressure... just when we were ready..........then on day of delivery right at 2:00 when couch was supposed to be here .. We get the phone call ..not enough delivery guys showed....so will have to reschedule...so were supposed to get the couches tomorrow....?????????? This is second time promise furniture from the store and never get when supposed to 🤔
Lewis was helpful in helping us with the living room and dining room sets we purchased. Five-star experience with him. Delivery, on the other hand, is an absolute joke. Our original purchase date was August 30, 2019. We were told delivery would take a couple of weeks because they had to get it from the supplier. On September 14, 2019, the couch and loveseat we purchased at the same time were delivered. Quick setup by the delivery workers (removed plastic wrap, attached feet). They told us the dining room set would be coming on a different truck later that day. It didnt show up. After a call to Morris the next day, we discovered that it hadnt come in from the supplier yet; they said it would take another week. No big deal. September 21, 2019, and nothing happened. Called again to find out that they still didnt get it from the supplier; said to wait 2 more weeks until today (October 5, 2019). Received a text at 12:45pm that theyd be here within 15 minutes. Finally. Actually, no. Received a call from the delivery company that the truck it was on broke down, and itd be out later today. Received a call an hour ago stating that they cant deliver it today because there are broken pieces in the set. They now say that they promise theyll deliver it on Tuesday (October 8, 2019). I have absolutely zero faith that this will happen. Long story short: you should definitely shop at Morris Home Furniture if you enjoy waiting a month and a half for the already ridiculously expensive delivery service. Save yourself the hassle and rent a U-Haul for $30. Its a fifth of the cost and a whole lot faster.

The staff here is wonderful. They worked so hard to make me a happy customer and succeeded magnificently. My order was a tad complicated and at one point I had three people working on it all with smiles and eagerness to see it through. A special thanks to Josh the manager and Carla the sales person. I do not have the name of the third person who also helped pull this together but I wish I did to thank him publicly too. I will definitely be back in this Morris store to shop for my future furniture needs

The salesperson, Shanice was very helpful and spent more than one hour on three different occasions to help us determine the items that best fit our needs. If I could post negative stars I would. This is a long post so let me start by saying, look elsewhere for your furniture/mattress/anything.My wife and I recently purchased a mattress from Morris and scheduled deliver 2 weeks out. Delivery day comes and its getting pretty late in the day and I havent heard from anyone. I talked to customer service and they say Im the last stop and theyll be here around 8 pm. This is t great because I have a 7 year old and an 11 month old who isnt the best sleeper but I figure its only a mattress so it should be quick. They finally called me 3 minutes before they arrived at 10:44 pm. I was already in bed at this point because I had to work the next day. I found out that next day that when they showed up, not only were they late but they went up to my neighbors house and knocked on the door. Luckily my neighbors werent home because they also have small children.Right now it is 10:53 pm on their second attempt at delivering the mattress and I have yet to receive a call or have them show up. The window I received in two emails was between 3:30 and 7:30. At 7:30 I talked to someone at the store who assured me they were on the last stop before me and only ten minutes away in Burlington. At 9:30 I checked the status again and it said they had left that stop and were on their way. Every person I have spoken to has made no attempt to help and I have yet to even hear someone apologize. The customer service person had lots of excuses, the lady at the store told us there was nothing they could do and that we had to call ourselves because the last time she called she was on hold for 20 minutes. Gosh, that must have been terrible for her. I understand things happen but we are on our second attempt and they are 3 1/2 hours late and still no call/no show. Ive had some bad experiences with companies in my time but without question this is the worst. The delivery company is a 3rd party but when you partner with someone and they treat your customers like this you need to rectify the situation. Plus, who thinks its acceptable to deliver a mattress (or any furniture for that matter) between 10:45 and 11 pm?12/29/19: I have now been left with no choice but to cancel my entire order. The response from Morris was apparently just a form response because I provided my information to the email address they told me to and no response. I had to go into the store, again, and spent well over an hour. While I was there, 3 other people were at the customer service desk for similar deliver based issues and one lady was left in tears and eventually had to cancel her order as well. After being there for so long, I was told that my mattress was scheduled to be delivered today. I was also told that an area manager had been logged in and had initialed the order, which would indicate to the deliver people that this was extremely important. Apparently this means something very different at Morris because I called today to get a window for the delivery. The customer service person I spoke to begins to tell me how confused she is by the screens that shes looking at but after originally telling me that Im delivery #7 and it should be here by 1 or 2, she then tells me that she has found updated notes that indicate they couldnt find the mattress so it wont be delivered today. After blocking off two days to be available for the delivery and waiting up till 11 or later, the 3rd attempt to deliver this mattress has now failed as well. Of course I have heard its the delivery companies fault, which it is, but Morris chose this company and not one time have they offered to compensate me for all the lost time, the times Ive had to come back up to the store or the general convenience. Not one time did anyone go out of there way to make this delivery happen. In cases like this, you would generally reach out to someone with a little higher authority than you if you dont feel you can resolve an issue but not once did anyone higher up get involved.The moral here is dont waste your time.
Defective product, terrible customer care and follow up.I bought a custom made Amish table. It arrived after 3 month chipped, scratched and poorly varnished. I was assured some one would come and fix it. After several calls and as many weeks there has been no follow up.
Absolutely horrible experience. We ordered bedroom furniture and the additional “white glove delivery” which was supposed to set up & inspect all of the furniture. They literally just dumped everything in a room, still in boxes, totally unassembled, and left. Every single piece that we ordered had an issue with it. Cannot get ahold of customer service to fix the issue. Will never shop at Morris or Ashley again. They are an absolute joke.
Our experience has been awful. We ordered a sectional and were told that we’d be getting all the pieces together. Later that changed and we were told it would take a whole month to get the third piece. We were supposed to receive our furniture via delivery today. My husband received a text that they’d be at our house in 20 minutes. Two hours later, they didn’t show. After calling we were informed that our furniture didn’t make it onto the truck so we were out of luck. We paid an extra $300 for home delivery to just be told, welp you have to wait another two weeks or so. It’s been one thing after another and we will never shop with them or any company they’re affiliated with again.Now, not long after this review and after being told the couch wasn’t even on the truck, it miraculously pulled up with the couch in the back. Incredible. My husband waited two hours then had to leave for work. This was stressful. Thanks.
Order kept getting delayed received it three months after the original date with no communication from store. When attempting to call no one would return calls, answer or we would be placed on hold for no one to pick up again. When we did get ahold of staff they were rude and disrespectful. Overall would not buy another product from them just from the customer service.
BUYER BEWARE!!! Please dont spend your money at this store. I spent over $2900 only to receive 3 of 4 pieces of the entertainment center and 2 pieces were broken when delivered. I cant get anyone to call me back. I have emaied, left voice mails, and went to the store. Only to be told its not their fault call client service. I know have a big bunch of broken furniture sitting in my living room. I also hate that you have to give them a start as it feels like too much.
I highly recommend nobody buys from Morris furniture Co said you were Guardian protection warranty or whatever warrantee they have when something breaks nobody will be willing to help you or that I saw you coverage against the water spot please find your money elsewhere if you want to be happy with your purchase I have purchased every piece of furniture in my house from them and will never be back again
I just bought a new house and have very little furniture. I have been waiting for 6 or 7 weeks now to have my furniture finished and delivered. Today, I was told my delivery would be from 2-6, so I made myself available. Nobody comes. 6:15pm I get a call from their delivery service that our delivery wont be happening and the delivery mens phone died so nobody was notifed. I had been tracking online all day and it said estimated time was 315pm. HOW does that happen? Now I have to wait another week! Super disappointed in the service by these delivery men, but also their online tracking system and failure to notify anyone.
Absolutely the worst place Ive ever bought furniture. Ordered a bedroom set on October 31st 2019 in anticipation of moving into a new house in December. Set up delivery for 12/10/19. Day arrives, instead of a new bed, we received a floor model that was very beat up and had no hardware to assemble, and one of the chessers we ordered had a big gouge out of the corner. They left the bed frame, someone was supposed to get us the hardware so that we could get it assembled and use it until a new bed arrived after Christmas. After a few day s of trying to get the hardware with no avail we ended up asking them to send us just a basic metal bed frame. This left my 9 month pregnant wife having to sleep on a mattress on the floor in the mean time.It took the better part of two weeks and two delivery attempts for the basic metal bed frame before I finally went to the store myself and picked it up because they never could figure out how to put it on a truck and get it to my house.At this point, I was told wed be receiving a new bed frame and chesser today, 1/2/20. This time, everything showed up, but once again, the foot board for the bed was damaged, and will have to be replaced, again.I have never had such a terrible experience buying anything from a store or dealing with such consistently incompetent people. I will never be buying anything from here again.
BEWARE. Morris problem is not the sales customer service. Once youve paid they ROB you and make you wait months for your items. Or they will send you incomplete parts then have you wait even longer. Worst Ive ever seen and its sad that they can get away with it.We purchased a table and chairs, paid in full the day we ordered. We received the table but it was missing parts to complete it. We also are waiting on two chairs. I contacted someone and said that the order was put in by someone who was no longer there (pretty sure she lied bc we received the table but not the other items) so she ended up putting in the order for the chairs. Weve been waiting for over TWO MONTHS. We reached out to corporate, emailed and called, the sales lady who has been trying to help me but she cant get any answers. FB messaged these people. I honestly dont know where to go from here. They took my money and now I have incomplete parts and no chairs to show for it. Still no ETA, no replies.
Extremely unimpressed with Morris Home Furniture in Florence, KY. My delivery was rescheduled for a month after they said it was due to be in and now they are saying that they are going to drop my couch outside my door when they deliver it and they are not bringing it up the stairs to my apartment. On top of that, they are only issuing a $100 in store credit when I paid more than that for it to be delivered in the first place. Will not be buying furniture from Morris Home Furniture again.
Just bought a new condo and needed to purchase a new bedroom, Dining room and living room. We had never bought anything or been to a Morris store. We went to the Florence location and Trisha Upton was so helpful. We set up an appointment to come back in. She went above and beyond and went and looked at the floor plan of the condo we had purchased so she could help us with the style of furniture to go in it. She also came to our Condo when it was done to recommend a couple other things like a big picture we bought for our stairway. She spent a total of 4 hours that day at Morris helping us pick out all new furniture . She was so helpful. She just didnt help me pick out furniture she listened to things I like and didnt like and helped me decorate my new home. I love it! The furniture is excellent quality. We couldnt be happier. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND MORRIS HOME FURNISHINGS AND GO ASK FOR TRISHA

My electronic recliner broke within 6 mths of purchase. Called multiple times, emailed, tried facebook and at one point went back to the store who referred me to the same emails and phone numbers id already tried. WORST customer service. Im on week 5 of trying to get someone to actually return any of my methods of attempted communication
I purchased a sofa bed for about $1100, counting the warranty. The bed inside was supposed to have a memory foam mattress, but it has a lumpy spring mattress. Also,the head of the bed frame is 3 inches higher than the foot of the bed frame; therefore, when you lie on it, you are lying downhill. They refuse to make it right, because I did not have a need to open the bed the first week. I have been working with them since August, 2017, and two techs have come out. The last one, who was very efficient, said the sofa bed needs to be replaced, but they refuse to do so. I am not sure why they even sent a furniture repair man out, if they were not going to take his word for the condition of the sofa bed. Yesterday, January 6, I received a call from an associate who said the measurement of the frame are up to standards. Dont buy from Morris Furniture unless you are going to magically see into the future to know if the furniture is poorly made and has problems, because you only have a week to report it to the customer service department. I guess my radar is not working well, because I did not have a clue that guests in our home would have to sleep UPHILL. I would have given the company a zero, but they only have the five star plan on the review. My review is ZERO!
We came in about 15 minutes before closing. We work late but needed a dining room set. We were greated by the most friendliest, patient, helpful sales rep Allie! She was wonderful. She didn’t seem bothered by the time and we never once felt rushed. We told her what we were looking for and she took her time to help us pick the most beautiful perfect set! Thank you Allie!!!! Our new dining room set is amazing because you helped us find the perfect one!

Fellow consumers, SHOP WITH CAUTION at ANY Ashley-Morris Furniture store! My wife and I have had nothing but problems with our order and we still dont have resolution. Our store was really nice, but delivery and customer service are incompetent. We came in and bought a king frame with dresser and the frame didnt have all the pieces! We spent $1700 for our order and we were extremely excited.On our delivery date, the bed was assembled but was missing the center support, making our frame unusable. We then went into the store to get the missing pieces ordered which was finally completed after 2 hours. We were also given a piece from another bed which didnt fit correctly, but wouldnt matter as it was a temporary fix. We were content to get this temporary fix with the condition that our order would then be corrected days later.On our 2nd delivery date, the delivery team missed their 4 hour window which we rescheduled in-store for two days later. In an attempt to improve our shopping experience, we purchased an additional items at a discount. We spent an additional $800 to complete the bedroom set and were reassured that our first order would be corrected.On the rescheduled 3rd delivery, they never showed up! We rescheduled AGAIN and on the 4th delivery, the pieces ordered were the wrong ones and our whole new order was not with it! Keep in mind that the delivery windows are 4 hours long! Total 12+ hours of delivery waiting time!!After three weeks, we have an incomplete frame, undelivered additional items, hours of wasted time and $2500+ of our hard earned money spent with little to show. We gave opportunity to make it right and ended up less money and more frustratation. We paid in full, no financing, for furniture we cant even enjoy.All in, weve had the worst shopping experience, which is sad considering furniture shopping is stressful enough. Youll spend thousands of dollars with little satisfaction. PROCEED WITH CAUTION
Do not purchase from this store! The customer service is nonexistent if you have an issue and surprisingly there is no corporate contact information available to consumers either. We purchased a bedroom set in early July and are still waiting for one of the pieces to arrive, three months later. Its paid for, yet no one in the store can contact us when a delay occurs, which has now happened three times. Its a shame because we bought a dining room set from them a few years ago and love the pieces. Fortunately we didnt have any issues that time. But, if you experience any issues, do not expect any support from this company or its employees.
Mixed experience here. Everyone in the store was great! Our sales rep Bekah was great about letting us browse without being pushy, and the store reps Josh and Mike helped us out when some screws were missing from our delivery.Customer care on the other hand was awful. Called them directly to order a knob that was missing from our entertainment center. I got nothing but 30 minute hold times, unanswered emails/voicemails, and no follow up. Definitely work with the store if you have any issues.
I stopped in Morris to find my mom a curio cabinet for her birthday. They had a nice selection. Trisha was great and very patient with me in helping me pick one out. My mom loves it!
Trisha was so easy to work with. She took the time to listen to what we were looking for. Showed us multiple options in different price ranges. If she came across something she thought we might like, she quickly passed it on to us. Even after we ordered, she would communicate with us on the status of everything.We definitely will go to Trisha with any future needs and highly recommend her!

Avoid this place at all costs. I bought a bedroom suite and mattress a year ago and this is the second time Ive had my bed collapse on me in the middle of the night. Ive always been told Ashley furniture is top of the line and the best to buy. So, as a new homeowner, I went straight out to Morris home to get the best of the best. I financed everything so I could get the best and have quality, long lasting furniture. Sadly, its been a nightmare. The furniture is of awful quality and my bed cannot even withstand a king mattress it was supposedly built for.The customer service here is even worse than the quality of the furniture. I understand that companies need to make money, but Morris truly only sees you as a dollar sign. Of course, the second time my bed completely and fully collapses its outside of the year manufacturer warranty. I get it, but to keep your customers it seems highly unprofessional to tell them, we cant just give you free things, someone has to pay for them. Im not asking to get a total replacement, Im asking for furniture that should last longer than 365 days.If you want furniture that will actually last you a decent amount of time avoid this place at all costs as I mentioned before. Terrible customer service and terrible, cheap furniture. If you want to wake up in the middle of the night trapped in the middle of your bed and waste thousands of dollars this is the place to go! If you want to make a good investment and avoid buying new furniture every year go anywhere but here.
Just had the best experience here. Sarah was so very helpful and sweet. The staff was knowledge and I never felt pressured. The selection was fantastic, we had so many options! Great job!!
If I could leave a negative star rating I would. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I ordered a set of tables on Black Friday they were supposed to be delivered the first week of January. They never showed up. I called three times and left voicemails...no response. Finally I got hold of someone, who told me they wouldn’t be in till the end of January! I then got transferred to a manager who told me she would have to send this up the chain of command to get this resolved and she would be in touch with me on Sunday. Guess what. It is Tuesday, no call back, and when I call I’m on hold for 40 minutes with no answer...two voicemails left. Still no response or call back.
I drove 40 minutes to this store to purchase a specific brand that I was told they were a dealer for. I spoke with a gentleman about what I was needing and he spent some time looking online to see if they could get it. When another customer approached, he all but sent me away and told me to go look at what they have in stock and let him know if I like any of those. I ended up calling the manufacturer directly to find out where I could purchase the item and they gave Morris Furniture as the closest location to me. I informed them of what had happened and they helped do what the store should have, which was find the item I was looking for. They then told me to contact Morris via phone or email to get exact pricing and order so I dont have to drive back. I emailed them with exactly what I was looking for and asked for a price and they responded telling me to come into the store, no other information at all. I emailed them back and said you cant even email me a price? and they never responded back. Needless to say, I will be driving an extra 15 minutes to go to another dealer so I avoid any further terrible service from this business.
First off, I must say I didnt look forward to shopping for a new bed.. that being said.. the people at Morris home furnishings treated us great.. my sales associate Trisha Upton went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted and was happy with it.. the only set back was we had to wait for the bed we picked out to come in ( was back ordered), but they did a good job of keeping us informed on what was going on and getting it to us as soon as it arrived.. would definitely recommend them to anyone needing furniture..
My wife loves shopping here! Best furniture store in the area. Trish has helped us so much. Its nice to have someone who isnt pushy and my wife feels comfortable with. I can sit in a recliner while she shops. She doesnt ask me what I think anyone she just asks Trish. Takes a load of my plate!
Had a great experience with our purchase. Found what we were looking for without pressure, our Salesperson Amy Monroe helped us and did a great job. She told us everything we needed to know up front, no surprises and the entire process was much quicker than I expected it to go, which was great. We left the store completely satisfied and had time to spare for a late lunch.
Went in looking for a King bed to fit my height. Stephanie did a great job informing us on the different features and helping us select the best fit. Quick visit as well, worth the trip if you are in the market.
