AJ is AMAZING! Super kind, friendly, really sweet. He didn’t mind helping me and answering my million of questions I had for him. He is the best employee I’ve met at this location. Truly as an amazing visit with him, instead of ulta I’ll mainly be coming back here due to his kindness and expertise in makeup!If he sees this, thank you so much AJ. You made this girls day!

I wish I would have caught her name, but today my daughter and I walked in to pick up a few products early afternoon. She was welcoming, very knowledge about the products I was looking for, and so so so sweet to us both! I would highly recommend checking out this location especially when the environment is super chill and the employees are top tier!

I did not visit Sephora. I went to the mens suit department. Was unable to find one jacket and pants that matched or coordinated in husbands size for a funeral. What a disappointment.

First off, let’s just say the customer service I experienced at this location was absolutely phenomenal. I was instantly greeted and guided where I needed to be looking etc.. Also I had the pleasure of meeting HOLLY.. complete pleasure. She is a true imagine of a incredible manager and she does INCREDIBLE makeup.. I loved my experience at this location and will definitely be back!PS if you need your makeup done go to HOLLY!

I have gone to this location a couple times and I have always had someone eager to help and match my shade. Even when it was packed on Black Friday, someone was able to match me and answer my questions.

Dirty, cant find anything you are looking for and service was horrible. Was holding about 200 dollars worth of product in hand lady was so rude to me I set it all right down and walked out. Went to ulta across the street. 100 times better.

Not just this location but Sephora as a WHOLE has terrible customer service and their sales associates individually are just as bad. I will never spend another dime at Sephora. GO TO ULTRA! Even Walgreens is better than they are. They should just start all over ☺️

Okay it’s a smaller store but they have the main go to’s, and if that isn’t enough the employees are amazing! The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable about each product I asked about. She herself had tried a lot of the different brands and products. She then even mentioned their sister store in Crestview Hills for extended inventory. While cashing out she told me about the rewards program and the birthday gift that you get for free the month of your birthday. It just so happened to be my birthday month. I was very ecstatic to get my bday gift. It was a Druken Elephant facial set, and I love them! I use them daily and the product is amazing. My purchase was primer and an eyeshadow pallet Sephora brand; and I love these products as well!I recommend this store because of the informative and helpful staff as well as the product being fabulous!

Staff was super interested in talking to each other. Not so much to any of the customers. Felt awkward breaking up their chatter to ask a question.

I can NOT believe the racist beauty manager Brooke is still there!! Corporate has been notified multiple times by me and friends who have had terrible experiences due to our skin color, and we havent heard anything back at all. I love shopping at JCP, and I loved Sephora. But this girl is unbelieveable!!! How is she still employed!!! Sephora inside JCP obviously supports a racist woman because she has not been terminated yet!!! Do not shop here!!!! Go to the Crestview location. Where you are actually treated nice no matter what you look like!!! Save your coins, huntys!!!

The customer service I received at this location was far from exceptional. I received a gift card from my dad for Christmas for the JcPenney Sephora, and they do not carry the makeup that I use. I called to see if I could have it ordered in or return the gift card so that I can buy the makeup I use at another location. The girl I spoke with was nasty and rude. Needless to say, I will never return to this Sephora location again.

I wanted to pickup my free birthday gift but there isnt a Sephora close to where I live so my mom and I made the trip to Florence (over an hour away). I read the reviews ahead of time for this location and I was very nervous that my experience would be horrible. Im pretty new to skincare and makeup and this was only my 2nd trip to Sephora. This store is much smaller than the first one I went to in Keneood but I hear that is normal for the stores inside of JCPenneys. What I really wanted to let everyone know is that my mom and I had exceptionally good service! Autumn helped us with all of our questions, gave us some samples, and was super friendly! Thank you Autumn for such a fantastic experience!

Manager is extremely rude even her coworkers were complaining about her! This location is dirty, organized, and unprofessional. Just from going in there I’m in a bad mood LOL! They won’t get another dollar for me!!!
