I called 3 times and got no answer. I knew they was open its in the florence mall during business hours. After arriving to what seemed like a massage parlor with the way the waiting area is closed off and only big enough for 3 people max we waited a good 5 minutes not knowing if anyone knew we was there or not. Finally we was greeted by an employee with a mouth full of food that wasnt taught manners. Very snotily (if thats a word) made it clear they had no appointments open for another 4 days but if I wanted to schedule for me and my son to get our haircut she could help us with that. ***TIME TO BOUNCE***we headed over toVIP SPECIALTY HAIRCUTS@FLORENCE MALL remind you first time I ever been there i was greated by the greatest barber/cosmetologist ever. Ms Trina she got us hooked right up. My son and I felt like a million bucks walking out. SHE GIVE ME THE BEST HAIRCUT IVE HAD AND I LET HER CUT MY BEARD WHICH NO ONE DOES BUT ME!!!! MS. Trina if you ever see this I guarantee you earned a lifetime customer. Thanks for hookin it up. It looks alot better with my hat off now😉. Joey Council

I wanted green. She said we could reschedule and she would get the green I wanted. She dyed it blue and said “it’ll fade.” it’s a cute cut though, ngl. but it’s blue. this is outrageous. I think her the name was Hope?

Amanda does An Amazing job! Her style of cutting is amazing! Her Blow puts are breathtaking and you look amazing every time!

I just want to say Eric is awesome! Not only did he see me on short notice but he also took the time to explain to me exactly which rods he would be using as I got a perm he showed the different sizes he would be using in my hair so I understood what he was doing. He worked his magic and I have to say he did a wonderful job. I will be returning in 2 weeks to get my hair colored by none other than Eric.
