Recently had a brake job done on my CX5 here. Had noise issue afterwards. Came back and had the pleasure of meeting the new manager Ken. He listened to my concerns and knew exactly what the problem was. Told me they would make sure everything was taken care of. Employee Don checked the brakes. They replaced some things and now everything is great! I couldn’t ask for any better service!!! Have been a customer since 2017 and definitely will continue to be. Thanks Ken and Don! You guys were awesome!!!

Tyrone and Robert were both very helpful! I had an issue with my car and they told me exactly what was wrong and provided me with several different options. I was really thankful for Tyrone being the one to help me out. He is always very friendly and helpful when I come. I look forward to continuing business with them both again in the future.

DO NOT GO HERE! I took my car here for a oil change, very simple, then when I then needed another change a few month later I took it to Walmart as their prices are FAR better. Imagine my surprise when they DENIED me and said they couldnt do it, because the oil plug was completely stripped thanks to Tire choice. I then had to cancel my plans for the day, and drive across town only to be met with a rude employee. Before I could even speak he yelled that he wouldnt see me till Tuesday at the earliest, it was Saturday. After I explained that no you broke it now your gonna fix it, he got a attitude and was extremely unprofessional. I had to hear about all the issues he was having at work, he was obviously frustrated, which he reminded me multiple times was due to short staffing. After about a hour and a half of waiting, which the majority was spent on complaining, I was hit with a 80$ bill. I said I didnt even want to come here, I had to because this shop messed up my car, they only took 5$ off, which they originally claimed was 10$ off. I was met with the thats the best I can do which I recognize isnt the employees fault, but I feel like I was basically forced to give them my business. To say Im unhappy with how I was treated is a massive understatement. Ive been coming here for 2 years across 4 cars, and I wont ever be coming back. To management, stop overworking and understaffing your employees, and forcing people to come to your business isnt a great way to get new or returning customers. Walmart or even the shop directly next door has far better service and better prices. I wont be recommend or encouraging anyone to come here, quite the opposite in fact.

Called in for quote for an alignment and tire installation on my 2018 f150. Had just done a lift kit so needed an alignment and had my own tires to be installed. With no hesitation at all they offered to match price of another local shop to gain my business. Great customer service and from what I can see great professional work. Highly recommend.

I called in the morning to see if there were any available appointments the day after Thanksgiving and Tyrone told me to come right in. He got my car pulled in right away. His service was amazing! Great great great experience! Had a tire issues while traveling home from new england with my daughter. The staff was outstanding. They were quick and efficient. Great service, reasonable price on four new tires, an alignment and a rear brake job on our Honda Oddysey. The store manager was very personable and helpful. The work was done relatively fast, I’m glad I chose this shop to do my work. I will come back for more work when I need it.

Dave is very friendly and accommodating. He gave me a time and the work was done efficiently and correctly. Tire prices are better here than at any other place Ive looked in Florence. The waiting area could stand an improvement (my only complaint).

Ive been coming to this place of business (Florence SC) for some time, always receive reminders on your next visit with great discounts...Friendly atmosphere between customers & Dave (Mgr) for he knows his people he serve..BUT, Im concerned about his mechanics? Do they make repairs just so you can come back? Umm? My last visit made me wonder (several over sights including a busted hose!)

Dave is the best ! He really took the time to help me and figure out what the issue was with my vehicle. He was patience on the phone and very personable in the shop. Other shops I spoke to were impatient and dismissive. Dave was awesome and after his service my day was on an upward swing!

October 2019. Once again Mr. David Hendricks (GM) came through for me. I was in recovery from shoulder replacement surgery with left arm still in sling. My 2016 Dodge Ram pickup needed wiper replacements. Stopped by and asked David what installment cost would be. He went out himself and replaced the wipers, shook hands and said Have a great day and come back to see us.Great business. Professional and friendly service at all times. Best oil change in town! They stick with your apt and they are not pushy on what they think you want but they give u what u need. I will be back in 3 months for the next oil change.

Manager was friendly but was not able to perform oil change per owners manual specifications as their system specified different weight oil. Only oil allowed and available caused oil change to cost over 2x original price. I opted to go elsewhere.

Nice, friendly staff. Didn’t get started on my oil change until 30 minutes after my appointment time and was informed that I needed additional work. I was there for almost two hours. Went to get a second opinion at my long time mechanic, and found out that what I was told I needed, wasn’t the case. Glad I went and got a second opinion 🥴

I called before I went and they were able complete my work in a timely manner as well as the many other cars there even with limited staff that day! The service and options I received were timely. Dave was our angel tonight. While traveling from out of state on 95 we got a surprise flat and went straight to Tread. We rolled in just before closing and David couldn’t have been nicer! We have been using Tire Choice Store #0326 in Florence SC, for many years. Up until now weve been pretty satisfied with the service. Today, dealing with your staff to be exact Robert Sansbury, has caused us to make the decision to never return. We went in for a tire and was told that we needed a realignment because the front two tires were almost thread bear on the insides. We told him we just got an alignment less than 3 months ago. We were told that the last time we were there was in March of 2021 and we declined the alignment. When we produced the receipt showing that we actually had it done at this Tire Choice in June 2021 and he was the manager at that time. Robert completely lost his cool yelling and throwing up his hands and saying that my tires were already that way. We felt threatened by his actions and attitude, so we paid and left the store before the situation declined any farther. Were very disappointed as we have spent many years and dollars at this establishment to be treated as if our business didnt matter.

Had a flat tire on interstate 95 and got towed in to tread quarters. We had are two small dogs with and Dave allowed us to bring them inside so not to be close to the road. Turned out we needed a tire . Fair priced they also want out of there way and and checked all the air pressure in the rest of tires and checked are fluids .we were low on oil and they topped off for free.glad we called them first great service

The service here is great. The workers are friendly and want to help the best way they can. I went to Jiffy Lube across the street where the service was terrible and the people were very rude. Tread quarters is straight up with you and will not overcharge you for something that needs to be fixed unlike the other places in Florence.
