Luke and Precision Tune Auto came highly recommended & didnt disappoint! Ive been asking around in order to find a mechanic and shop we could trust to take care of our vehicles and weve found one. Service was thorough & professional. Repairs were done in a timely manner at a fair price.Luke was friendly, helpful and competent. He went out of his way for us and we really appreciate it. As long as Luke is manager this will be our go-to place for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Great place, nice staff, and very honest. I went for an oil change and had a unrelated rattle in my car that I wasnt even going to bring up to them.. while he was changing my oil he must have noticed something loose and tightened it and didnt even tell me about it for credit. He just did it because it was the right thing to do. Now thats what you call an honest mechanic.

Very informative and professional. Diagnosed the issue quickly and let me know the different options to resolve the issue. They also started with different quote values and gave me their recommendation on what they found to resolved the issue and actually was the cheaper option. Very pleased and will return to the Florence Alabama location with any other issues.

A team of fast and accurately done work on vehicles. Not to mention, if youre a lady, you get 10% off maintenance and/or $10 off tire rotation on Fridays. Not a bad gig, especially that I deliver all over town!

First off I want to say I love the new manager he is so nice he makes you feel like your at home he dont over price you he helps with anything he can. I got my ac fixed thanks to the tech outside he made sure everything was fixed no one could fix it took it to three other places. If you need your ac fixed I highly recommend taking it to these guys!

Amazing service. I got my car towed to another shop in the area, said they couldn’t even look at my car for over a week. Precision Tune Auto got my car not only looked at but fixed within a few hours. I will be taking all my vehicles here from now on.

I was very pleased with the service we received from Precision Tune Auto Care. My son had a radiator crack and needed it replaced quickly. They ordered a radiator and had it waiting on him when he got the car there and even drove him back to work a short distance away. What more could anyone want? Excellent customer service and he had the car fixed before my son got off work. I would highly recommended them to anyone. Thank You for helping us.

This place is great! They get you the best prices and dont make you wait for ever! Theyre fast, friendly, and they care. These guys arent just looking to make money off of you. Great place to get work done we got a oil change fast and great price. The lobby was great clean free condiments coffee etc. The rest rooms are great sitting lobby great. We will always come back to the shop to get all work done. Ty 4 helping people like our family stay on the road.

Poor experience. Waited nearly an hour before I finally just drove off. One employee prior to my departed came out to only give me a Thumbs Up. There were only two vehicles in the auto bay at that time. When I drove off there were two employees smoking in the bay area and all three were standing around on their cell phones. Now I see the reason why so many people provide negative feedback concerning this facility. Decided to give them a try. Poor decision on my end.

Absolute worst shop Ive ever used. Quoted me the wrong price, refused to change my plugs bc he really didnt want to claimed it was the distributor cap instead and was going to charge $130 for it. My truck wont get spark to crank so thats why I took it there. The dude changed the air filter and says it cranks right up which turned out to be a complete lie. Had my friends car in there too at the same time. They stripped the bolt on his brake caliper and refused to make it right. We walked in and hes just sitting eating pizza. The place smelled like Suboxone and methadone sweat. These are not real mechanics. Completely lazy and provided poor customer service. Wished I could give them 0 stars

I have never received better customer service from an auto shop ever. They brought me into the garage, showed me what the problem was with my car, demonstrated why it wasnt working so I could see firsthand, then they plainly told me the ways I could go about fixing it.Most shops would rush to find the problem, then tell you the most expensive way to get it fixed- that is not the case at Precision Tune Auto Care.I would recommend this place for anyone, but especially for college students who need good and fair priced service to their car.

I came in yesterday around 430 or so. Two employees was working outside on cars I left my keys in my truck and forgot I locked doors so the lady upfront calls me asking where my keys was I told her and when I went to pick my truck up 20 minutes down the road I get pulled over cops told me they got a call from this place saying I have been drinking beer and that I had a kid in my car needless to say after me getting pulled over I got to go home. Watch out for the fat slob upfront she will assume something and call the law. I wont be back! I will get a lawyer for calling in a false report!!

Went in for an oil change and they drained all the transmission fluid out of my car and the oil was dirty don’t even think they changed it had to pay someone else to put transmission fluid back in and change the oil then had to get transmission work done to my car because cause it messed it up!!!

I had an issue on my last 2 visits. At the first on I corresponded with Chris the store manager who gave me a free oil change for my troubles. I was satisfied till my next visit when I was informed Chris no longer wored there and they could not honor what he had given me. My husband and I have been customers for many years and gave glowing recommendations and sent business to them. I just thinks it is bad business not to honor what your people tell your customers.

Its under new management now, will be making a big turn around in quality and service

I had a male friend take my vehicle over and they give me a estimate of between $266.04 and $315.49 to fix air-conditioner thats me providing all parts only labor. Was told to bring it on Thursday 2:30 -3:00pm and pick up Friday. I got someone set up to follow me and bring me home. I got there ask for same man who looked at vehicle prior and who gave me the estimate (on paper) I get there he said to go in and talk to lady give keys etc. She couldnt find the estimate and I didnt bring paper hed previously gave me estimate on. So he came out of the shop and him and lady went in office after waiting 20-30 min she come out and give me price remind you this is only labor the new price is $512.21 - $692.21 I was shocked. I called friend who took it he talked to man and they agreed if Id go home get estimate hed try and go by first estimate. I told them I had death in family that morning was headed to take my 90 yr old grandma to Dr who was having a allergic reaction. I didnt have time to obtain that nor did I trust them at this point Id take it some were else. I would not trust this place at all. I took it to licensed GM mechanic who did everything they was going to do plus he fixed blinker and put on wiper and was charged $190.00 thats a huge difference. He told me they tried to get over on me being a young lady who is disabled. I have to use a wheelchair but since I was dropping my handicapped van off and my ride didnt have a lift I was using my cane. I fill they saw a young handicap lady and thought Id fall for it but, little did they know but, I did inform them I use to work in a mechanic shop so I knew they was trying to get over on me. My advise to anyone reading this go somewhere else and dont let these crooks take your money. I plan on contacting this franchise owner and letting them know what there staff is up to. I dont know if this is standard practice for them or if this guy was trying to pocket money. Regardless I will not ever go back and I advise anyone reading to do your research I could get a dealership to fix it cheaper than what they tried to pull. I fill he assumed he could get one over on me. If I had other price checked around prior and the first quote was steep but was convenient so I was gonna go ahead and pay extra for the convenience but, after them jacking price up that was enough for me to go out of my way and I saved $400-500.. beware and be careful.

I have used this mechanic for a year or so and have always had a good experience. They take the time to show you what the issue is, and dont throw in extra or hidden charges. As long as I am in this area, this will be my mechanic.

I have had my Saturn and Honda Accord serviced at this location over the last 3 years. The service has included routine oil changes, check engine light, brake noise, to over heating issues. Michelle Ford and the shop manager, whose name I cant remember, were great. I was in Florence due to a family trajedy and my Camary needed an oil change as I wasnt able to get to my Toyota dealer in S.C. where I normally have it done. They are very professional and didnt try to brow beat me into buying other parts and services like so many of the quick lube places do. I may stop going to my dealer as I have a Precision Tune close to me in S.C. and their work keeps the car warranty valid just like my dealer.

I had great service. I will definitely keep taking my car back.
