PAID OVER A $1,000 I TRY CALLING THE MANAGER THE NEXT WEEK SAME THING HAPPEN (HE GHOST ME SAID HE WOULD SEND SOMEONE OVER NO SHOW) THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKED!!! I chose not to actually get my brakes fixed here due to the high quote. The quote was nearly $500. Just to get an idea of how outrageous this was, I took it somewhere else and got out-the-door, solid repairs for $172 parts and labor included. This place is for the rich and the famous apparently.

My car would not turn over but lights would come on. It was making a clacking sound too. I assumed that it was the starter so I called around priced replacing the starter. All of the people there were pleasant and they offered to price match another shop so I went there. They replaced my starter. I went to pick it up and it still wouldn’t turn on. So they jumped me off and said I should replace my alternator too. Just got back from autozone. I had a dead battery the whole time. $100 to replace it but meineke let me replace the starter for $360 first. How hard would it have been to be honest with me that it just the battery? They were nice enough that I would have used them for all my future cars service but now I know that I will be taken advantage of because I’m completely car ignorant.

Will and his team are awesome. You will not find this level of service combined with kindness and complete honesty anywhere else in this area. Will is a stand up guy. He treats all of his customers equally and goes above and beyond to help.

Honest, up front guys about pricing, problems, and how long they may take. Online scheduling is very efficient. Won’t do anything extra without checking with you first. Top notch all around

Took my van in 2 weeks before this date to be fix, main problem with van would not start had to be tow (tow by meineke) I thought while it was there I would also have my brakes and rotors change. after 2 weeks of no news about the van I had to call to see if they finsh the man that answer the phone said what van then he replied we havent started on it, we will get right on it. 3 days later he called said it was ready to go, he told me it need a new Alternator and battery (even though the battery was already new less then 6 months old die hard, I have proof of this too). Within a week after I got the van back it would not crake and the wheel was lock with the keys inside, I call right away it took them 3 hours to send someone while I was in a hot van (I had to recall them) (the man that came said I had to take the battery cables off and reapply them. and this past weekend the same thing happen again, my husband done what I was told to do and nothing happen. I called again on the 11th he said someone will be out this even (no show) I called again and he said he will send someone out today another no show. I called again at 3:30 he didnt have time to talk to me. I paid over a $1,000. to get this job done. Service was not rendered for job, either they get it fix (like they said they did) or I get refund for job not done. Yes it was great service at this store, I had number 7 plug fouled, vehicle engine was running very rough, this also cause my Stabilitrak not to operate correctly, they replaced the plug and everything was good. I believe they could have sold me parts that I didnt need because I knew nothing about the Stabilitrak but they did not do that, great job from these guys

The staff was very professional and helpful. I dropped my truck off in the morning and had it back in a few hours. Very affordable and did not try to upsell me on other services that may or may not be needed. Will definitely use them in the future.

Gave my keys to another customer without giving me a notice. i had to be late for a job interview just to get a locksmith to cut me a plain key. they show no initiative to get my keys back

While Daniel maintained a professional attitude throughout the experience, his supervisor Will Guimarin was not. He used profanity and hung up on my father in law, who is a master mechanic, after he called him out on his predatory pricing tactics. Tell your son-in-law to come pick up his fu*king car then and hung up on him. They Broke my cv axle while replacing control arm and ball joints. All they needed to do was put it back together. Also quoted me $1000 for the job (2 lower control arms with ball joints attached and a sway bar) Then tried charging an hour of labor ($110) for a 20 minute job (sway bar installation). AVOID THE PREDITORY TACTICS AND PROFANITY LACED UNPROFESSIONALISM OF WILL GUIMARIN AT ALL COSTS!UPDATE: I brought my car to another shop. I didnt even need the sway bar bushings. And Meineke failed to properly pack my ball joints and left multiple bolts loose. Which could have been disasterous driving with 2 small kids. Meineke put my safety and the safety of my family at risk!! They totally screwed up my axle, which I had replaced at another reliable shop.

Let me just say how welcoming these guys are! I came in for an alignment. I scheduled an appointment & I drove an hour to get this done. Well when I arrived they informed me their guy who does this called out sick. They had some issues with their computer. But he made things happen and still was able to get it done! On top of that for the wait and the issue with it all they did it on them! Jodi and William I highly recommend! Thanks guys will be coming back.

It was a. good experience except I ask for special regular oil change for 19.95 but at end I was charged 55.00 he said well my receipt started a 20.00 discount. So it was 75.00 at 1st. Called to get a quote and I was met with well I cant exactly give you a quote cuz we dont know what were gonna end up having to do after I explained I only wanted ONE part replaced. Such a waste of my time. Literally EVERY other place i called was able to give me a quote and most in the same range but this guy couldnt give me a quote at all and kept repeating the same nonsense to me about more work being done.

Every time I come they are nothing less than fantastic!!! The manager is always the sweetest, I had two tires with leaks in them and he plugged them both free of charge, it happened out of no where and he took care of me! Will only come here and will recommend it to anyone!

They were fantastic! They helped me in every way possible! The staff was wonderful! My tensioner popped off and everything associated with it had to be replaced. They showed me what was wrong and they ordered the parts and repaired it in a timely fashion. I was able to drive my car across the country back to Denver from Alabama with no issues.

I give them a deposit of 150.00 dollars for change of tires and they never call me they say they change the oil and they dont do that I dont recommend this place is the worse place I been .

I have been using meineke for maintenance on all my cars for years. Then in the last month, they have wasted my time over and over again by having me show up for appointments and then turning me away. They are too busy, just reschedule. And then they do it again. Or I get told they have no record of my appt because no one knows how to look at appts booked online or through the app. And to make it worse, they are rude to me like I am bothering them by trying to pay them to work on my car. How do you stay in business? This is my 3rd appt trying to get my daughters oil changed that they backed out of. There will not be a fourth.

They have done a great job every time. In addition there prices are very reasonable.

I went in for a tune up Saturday February 27th 2021, replace rotors, brakes and oil change. Which would have cost me over $1,500. Melissa calls me back and says that if they should damage my vehicle while changing the ignition coils and spark plugs, it will cost me an extra $1,800. So theres no fault on your guys part for doing shoddy work? So I go with the brakes and oil change. Now I have my ABS light on when that wasnt even an issue before I got my brakes fixed. Someone must have gotten mad for losing out on the $900 tune-up and eventual $1,800 fee for them messing that up! You get the 1 star cause otherwise i cant post this, lady. I heard of positive changes here and found a capable manager named Luke Stanfield running the show now. Emily is a joy to work with getting your quotes and scheduling done. She is a very positive influence on a place most hate to have to visit. No one likes a broken down vehicle and the price shock of a proper fix can keep them away. Emily is able to explain why the maintenance is needed and if she is unsure she will find out why.The waiting office is small so bring an extra cup for the coffee machine so you can converse with the ones who are waiting.The management here will do ask you wish to get buy but they will tell you what needs to be done for a proper repair.Coke machine was spitting out minute maid in the water slot which was a welcome surprise.I trust Luke, and Emily.

Great place for car repairs

I got my car towed here for a diagnostic test to figure out why it wouldnt start. The staff was super friendly and they diagnosed it an hour or two after it arrived there and theie diagnostic test is a straight fee rather than charging their labor price like most places. I like that because I can take it to my normal mechanic who doesnt have the diagnostic equipment . They are a little pricey on labor which it totally understandable. I will definitely take my vehicles back to them for diagnostic testing.

Had a great time theyfix what was wrong. Even better keep up with there promises when a problem happens they cover it to fix it.

The absolute best group of people. The secretary is so sweet, and Will the manager has a GREAT team and he himself is also a great guy. I will always use this place for my car needs. It doesn’t matter what it is, I’ll definitely only go here.

I’m going to need for that dude in the lobby to come back. I have not been impressed with that woman working in the lobby now, as she is not friendly. Also I advise everyone to watch them work on your car..the mechanic didn’t rotate the tires or check the various stuff that is on the list.

I bought a used car and needed some headlights replaced. Being a Honda, changing the headlights is more difficult. Meineke was able to do the job for a lot less than the local Honda dealership.

Manager Will was friendly. Make sure you do not allow them to start working until you are sure what you want done. I wanted a specific dealer recommended repair for my exhaust and they started cutting without talking to me. I was very happy with the work once I made clear what I needed repaired.

Talk to Will and he will take care of you! My experience here has been so great and they now have a customer for life. I HIGHLY recommend these guys!

Will and his staff are amazing. Most mechanics really try to get one over on their customers. Especially as a young female, you get quoted a price for some absurd amount frequently. Really good prices (and student discount) and the manager is top notch. He, and the staff in general, do a lot of the little things that makes a difference between good and great. I went in for an oil change near closing time and the guy I spoke with was straightforward and basically said, Were crazy busy today and we can do it but itll be a long wait. If you dont mind bringing the car back tomorrow, Ill knock off x dollars (I cant remember the exact amount but it was more than I expected) for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with the outcome.

I had never been here before, as anyone would be, I was definitely nervous, but as soon as I walked in I quickly saw I had nothing to worry about, they were most understanding and as down to earth as they could be, definitely made me feel like they needed me as a customer, instead of it seeming like they just had to be there, this is definitely my new go to place!

Wanted to make my truck quite it was to loud for my liking they put a supposedly a stock muffler on it but I cant tell that much difference still loud to me and overpriced should have called around other places said they would have done it for half the price they charged me.

I have never had a bad experience at the Florence Blvd. Meineke. The people that work there are incredibly kind, and helpful. I have never felt pressured to have unnecessary, extra work done on my car, and they go to great lengths to explain the work being done, as well as, answer any questions I may have. I have had everything from major work done, down to quick oil changes and tire rotations here and never been disappointed. The prices are incredibly fair, and I have even called around to different places in the Shoals to ensure Im getting the best deal, and Meineke has always been the cheapest by a long shot. I will always recommend getting your car worked on here!

The guys at Florence Meineke did what I asked them to do which was check and repair the brakes. But what made it exceptional is that they communicated exactly what they were doing, why they were doing it and how much it would cost and how long it would take. They even checked on a couple issues for me while it was on the rack. Everyone there was super friendly.

When I walked in, the normal guy wasnt there (cant think of his name). This was a younger guy that I havent seen before. I was informed that it would be 2 hours because they had 2 big jobs going. I told him I had an appointment and he said it didnt come through to them. Thats fine and I understand that technology fails us sometimes. Manners, however, should not. When I pulled my phone out to make sure that I had scheduled it correctly and make sure it wasnt my mistake, he said Like I said. We didnt get it and itll be at least 2 hours. The way he said it made we want to ask him to come talk outside for a minute, but I instead bit my tongue and left. Im at Mobile1 now and the service is much better.I will not be back to Meineke, so if anyone needs points for a free service, let me know.

I scheduled a appointment a WEEK ahead of time, I go in & ask if I come early could he do it (I understand I was early for my appointment) but I also told him “I have a appointment at 4:30” & he told me I don’t even know if we will get to it today . like what’s the point in making a appointment if your “not going to be able to get to it that day”

My truck broke down on a road trip and was lucky that I happen to find this place. He sent 3 of his mechanics out to get the parts needed for the fix and they stayed late on Saturday to fix it so I wouldnt have to be stuck there till Monday!! They were extremely nice and helpful! They also did a great job with the work, my truck is driving better than it has in years!

Very friendly and professional. I work with a major corporation and public eye is very important. Cleaning is very important. Place was somewhat clean but could use a better cleaning waiting room had a lot of dust and spider webs under everything. Windows needed cleaning. Items like this helps when new costumers are looking to do business with you. I left one place because it was nasty and all the employees were on their phones. I did not see that, except for the office person but that was for business and ok. I would have given 5 stars if it was cleaned up. Thank you for good service. And friendly workers, I give them 5 stars for that.

Omg the machanics were amazing and had everything done in no time. The manager was very knowledgeable and so eager to help. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

People were nice, my discount was not applied as far as I can see on my receipt and it cost a lot more than the estimate I was given over the phone. Brakes were replaced well though and in a timely manner and the squeaking sound has stopped.
