Both my daughter and I have been so pleased with the level of service and professional care from Richard and Walton and their staff. The biggest difference seems to stem from very basic and good old fashion qualities my father taught me and exemplified: honesty, hard work, go above and beyond to please and serve, give your best and charge a fair price. This week, they went above and beyond; after installing a new set of tires, they asked me to text them when I reached my destination since I was going to be traveling alone. They’re ok. Pricing is pretty good, however professionalism needs some work. My husband took his car there a few months back for a diagnostic & some work. My husband was there for about 6 hours! He said the mechanic that was working on his car kept stopping to service cars that were considered “quick jobs”. Now mind you my husband had made an appointment so his car should’ve been top priority until his repairs were finished. My husband asked him to look at several other things on the car, that were issues/concerns, however he did not, he must’ve forgot being as though he was preoccupied with all the other cars. We have not been back since then and will probably never be. Nice people, but professionalism needs lots of work.

This is not just the best tire service in Florence it is the absolute best business in Florence. Rick and Walter are just amazing people and business owners. In my 12 year history with them they have never NOT gone above and beyond to help. They have always treated me like a good friend or family at every interaction. We went in for tires, the total price was less than they quoted, plus they put a low beam bulb in my headlight for free. I had tried for an hour to get that bulb in and couldnt do it. I stopped here momentarily. I messaged ahead and they despite being booked up said they could take sometime to look at my car. True to their word I showed up and Mr.Walton squeezed in a few minutes even though the reception area was busy. They are short a couple of techs but he was able to refer me to someone else to take a look at my car. I would for sure return here for any other car issues. What a great interaction I had. If he was willing to go that far for someone who hadnt even spent any money yet I think I would be happy as a customer.
