Very professional, done ahead of time we were told.

Took our car in after an accident. They diagnosed certain issues and fixed those issues. They did miss a cracked gas line and a missing bolt in the front end in their diagnosis. When we called to confront them they told us to drive the car back to the shop even though we told them it smelled like gas all around the car. They would not tow it to their shop so we had to have our car taken to another shop who correctly diagnosed and fixed what needed done. This shop was abrasive and unwilling to accept fault for mistakes they made.

They were helpful and let me know where they were in the process of fixing my Jeep

They do wonderful and impeccable work. I did not like some of my customer service experience however, over all this is a fabulous company. They communicate over email each step of the work completion. I think with the Covid rules they could have better customer service as you cannot walk into the office. Do not make the same mistake as I did and walk in the office as you will be herded out! Call them on the phone to announce your arrival.

Sub-par quality of work and abysmal communication. Month and a half after dropping off my vehicle and work is still not completed. On 7 or 8 separate occasions we were told we would get a call to update...we had to proactively back every single time long after we were told we would get a call back.

Caliber Collision repaired my car from a fender bender. They were easy to work with and did a great job. No issues with body repair or customer service. They kept me informed throughout the entire process with updates every few days.

My dad and I had brought our 2019 Toyota corolla SE in to fix a dent and paint around the front bumper after a car had backed up into us. The staff were extremely professional and friendly. They gave a nice rental car in the meantime, while they were fixing up the Toyota. They fixed the dent and paint perfectly so you couldnt even tell anything happened. The service was done very quickly too, they did a great job!

The had to replace the grill on my 2020 Blazer. It was finishedway before I thought it would be.. They cleaned the inside of my car. Now u guess you can say I will be using them from now on.

Took are Nissan Rogue in for body damage. They gave us an estimate of date of completion. But also explained that could change if they find internal damage. Which they did and it added just a couple days on. They sent us emails telling us giving us updates along the way of each stage. We were never left guessing what was going on. We picked up the bummer wasnt quite even. They saw the problem and fixed it quickly. Manger made sure we were satisfied before leaving. Very pleased with service and with Brandy our estimator. Everything looks and works great.

Wifes car was hit by a piece of drywall on the freeway. Took her SUV to Caliber Collision for repair. The team there is awesome, was able to use their secure after hours drop box, they called the following morning advising they have my car and were starting the process of estimate. a few hours later the estimate was completed, they offered the choice between OEM and aftermarket parts to me. Their communication and use of technology for communication was outstanding, I never had to call for updates. When I pick the SUV the repairs and paint matching was perfect and they returned the SUV cleaner then it was when dropped off!!! I would recommend them to anyone!!

Someone had “keyed” my car on all 4 panels of the driver’s side and etched numbers into the paint. After Caliber Collisions was finished, you could not tell anything had ever been done to my car. I was extremely pleased with the work they did!

Weve dealt with them twice now. Our first experience was great. But this second one has been a nightmare of epic proportions!! We signed over the $1700 insurance check when we dropped off our car.Big mistake!3 days later they called and said they couldnt fix it and said theyd have a check ready for us tomorrow (Friday) when we picked up our car.But when we got there, they said the check had already been deposited and they couldnt write us a new one until it cleared. They said theyd have a check ready for us Monday morning.So Monday afternoon we go in and guess what - no check.Tuesday...Wednesday....Thursday....No check!Throughout this whole ordeal, the only person who will talk to us is the receptionist. Every time we ask to speak to the manager, were given all kinds of excuses.(The receptionist was very nice by the way. Its not her fault the manager is a Lying Coward)Another week goes by and still no check. So my husband went online and filed a complaint on their website.The next day, Richard from Corporate calls and assures us our check is being processed and hell call us back as soon as they have the tracking number.So we wait..and wait..and wait some more.4 days later, were tired of waiting and decide to call Richard back ourselves. But he doesnt answer, so we leave a voicemail.2 minutes later we get a text message,Im busy and cant receive calls at the moment. Ill get back with you as soon as I can.2 days later we try again.He answers, but as soon as my husband introduces himself, he says hes gonna have to call us back, hes in a meeting and cant talk right now.😠The next day my husband goes online and finds another Corporate person to call. He leaves a long detailed message explaining everything.So the next day someone calls and says, The check is being processed. Well call you back once we have a tracking number for you.ARE YOU FREAKING KIDDING ME???Still waiting....

Unfortunately for us we have had to have my husbands car fixed twice in the last few years. We happened to stumble across Caliber Collision the first time and they did such a fabulous job that we made sure we came back to them the second time.

Kevin and the team at ABRA did an excellent job on repairing our 2007 Honda Accord. The time and cost of the repair was below the estimate. ABRA kept us informed with both text and phone calls. Of the three shops we obtained estimates to repair our vehicle, ABRA was the lowest and they exceeded our expectations. If we need another repair, we know where we will go. We highly recommend them for your automotive body repair.

UPDATE ***Apparently I was not clear on my review, I was looking to get an estimate for NEW work not regarding an existing repair.I was checking on getting an estimate for a repair, called what I thought was a local number and got a call center somewhere else, was not even able to talk with someone local. I am looking to support local business, also when having a repair on body work done, the last place I want to talk with and deal with is a call center that really had no idea about location that I was asking to talk with. Apparently you cannot talk with anyone, although the body shop hours for my local Center stated it was supposed to be open at 7:30.

I walked into Caliber Collision and was immediately stopped by a rude female who barked at me that I couldnt come inside, they had curbside service only because of the virus. Guess what? The Chrysler dealership down the street earned my $2100 worth of cash business because they were PROFESSIONAL. A body shop full of chemicals and dust and you are worried about the the virus? Asinine.

Well..to start the service was outstanding, the car looks great and the work is guaranteed for life, and they came in under budget. I WILL recommend this location to anyone who needs work done! Thanks guys!!

Body repairs were completed very quickly, but the work itself was not exactly top of the line. After said repairs were done, side fender is starting to unpeel(not happening on the undamaged side), and bumper to quarter panel lines do not meet or line up as before. As a mechanic and someone who has done autobody, it seems to me like the work was rushed. Its a 2018 Tacoma with less than 5k miles so any imperfections stick out like a sore thumb to a trained eye. Customer service was up to par.

Shop sends out automated text message updates, but they were often incorrect. I had to call and speak with a representative on a daily basis to understand what was going on. The service took a few days longer than originally expected, but was executed well. Received some cosmetic damage to the interior of my cab.

5 stars isnt enough. This was the best experience with a body shop I have ever had ! Adam Prather was extremely attentive with making sure my vehicle was repaired perfectly ! Very Highly Recommended !

I took receipt of my repaired 2018 F150 that I had for only 33 days before a deer struck my driver side door and dented up the aluminum pretty good. The ABRA team at the Florence KY location did a great job of replacing the door. It looks brand new, like the day I drove it off the lot. The paint job has that show room gloss to it, all the interior items that had to be removed and reinstalled have the same new truck fit - no rattles, squeaks, or road noise. Kudos to the shop for a job well done. The guys up front, Adam Prather and Kevin Kreft, were a pleasure to work with. They answered ALL my questions before, during and after the job was done. They kept me posted on progress of the repair without me having to make the first call. I appreciated that very much. Thank you all at ABRA Auto Body & Glass, Florence KY.
