Home owned and operated Appliance store. The staff is knowledgeable about the products and services. They do their own deliveries. They have their own repair service and parts department. You dont see any of this with the national chain stores.

We are currently remolding a house and choose to use Bob Wallace for all our appliances. Seeing the house is located in Rogersville Florence was the best location for us. It is a smaller store. However, after calling we spoke with a salesman by the name of Anthony. He was very helpful, I let him know we were looking for Kitchen aid appliances and wanted to see/touch them before purchasing. I gave him the item numbers and he let me know he had a few of them on the floor in a different color. So headed out and met with him and looked over everything in stock, decided on our purchase which totaled up to around 15K, but then Anthony worked his magic and we left writing a check for 10k! So not only was Anthony helpful he saved us quite a bit of money! I highly recommend Bob Wallace!

I called the store and talked to Wayne. He told me he had a Speed Queen. Paid for it over the phone. In 2 hours time 2 STRONG young men came to install it and tested it and showed me how it works! Dakota was great as was his partner with the curly hair. Both great, careful installers.Thanks for making my day!

Great products and reasonably priced. But, their delivery guys are absolutely terrible. Bought a set of Speed Queen washer and dryer. Upon arrival, 2 guys ripped the siding on the inside of my door off bringing them in. Top it off, they hooked my water lines up backwards on the washing machine and pinched off my exhaust tube to cause the exhaust on the outside to pertrude out from the side of my house from the force. Beware if you buy from them and are having it delivered!!*************

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Wayne and the group in Florence were so kind and worked with me getting the appliances I wanted. They were delivered as scheduled, no inconvenient waiting.

My 16 yr old refrigerator was dying and I needed to purchase a new one. I compared prices and brands available in the size I needed and found Bob Wallace Appliance to offer me exactly what I wanted. My salesman was Wayne and was very helpful and informative.The delivery and installation guys were also excellent. Great place!!

Shopping for a washer/ dryer combo. Salesman was very knowledgeable. Explained the differences between the models. No pressure to purchase.

I need a new washing machine, my sister told me to go there and ask if they had any dented or scratched appliances, I went in, walked the whole store I think their were 3 people in a room having a meeting or something, not one person spoke or even acknowledged I was in that store I would never go back🥺🥺

My husband and I went to Bob Wallace appliance in Florence to get a replacement part for our dishwasher. It would have to be ordered so we decided to wait as we were leaving the young man in the parts department came out to the car with the part and gave it to us.. Great customer service.

Friendly, professional, fast service

House was struck by lightning. Washer and dryer do not work but electrician says electrical is now repaired. Insurance requested service man to look at appliances to assure they are not working. Office manager was rude. Suggested we could be asking them to falsify papers to insurance company. Said they had dealt with that in the past. We would never in a million years do such a thing. Felt accused that he would even suggest such a thing over the phone to me. He said he would repair them before he even looked at them or knew what had caused them to stop working. Then on second call said it would be two days before anyone could even look at them. Will never use Hunts Appliances in Florence after those phone call experiences.

Always friendly, professional, and NOT pushy. When ownership changed, we were afraid they would redo the staff, but are fears were put to rest. Anthony is still there and the whole staff is still as friendly and he lpful as always.

Great service and great value

Needed a $7-$10 motor coupler. Ended up paying $25 here. So 5 star for convenience but Misses the Mark because of price. Theres Profit and then theres Ripped Off!
