We just bought a TV here and Taylor was helpful and very knowledgeable. We told him what were wanted and he was able to guide us in the right direction. They even did an ad match from Amazon. We are very pleased with Electronic Express and Taylor.

The guy that helped us was great, explaining a Gaming PC to me is like speaking a foreign language, but Kota (my son ) knew what he wanted and told the guy. I will definitely tell more about them.

O stars. I ordered a microwave at this store and they told me it would be in four days from then. I went to pick it up and there was no microwave and no reason why it was not there. Poor customer service.

This is a great store with lots of great products my only negative is the customer service the whole time I was in the store no one attempted to assist me it was only when I was leaving the store and passed the cash register someone asked me did I need help with anything I told her what I needed they said they didnt have it which was something I could have found out 10 minutes earlier if someone would have asked me or try to assist me.

First visited this establishment with my son and his family for the purchase of a washer, dryer and fridge about a month ago. I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff that worked there. I returned this week to purchase a washer and dryer for myself. I again experienced the great service and competitive prices. I would highly recommend Electronic Express. I was able to purchase what I wanted because they had the items in stock.

We ordered new appliances and they were so delivered as promised. The installers installed our dishwasher and left something unhooked and for three days it leaked water and food from the food processor under our sink. We smelled something and found the leak early Sunday morning andI called. I have been promised for two days that someone would be here to fix it and they didn’t show up two days in a row! Just received a call that they would be here tomorrow! Supposedly one of their delivery guys hurt his back but they didn’t bother to call and let us know until I texted them that I would be doing a review. We have lost the use of our kitchen for three days now plus the expense of having the flooring repaired. A little communication goes a long way but being lied to and no communication is unacceptable and unprofessional.

I just wanted to thank Kevin for helping me chose the best school computer/ gaming computer. He was extremely informative and patient despite me asking so many questions. Dont buy an LG TV. Unless you want a roku sitting next to it. Worst software ever. Many apps are unavailable rather not watch TV.

I usually order electronics online, but Ive been trying to work harder at supporting local businesses lately. The last couple of big electronics purchases Ive needed to make have been here. EE had exactly what I needed for a good price. Service was good, too. I was surprised by their variety of merchandise the first time I visited.

Would have given them zero stars if it was an option. They have totally led my parents on about a refrigerator... Two times now they were suppose to deliver and have not done it. First time (2 weeks ago) it supposedly came in damaged. Today they were to deliver this morning and never showed up. My father calls to speak with manager and they leave him on eternal hold. He goes to the store and guess what... He wasnt even on the list to deliver today but yall have charged his credit card. He finally got a refund. This place is terrible, buyer beware!!

Had an awesome experience with Brock today. Just to be clear, I know very little about computers. I told Brock the features I needed out of my computer and let him do his thing. He was able to right fit me with the exact computer I needed and I was in and out in under 30 min. I would definitely recommend you go see Brock for your computer or electronic needs at the store on Cox Creek Parkway!

Yesterday, I went to Office Depot to purchase a printer. I stood in the printer section for 25 minutes. Not one employee offered to assist me. I had questions. So I left. I went to Electronic Express and was greeted by a nice young man, named Kevin Hernandez. I asked where the printer section was and he walked me to it. Although the selection was not huge, they had the printer I was interested in. He stayed with me and answered all my questions. He even carried the printer to checkout (and offered to take it to my car!) for me.I purchased the printer simply because of the wonderful customer service he provided!Thank you Electronic Express!

I called up there they said they did not have the Nintendo HDMI retro in stock well I walked in there and they have four in stock so they are a whole type of art of storytelling type people I will not recommend shopping at this store at all because they dont take the time out to go find out what they have they just go by typing it in when they should get there behind off of behind the counter walk the store and find your product because you got it

My TV went out and I called and asked for 50 in plus tvs around $400 they had several options but did not keep any in stock. They also could not tell me how long it would take for a tv to arrive if I ordered one. Seems pretty basic for someone to expect to know if you order a tv they should give you a date to expect it.

My story goes like this. We bought a refrigerator from Lowes but the delivery company they had said it was too wide to go through my front door. We bought the same refrigerator from Electronic Express and their delivery team took the doors off the refrigerator and took it through my front door with ease.

Everything that I went into the store for they didn’t have nor have in the warehouse. I wish BestBuy was still at this location.

Should be 0 stars, I have been waiting 3 weeks on a fridge, and it still isnt in. These folks will gladly take your money but then you are at their mercy as to when you will get your appliance. My suggestion is run, run away and dont look back. I will never step foot in any Electronic Express again and you shouldnt either.Replying to your response to my post. I was told it would be two weeks, then your sales manager said oh we can get it quicker than that. It is going on 3 weeks now. I also talked to George 3 different times and said let me know what is going on with the fridge and 3 times I received no response. I was also told I would be contacted when the Stove was being delivered and that was not the case they just showed up. I was grateful for the upgrade on the stove but the reason that was done was because the first stove they brought had a huge dent in the side of it. I am not slandering you at all. I am simply documenting the conversations and interactions I have had with your management. I have said nothing that isnt true. This is another reason not to deal with Electronic Express, when a customer has a complaint they accuse you of slander. The original manager I talked to told me it would be 3 weeks, but George stepped in and said it would be here sooner. Maybe a good idea not to promise what you cant keep. I was willing to accept the fact it would be three weeks if I hadnt been lead to believe it would be sooner.....

We Dealt with George, and he was extremely helpful, We have dealt with him before and had the same satisfying experience. In the future, If we are in need of products, we will definantely consider you again.

Purchased a 50 inch TV and was mostly ignored while present in the store. When we were approached and checked out the lady seemed to be brand new and had no idea what she was talking about. She tried at least, but ended up making some things up and I had to call back to the store to receive the accurate info..Otherwise, TV is nice and running strong.

They went out of their way to find the stove I wanted. They only had one in stock and it was in the stock room. They brought it out and had it ready for me. Everyone was so helpful and sweet. I will buy from them again.

Nice selection of great products at very fair prices. The employees are super helpful and nice. They gave my toddler and infant little NCAA soccer balls for no other reason than to be friendly. Because of that small gesture, I will very likely be back in 2 weeks to buy a brand new smart dryer and 83 tv from them. (I didnt even buy anything today)

I was asking the guy at the counter that if I bought one of the pre-built computers and wanted to upgrade the ram later on which one should I buy?, he said that I wouldnt be able to since the ram installed is the only one it can take an you cannot get any faster or slower ones, but I knew a little about computers and it annoyed me because Im pretty sure you can, while I was browsing for other computers,I heard some coworkers gossiping about their managers dating or something. Definitely not coming back to this place. Very unprofessional and these people dont know anything.

Calebs (hope I spelled his name correctly) kindness when I spoke with him on the phone; showed his desire to help us. It made it easy for us to drive 42 miles without worry.... A lottle higher on price than most other like stores bit probably because they offer easy financing.

I bought my washer and dryer over a month ago and to this day haven’t been able to wash a load of clothes. I am currently waiting on my second(replacement) washer dryer set to be delivered that was supposed to be delivered yesterday. They have been zero help throughout this process by not returning calls or helping getting the broken machine replaced. They are not worth the hassle, and the machine will probably be broken.

First time ever shopping at this store. We went in to search for a new TV. The sales person had a lot of knowledge of the different TVs for sale. He explained these easily for us to understand and make a decision. We left feeling we made a good decision on our new TV. Would definitely shop here again.

Ive purchased twice from them. The first time was to put down on a refrigerator so The would order it for me that was the best. Dont remember his name, but the first time I met him, he had long hair. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He ordered the fridge. The second time that I delt Electronic Express was not bad. I had a younger associate who was not quite as knowledgeable (so, four stars), but very courteous. That was to pay the remainder for the fridge and arrange delivery. The third time was yet another associate. I was there to purchase an in-stock range. This man, I think was a supervisor bc he knew everything I wanted to know and very nice. He even helped another associate load the range onto my truck. In all my experiences were way more than acceptable. I really appreciate their knowledge and friendliness. Thanks guys!

Very disorganized company. Ordered PS4 controller, which website and sales person stated were in stock. Was told by sales person that my order should ship out same day or next day at latest. Called back after 2 days of no shipment notification and was told that they were now out of stock and expecting a shipment by the end of the week and mine would ship. Next day, email notification of refund. I would highly advise anyone to steer clear of this company, as they have no clue how to conduct business and at best, have incompetent staff, who have no clue of what is going on.

I was with a friend helping her pick out a laptop it was on display for $449 when she went to pay they told her $629 when they refused to give it to her at the advertising price we asked them to price match they refused they proudly false advertise and stick by the illegal marketing practices DO NOT BUY FROM SCUM!

Ordered 4 appliances, none showed up per delivery timing; I had to call the corporate headquarters - they organized another location to go pick them up and deliver them to us.One of the appliances was a bent and dent; the store manager told us it was working, was damaged new, and the additional repair parts would be a few days, so we pushed the delivery out 7 days. The refrigerator showed up not working and with food stains, so it had been used. After calling corporate a couple times, the store manager called and left a voicemail that the parts were still on order but no confirmation date.16 days into it, we have not received parts or any further communication.Very poor communication, both at corporate and the Decateur store.

I went in to Electronics Express in Florence, Alabama looking to get information about buying a new laptop. Immediately I had someone trying to help me out. I appreciated the help and did not feel like I was being talked to by a salesmen who only wanted me to buy the most expensive item in the store. He gave me all the information that I needed and more and was not pushy or overbearing. The laptop that I ended up purchasing has been fantastic.

Sent delivery people WITHOUT MASKS into an unknown customers home in the middle of a pandemic. No gloves, sanitizer, masks, face coverings or anything. I am mortified. I am one of the high risk individuals that have no choice but stay at home because of peoples irresponsibility. We also have a state-wide mask mandate in effect by the governor. Unbelievable.

I have a daughter, and I went to buy her her a MacBook. And she fount the one she wanted, and they only had the display left. I tried to get them to sale it to me and they wouldn’t because they said they had some in the warehouse. Then, I said no I’ll go some were else to be nice. I went to the one in Decatur, and they said they shared the same warehouse. Come to find out, they didn’t have any! So, I called the Florence one back, and they sold the one that she wanted right after I left, and they said they weren’t allowed to sale the displays!!

Went in on Monday 5-27-19 to look at getting some car audio to replace my stock radio, and also some appliances. I was never greeted nor asked if I needed help. The manager Erica was standing at counter, which is right by the entrance and right beside audio, never once moved to come help me and ask if I needed help. Very much need to work on customer service. Very similar to Best Buy.

Normally I feel like prices are too high. However some sales are pretty good. Plus they carry a product I wanted that was on sale onlineso I thought instead of ordering it I would go and ask if they would price match the manufacturers sale, & they did! Easy peasy lemon squeezy with the crew I ran into tonight. Good experience 👍

I have given this store four chances, and I’m not sure why I went the fourth time. No one greets you, and it is hard to find help when needed. The layout of the store is lacking. It resembles something like a thrift store and just as unappealing as one.Each time, I have needed something different. Items ranging from computer SDD to adapters for my iPad, and every time, they don’t have it. It’s not worth your time or money to even go to this store. You would be better off going to elsewhere.

I had the best customer service when I couldn’t find anywhere else they had it in store with same day pickup and was very knowledgeable about what he was selling. I will definitely buy there again 😊👍

I was very excited to see a new electronics store open up in Florence, especially after the lack of best buy for the past year or so. So, I thought I would check out Electronics Express. Not even 3 minutes after I walked in, was I greeted by Garrett. Very friendly, and talkative guy. I inquired about a couple of products, and he seemed very knowledgeable about anything I had to ask. Me being a computer gamer, I rushed straight for the gaming equipment, which surprisingly, is very well priced compared to manufacturer sites, Amazon, etc. The store was very clean, and based around a modern look. Ill definitely recommend Electronics Express.

I bought this TV on Black Friday nearly a month ago. I have not heard back from my representative on when I would be receiving an refund. They lied and said they would refund our funds back to Walmart, LIES. This never happened.
