It was good just glad they had a truck available but they didnt have my storage & took my card info but didnt reserve a storage or gave it away i think but otherwise it was fine.

All was good until I check my bank account 2 days later, and it says I got double charged from Uhaul. I go there and they tell me it was miscommunication on their part, because nobody told anyone that I bought the truck back that same day. They ASSUMED I didnt bring it back until this morning. They gave my money back and I wont be doing business anymore. Not cool.

Extremely clean they have a couple of bathrooms on the inside you can also cool and the facility and I love your car the rental is always extremely clean they do get extremely busy so its better to come or call because they do a lot of services besides truck rentals but the staff has always been nice to me

Have used this location several times they also have a main office thats even larger now just across Highway 23. Great management great ownership lots of trucks lots of storage quick help always makes it easy time to get a trailer or truck for a business.

We purchased our moving materials here and really like their buyback policy on un-used boxes and materials

Pathetic. Been calling for 2 weeks to get a quote I was told Id get 2 weeks ago. Im just getting put on hold. No one ever answers.

Do not rent from this location. I rented a 26 ft truck and an auto transport trailer from them for a move to Idaho. They hooked up the trailer and loaded our Jeep on it. When I walked around it one of the trailer tires was completely flat. I pointed it out and he said he had to go get more help. Now the truck...It was a 12 year old GMC. A complete rattle trap that had so many air leaks in the cab you couldnt hear the other person in the cab without speaking very loud. We proceeded across country until we got to Wyoming. The truck started smoking and overheated. I called for roadside assistance and waited 30 minutes until someone came on the line. When a mechanic arrived he replaced s broken heater hose. It took 6 gallons of coolant but while he was looking he noticed the power steering for was low and filled that too. He said he might as well check the engine oil and it was low as well. He put in a quart (that was all he had) and said that truck hadnt been serviced in quite a while or they would have caught these issues. The next morning we started out again and after 145 miles, the truck just shut off at 70 miles an hour. I called roadside assistance again and got a mechanic 3 hours later. He couldnt find the problem and said he would call for a tow. 3 more hours later a tow truck towed it 118 miles into Colorado. We waited 6 hours in 90 degree heat along Interstate 80. We also had our 2 dogs with us. We unloaded our Jeep from the trailer and are now sitting and waiting for a company to come and unload the dead truck onto another truck. As of right now they are over an hour late and we are beginning to wonder if well ever get to Idaho!

This was my second experience with Two Men & A Truck. Again, I had three excellent workers. They were polite, careful with my things, and tireless in loading the truck and then unloading it at a temporary storage facility. Two thumbs up!

Didnt refund my money when I cancelled my trip truck. I was told as it happens that someone got the supplies I ordered almost immediately say Im there.

The first lady we had was not very helpful at all. I showed up at 1258 for my scheduled pick up at one. She pretty much said your truck isn’t here and just stared at us. When I asked what they were going to do about it she said “I don’t know it’s not here” the others around her told her to give me the one for the person who was an hour late. After a ton of hesitation and her trying to convince me I needed a different sized truck (that they didn’t have) she finally gave us the other truck. Thankfully the truck was perfect and we got everything moved but I’m not sure we will use this place again.

I put moms bedroom set, washer, dryer, and a red stuffed bear in the storage unit for safe keeping and was hoping they would turn on the air on it but they never did, so I couldnt keep up with it.It smelt really bad and I couldnt take the smell.So I let them auction it off.Boy was I mad,I didnt have a garage to air it out in for the winter

The prices are kind of high but I got done what I needed. For maybe 2-3 hours it was 60.00. The lady was nice. The van was messy in the back with leaves n dusty. I guess they dont check them very well. Not a bad experience just expensive.

My first experience with this location was awesome.However, I had first went to dort hwy as it was closer to my home. However that locations crew was very unhelpful/ unwilling to rent me both a truck, and trailer combo to haul my bike to lapeer honda. On top of being rude.Once i got to miller rd u-haul it was a completely different story. I gave them my; id, destination info, and was on my way in 20 min with a full lobby. Once i was finished there was maybe a 5 min return process. Awesome work miller rd. Ill pay that little extra each time to not deal with dort hwy.*****/*****

It fulfills its basic purpose but I had a run around with them that took days and multiple trips there to fix while using their UBox service and yes it was a mistake on their part as they had put it at the wrong location. Customer service was decent though as to why I gave 3 stars still.

This is a good U-Haul location. I rented a 24’ truck last November with no problems at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did not pressure us or give us a hassle about anything. Check-in was a breeze.

Their trucks are good for hauling just about anything, their trucks are clean &well kept.

Dont go here unless you like to be treated poorly, given wrong information about store hours and like dealing with poorly motivated agents. At least that was my experience. Ive lived in Flint my whole life. This business is poorly located to pickup, or drop off. The area has high crime rate and a lot of traffic accidents. Add that to bad service and you will likely go to another location anyway. Ive rented from uhaul many times but my recent 2 experienced with this location was my last.

I left my Apple AirPods along with 3 phone chargers and a tape measure in the glove box. Mysteriously none of my items were found before they rented the truck out again a day later. They blamed it on the new renter who they said was a pastor. Smh. I was told that they don’t check the glove compartment when you return a truck. I can’t fathom a company not throughly looking through a vehicle they rent out daily. So, basically, if someone leaves something illegal in there & you get pulled over it’s your charge. Sounds ridiculous right. Who the police gunna believe, you or U-Haul? Especially they way police are killing people.

Was told about $77 would held paying via credit card, within seconds my card was charged $90.76. I returned the truck early and never recieved a final receipt. Had to call and was told they only charged me $72.22, the remaining $18.54 is no where to be seen. Uhaul on Miller rd tried telling me my bank may hold a certain percentage to ensure payment. I have used Uhaul before and never had this kind of experience.

Only 1 person at counter with 5 customers. Stood in line for 30 minutes so the express check out was useless.

Worst facility ever. My payment wasnt late and they started calling my emergency contact telling them i owe two months of storage and my stuff will be going to auction. I called to ask them about it and everyone played stupid. I came a couple days later and they tried to close twenty minutes early and didnt want to open up. I came today at nine and they still hadnt opened the storage units and told me i had to wait until they checked out a few trucks. Im moving my stuff out immediately.

Horrible.....they tried charging me for another day because they said the truck was 10 min late then the guy hung up on me had to drive back there i paid cash 20$ extra for what they called a settlement then tried billing me another 179$ tried to say i never paid well i gave the reciet and plan on taking legal action never do buisness with these crooks uhaul should pull the franchise from these people total nightmere
