It went really well from making the arrangements to the move itself. I really liked how well I was kept up to date during the entire process. Ashley on the office side really did great, while Ethan and Will from the move team did a first-rate job preparing and moving the furniture. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!! After giving me a competitive price and moving my stuff into storage for 4 months, I called them to tell them of the expected move date and location. I then took the day off to be available to them. They ended up not showing until after 2:30 in the afternoon, so in essence I gave up a days pay when I could have worked and met with them after. They then attempted to charge me after I was called twice that same week by the office stating that I would not be charged as our house was so close to their location. They then went behind my back and not only took the amount of my account, but they took an additional $500 on top of that basically emptying my account and going into my overdraft protection account as well. They never contacted me about how the move went (even though there were about 7-8 things broken). When I contacted the office about this. The woman stated that the conversation of the no charge delivery never took place. No integrity in the office and questionable ethics. Take your business elsewhere.

Tow Young men showed up and presented themselves in a very professional manner I liked them from the very beginning they were consistent and took the time to wrap items up they were friendly and made my move from Flint to Davison a pleasant. The service gave me a call back the following day to see how things went and to answer any questions I may have had, I was also considering them for junk removal, but it seems the things I considered junk was something others had a use for. I would recommend them to anyone.

The team was efficient, friendly and made her laugh, which was especially important as she was leaving the house she had been in for almost 50 years. We were very pleased with our recent experience. The movers were prompt, friendly, treated our belongings with care and worked SO fast...they moved the entire contents of our 3 bedroom house in 4 hours! My parents hired this group to move them from their apartment jam packed with their furniture from a previous home into their new home. They had way more stuff than someone living in an apartment would normally have so the estimate was off by a bit, but they made adjustments and got another guy. Those three guys worked so hard and had good attitudes and were respectful even tho they worked into the night. The truck was brand new, and they were extremely careful and skilled at moving all the furniture. Great job guys!! Definitely would recommend this group out of the Flint office!

I hired Two Men and a Truck to complete my move from Flint to Grand Blanc in June. I provided them details on all of my furniture, rooms, square footage, etc. They said it would require 3 movers and about 6-8 hours. On the day of the move, they called and said 2 movers called in sick so they would be an hour late. They found a brand new backup mover who ended up being extremely lazy and slow. The 2 movers were not careful with my items and did not wrap fragile pieces of furniture I specifically asked to be wrapped. Multiple items ended up getting damaged. But what made the experience especially horrible, was it took 17 hours, yes 17 HOURS to complete a move originally estimated to be 6-8 hours. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the manager and we worked out an agreement to bill me for less than 17 hours but still close to double what they originally quoted me. I paid the agreed upon amount instantly. Now in January, I started receiving harassing debt collection calls and letters from a collection agency threatening to list a debt on my credit report for the full 17 hour invoice amount. Inexperienced movers and inept office workers.

Everything about Two Men and a Truck was an excellent experience; from scheduling our moving date to our wonderful Moving Team, D.J. and Turner.The team arrived when expected, calling first to let us know they were on their way. Even though the weather was very hot and humid,D.J. and Turner worked carefully to wrap everything, load and unload our belongings and to make sure that they got things where we wanted. These young men demonstrated true professionalism in their manners, communication, work ethic.and team work. I have used this company before and they have done a great job. The team on the job get all the work done in a timely manner. There was one concern for me, only some of the team members wore masks for very little of the time. There were team members not wearing masks at all! I am not sure if the company has a list of precautions to take for the team members at all. Throughout my whole move there was no glove wearing and hand washing. The team did a great job moving but need to take precautions as well.

The young guys who helped us out we nice and courteous. I think their actual packing skills was a less than desired, as was discovered only after moving and then unpacking.

I moved last month with this place helping me get from point A to B. I even stopped in to buy some boxes off of them! This was good service done right. Moving was stressful enough as it was, but they didnt treat me like a bother and offered me advice on what boxes to use. Cut to when the movers arrived, they were on-time, VERY courteous, and did me a good job. I am glad I hired these guys to move me, saved me a lot of trouble.

Movers were all star 5 stars, the company setup and confirmation calls were lacking, they did not tell me that fuel had to be emptied from everything, despite me mentioning a generator and lawn mower twice in the calls. This is a large oversight that cost me additional money, I almost lost my generator because I had to be out the next day. Otherwise the moving crew deserves raises!

AMAZING! Ray & Mike were efficient, hard working, polite, respectful, on time, funny, and everything else you would want in a mover. I had them pick up custom made furniture from a warehouse down state, then come to my home for another pick up, and then made it to our final destination up north right at dusk. They worked hard to get it everything moved in before it got too late. We filled the truck to its gills and NOTHING was damaged or scratched. Everything was perfect! Heres a comparison: the next day Ethan Allen delivered furniture and their delivery team bumped my freshly painted walls, and hit some of my hanging lighting with my furniture. Hands down, two men and a truck out of Flint, specifically Ray & Mike, are the two best movers I have ever had, move my belongings. Even my decorator said in the 18 years she has been working in the field, these guys were the BEST she has ever seen! I tipped them well and fed them dinner. They deserved it. I could not have done this type of move (three stops) without them. Oh, did I tell you, they also called when they arrived and departed each stop per my request. AWESOME JOB GUYS!!

First off all, I saw one of the movers lift a super heavy object like it was a paper doll. Super human strength. I wish I could do that, lol. But seriously the service was polite, fast, and careful. They were patient and friendly with me from the first phone call, to paying at the end of their service. I think these men deserve a raise. They were incredible. I can go on and on. I moved into my one bedroom apartment and had one of the most awesome experiences! The two gentlemen called ahead 20 minutes to let us know they were on their way for delivery of our new piano. When they arrived, they backed up the truck perfectly into my driveway. I showed them where the piano would need to be moved and they carted it in on a dolly. Then they carefully lifted the piano over our wood steps in our front foyer and moved it into position. It was a great experience and am looking for something else to move.

We had a very delightful experience with your guys. They were very kind, courteous and attentive. Whatever I told them to move or take, they never batted an eye but just did it. The Flint/Miller Rd. moving team is THE best! I was so impressed by their crew leader DJ and David who were both tireless and courteous professionals every step of the way. They were so helpful and clearly dedicated to making my move run smoothly. DJ and David carefully padded, shrink wrapped, loaded and delivered everything safely, including a huge 7 foot mirror, three super heavy lighted mirror and glass entertainment units, LP record collection and a multitude of fragile art supplies, equipment, paintings and so much more. I just cant tell you how much I appreciated that these guys were in charge of my move!Also, deepest thanks to the rain rescue crew - Jonesy and Darius - their hard work was totally beyond the call of duty and to their terrific office staff Matt and Ashley. Huron, Blake, and Andersen did a fantastic job moving my mother from her home of 50 years into our home. They were hard workers and I was thoroughly impressed with their ability to handle heavy items including a treadmill. They were consistently polite, respectful, and professional. I felt they went above and beyond, and patiently did everything I asked. Huron even assisted my frail mother from my car into our home. They tried their best to minimize damage to items/walls when moving our things. Huron and Blake really worked well together as a team discussing how best to move larger items. The 2 Guys were professional, personable, took special care in wrapping each item and then carefully carried them out and placed them securely in the truck. They were very thorough at the beginning during the walk through upstairs and downstairs of the house, and then were thorough with us at the end to make sure nothing was forgotten. We would call on this company again as office personnel Nick and especially Heather (spoke with her more) really knew all the details, explained the procedure well and followed up with us to be sure everything went to our satisfaction. On August 4, 2017 I had Two Men and a Truck from Flint, MI move me. At first I thought it was going to be a great experience but as it turns out it was a total nightmare!!! They broke items prior to leaving my home. When they FINALLY arrived, almost 4 hours late to my new home, because they were in a completely different side of the state. It was like they were on a timeframe and carrying way to heavy of boxes for themselves, with numerous boxes falling over. It was like they were just hurrying to be able to get out of here. Noticed things damaged upon arrival and called them out on it. As of this time I am still unpacking items and continually finding damaged items. Now I just found where the movers seriously damaged my oak jewelry box that stands 4 1/2 feet tall and was EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE when purchased. Hard telling what else I am going to find. To late now to file a claim I even tipped these two gentlemen and gave them money to be able to take the turnpike back to Flint MI, since they stated that the company does not give them the money for that and if they do travel that way it has to come out of their own pocket. I would NEVER EVER use this company again and I will NEVER EVER suggest this company to ANYONE. If I could rate this company in the negative I most certainly would. I even gave them a stereo to keep. Now I even notice I can not post this comment until I mark a star. So, I have only mark one star so I could post this, which they would not have gotten any stars marked from me!!!!!!!

Our family needed help with a local move of some living room, dining room, and bedroom furniture. Never shopped around for a mover - made just one phone call to Two Men and a Truck - good move (no pun intended) on our part. Ashlyn created the move order for us. She was patient, friendly, and super helpful, answering all my questions and helping me understand what to expect on move day. On the day of the move, she called once to give us an update on the whereabouts of the move team, and called again to alert us to their arrival time. It is impossible not to like and appreciate this young lady.Dale and Joe handled the move for us, and I will ask for them by name the next time we need move support. They were absolutely polite and conscientious at all times. We were more than a little concerned about how the furniture would be handled, but they thoroughly padded each piece with move blankets and then took the additional step of wrapping each piece tightly with plastic shrink wrap. We neednt have worried. They were extremely careful with each of the pieces, and did the job in less than half the time we had anticipated. These guys hustle - youve got to see it to believe it. We could not have been more satisfied with the move.The day following the move, I got a call from Matt, their customer service guy, wanting to know how things went with the move. I was flat out impressed that they cared enough to want to know how they did.To say that we were pleased with the way things went would be a huge understatement. They are the only company we will use in any future moves.

Will not ever call this company for another move! The movers arrived at my mothers apartment to move her and the guy walked from the front door to her bedroom and said he couldn’t do because he didn’t feel good. They told me that there was boxes scattered everywhere and they weren’t sealed, well they NEVER specified how they needed the boxes to be. It’s not gonna be perfectly stacked when your in a hurry. So In my eyes Two men and a truck Is an unreliable company!

Second time I have used this company to move furniture that Ive purchased or move heavy items into my home. The movers pay attention to every detail, they wrapped all of the furniture, and they are some of the most polite individuals. With the company employing people who care like this I will always recommend this company for moving anything! I will also continue to use them for years to come. Thank you two men and a truck!

The three men, Chris, Carter, and Justin, were the best team ever. They went above and beyond my expectations. It was the best ending to a 4 day move. I would highly recommend Two men and a truck.

Sam, the one in charge of the crew, was very attentive to detail. the majority of the items were in my basement but being moved to different areas of the home. i explained where everything was to go with some items being marked and others not, everything was placed in the proper areas. the biggest items were the moving of baby grand piano to the back room and bringing a 60 vanity with marble counter-top already attached, up a flight of stairs with a 90 degree turn. both were painstaking projects but they handled both very professionally. the piano had to have legs removed and they thoroughly wrapped the piano for protection, just to move 25 feet! i have used 2 men and a truck before and would highly recommend them for any moving projects!

Overall phenomenal experience. The crew was friendly and efficient. Great service for a great price.
