I have had my things stored there for just over 1 year now. I highly recommend A++ Storage. I have had no issues at all, its clean, gate works and now they have cameras. I feel that my valuables are safe here.Thank you for keeping the place so clean Marcy!

So far so good. Just checked in and the guy that did my contract was very good. He went above and beyond his job, even chased me down when I forgot my copy of the contract.

The manager Marcy was very friendly and helpful. Property is clean, well lit and secure. I would recommend this facility to everyone.

After hours Uhaul return

The unit has insulation in the ceiling that has a rip and is hanging down around 6 inches. The unit also has mouse droppings all over the inside. The shackle to put our lock through was rusted and unable to accommodate a normal sized lock with a hidden shackle. We had to get a smaller lock. The gate is left open every time I have gone there and no entry code was required.The area is somewhat remote and adds a little security. I would suggest looking elsewhere first.UPDATE: Started to retrieve our items from the storage unit and there are several water damaged boxes because of the hole in the insulation. The owners seem to care very little and seem to be riding out the monthly payment with very little upkeep or upgrades. I would highly suggest going elsewhere.

Hard to talk to on the phone. Showed up after I rented a shed and there was a lawn mower in there. They called asking if I could come between 9-5 for them to get it. Told them no but I could that night and they never came out to move it for me. Fence is broken up front even though the website says its secured by fence and code. Theres a nice one on Corunna and elms I think I would try next time.

Very helpful and accommodating staff. Explained completely the terms and conditions of the contract prior to signing.

The manager is extremely rude, acts like he is doing you a favor. Has no concern about your property stored there and will even attempt to damage it. I moved my stuff out and put it someplace that wont destroy it.

Cheap storage and cheap service.! When you call, everything has to be done through the manager. Of course the manager is NEVER there and has to call you back. The manager NEVER calls back. Do not do anything over the phone with these people. They kept charging me after I cancelled my storage and the manager will not call me back!
