This place did me no good! I had them repair a phone screen that they charged me $200 for after 3 weeks of waiting the phone only worked for less than a week before the led lights on the inside screen started to break! Contacted another phone repair place they told it was definitely the installment that caused the damage! I took the phone back to have them fix it again they told me my son must have done something to it & it would be another $200! The other phone place said they must have separated the outside & inside screen when replacing! The other phone place is going to fix for way less! I dont recommend this business at all save your money

The guys working there were very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. They were polite to my friend, who dropped her phone, and explained what was wrong and how they might be able to fix it. While they did have a replacement piece in stock, they even offered to order a different color if she wanted.

Been here several times and if I have problems with electronics Ill be coming back.

Friendly & quick service! Prices are very reasonable...I was very happy with my experience here.Above was my original post 2 months ago. I’m now changing it. That night I got home and my iPad had a shadow on the screen, we took it back and they fixed it. Got home and the shadow was gone but now the screen kept blacking out about every 3-5 minutes. We took it back and they were able to fix it, but now the shadow is back. We’ll take it back because it’s under warranty but I’m really regretting not taking it to the Apple store...this has been a longer process than it needed to be.

Owner Emanuel told me two weeks to have my computer done & ready, took over two months. Slow and bad customer service! Do not recommend!

I went to get my front and back screen replaced and it wasn’t sealed properly and yesterday my phone screen came off. I have called multiple times and no one is answering. Don’t do business with them, go to bestbuy. Bestbuy only charge 90$!!

Stopped by here after going to the AT&T store. AT&T did not have the protective cover for my phone they sold me when I bought the phone initially. Talked with a very pleasant young man, who is working on becoming an Army officer, who was super helpful. Walked out with a protective cover for my phone and a place I am going to go for all my future phone accessories. ALSO, it was less expensive than AT&T.

Ok. But they didnt put my note pen stylus back in and I didnt notice it for a couple of days. Had to replace before trading in the phone.

A+ customer service! All the employees are very friendly and professional. I took my I-phone to I-repair for a new battery last year and it didnt seem to be holding its charge anymore. I let them know and my battery was replaced no questions asked. I also took my daughters I-phone in to be looked at. I was quoted a very fair price. They fixed what I told them I thought was wrong and out we went. We realized the phone wasnt fixed which was due to my assumption of what was wrong...I took the phone back 15 minutes before close and left with the phone like new. Staff stayed 25 minutes late so my daughter could have her phone. I am beyond happy with the work I-Repair has done and will recommend everyone I know to go here, as they will not be disappointed. They are not a good place to go to they scam you.My parents took their phones there and they told us to pay $200 so we did for a new screen and then they got their phones back and then ink started coming inside the screen and it was the inside screen that broke and they blamed it on them and said they had to pay more money for a inside screen and then they called a different company and they said that it wasnt my parents fault it was the companys because the inside and outside screen come together and it was only $140 and they dont answer the phone and they take like 2 months to repair your device.

After a drunken night with friends I regrettably shattered the screen on my Note 9. Thankful to the staff at Irepair for fixing my baby up for a reasonable price and in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend them to friends and family. Thanks guys

Great service, amazing technicians even when they were about to close they went the extra mile to help me out with my phone could not have be more grateful in my entire life they fix my battery and the battery has a one year warranty I felt bad for making the stay an extra 25 minutes they were very respectful and didn’t mind staying after hours to make sure my phone was working properly after the repair. They fixed the power button on my moms phone it was an iPhone 8 Plus we thought the phone was a goner they told that job take a couple of hours so I drop the phone off went to go watch a movie and when I came back everything including the power button was working they did have to order the part but it was worth the wait. My phone was damaged internally and within an hour they had it up and running again.It looked like I was going to be late for lunch and thought that this would totally eliminate the possibility of me getting a plate of hot grass cutter, but because of their professional and expedient service, I made it to lunch without being late.My phone was TOTALLY disassembled so they could work on it. The knowledge base here is amazing.If you need a new screen, a new charging port, or any other work done to your phone, I highly recommend these guys. I paid roughly $60 and my Galaxy is as good as new.

They did a GREAT job on my iPad!!! But the lady who works there is very rude and had a attitude. When you are in customer service whatever problem you had or having a bad day you should put that to the side. Then on top of that you call and ask for a price its not the same when you go into the store. Besides the RUDE lady everything else was Great.

I stopped to ask about my on-off button sticking on my iPhone 5s andi-Repair fixed it for me in 10 minutes right in front of my eyes on the counter. Brought in my daughters tablet to see if it was worth fixing. Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. Ended up bringing my husbands phine to have him replace the screen because of the initial interaction. He said maybe 30 minutes and it felt like 15 maximum when he was done. Was impressed with Jacobs willingness to explain what he was doing and his advice. Dont usually do reviews but I was that impressed!

Will never go back here again. Only gave it star because they are nice. Had my screen repair because I shattered the screen. And when they replaced it. The screen didnt even rest inside the frame. They tried saying it was because my frame was bent. I called BS because it wasnt. It was straight. Even by a level. Basically wasnt $220 on a new screen for nothing.

They are absolute magician. After dumping my phone in 103 degree bromiated hot tub water, I thought it was gone. I had nothing at all backed up, and was in terrible shape. He said bring it in. He was straightforward, and honest about what he was going to do, and my chances of a recovery. He ran it through multiple times, and kept trying, and in the end it was fixed! It had its own little hot tub of standing water inside. He started working on it as soon as I brought it in. These type of stores often get a bad rap, but this place is a jewel. Thank You guys for coming through.

It was okay, they took longer than the time they said they were going to take. Half of my phone is crooked my home button and camera. Also there is a teeny hole in the top left corner of my phone. They took off my perfectly fine screen protector and didnt offer me a new one. But they did offer for me to buy another one. Yeah right. I wouldnt recommend to anyone I know. Step up your game I-Repair.

Poor service quality and parts. My glass on my iPhone 6 lasted less than one month before the corners began to lift and had hot spots from day one. They have refused to honor any warranty that they claimed when I choose them to repair my phone. Avoid these scam artists

This place is absolutely terrible, I brought my phone in to have the screen repaired and my phone was returned to me visibly very bent. When I showed it to him all he said to me was “you probably sat on it or something” first of all my phone was not bent when I dropped it off, I would have been able to see it and feel it. The entire frame of the phone is bent and you can see it and feel it. Not only that, but my screen is still not fixed it! It glitches all the time and the color goes in and out. There are plenty of other phone repair shops around and I highly recommend no taking anything to this store! I called back the next day and the manager argued with me about my phone frame being bent, but did offer to take a look at the the screen for me. At this point I don’t trust them with my device and will not be taking it back there.

This is a great place to get your phone fixed. They are quick, affordable and wonderful service. They fixed my LG V20 fixed with in 15-20 minute. They checked out my battery and made sure I was updated on any possible issues and answered all questions. No doubt if anything else happens to my phone I will bring it back here.
