Referred to store via warranty of phone. polite and responsive customer service. informed me prior to accepting phone that parts will need to be ordered for my problems resolution and there would be a few days delay, but overall quick turnaround and phone came back working and looking like new. they are very attentive to detail. this shop is a great reference for many other businesses to pay attention to in reference to customer service and quality of work. I recommend friends/family to this location without hesitation.

*HIGHLY RECOMMEND*I cannot express my gratitude enough for how helpful everyone I dealt with was. Tyler was able to answer all of my questions over the phone before I drove an hour to have them fix my phone. Jennifer was incredibly helpful while I was in store and was extremely personable. Although they were busy, they handled it very professionally and had me taken care of completely in a matter of a couple hours.(The time needed for labor). I did not catch the other girls name that helped me but even in training she was extremely helpful and I loved to see that she was being given first hand experience from Jennifer on how to handle each situation uniquely. I hope to not have to see you all again but if so I know I will be in good hands.

First off the staff here was great. Brittany was at the desk and she was super helpful and professional. The people in the back, I did t get their names, we’re very helpful as well. I would recommend this place to everyone and will be going back to this location if I ever have issues again.

Woke up this morning to my phone not working. My service provided led me in circles without getting anything done. I heard about this place and I was so pleased. Note 20 Ultra for my son purchased around 14 months ago had intermittent loss of the display. Sometimes was completely out and other times was more like just the backlight just went out, very strange. Would work great for a couple days then happen again. Had no trouble whatsoever with uBreakiFix repairing it for us under warranty. They are licensed as a factory Samsung service center, so its comforting to know that OE parts are put back on the phone that were still paying for. Great people and excellent work. Highly recommended!!

Tyler and Ubreak/Ifix did a great job explaining what needed fixed on our laptop (we also had a phone fixed as well). They were able to fix the screen to almost new and they did it in a very speedy manner. I would recommend them. They also gave us a warranty for 90 days on the laptop monitor. I gave 5 stars but there is a very small white line across the top of the monitor and a few broken clips. In all honesty I wondered if we would ever be able to get it fixed so all in all I’m pretty impressed. Nice work.

Quick service on having the liquid glass put on. Screen still broke, cant tell you about the insurance as I was able to get a new phone from Verizon for $20.

The guys were super nice and helpful. We had a bit of snafu at start because they assumed my phone was being fixed under warranty. The communicated well, and explained everything.Their parking lot is terrible so be warned. You also need to provide them with a pin to unlock the device. Had I considered it I would have put a different pin or lock pattern as a temporary lock.

The back cover of my phone including the camera cover got broken. They had the parts to fix it in stock 1 hour later phone was as good as new. Great guys working there who know what they are talking about. Polite and friendly, I would highly recommend.

Going in to getting my screen repaired. First time I ever had an issue with a phone in over ten years. I will say was not excited. But setting up the claim was east and went in when it was convenient for me. They handled the customers in front ov me with good pace but very knowledgeable. It actually put me at ease that maybe this won’t be so bad. And when it was my turn they listened and told me the repair would take 2 hours. But an hour and 25 minutes later it was done. (Being one of the first it probably helps). But was extremely pleased with the quality of the repair. So thanks!!

I was directed to the Flint Michigan store by Asurion to have my cracked screen fixed. When I went to pick my phone up, not only was it not fixed....it was broken worse.The phone was working when dropped off. When I got it back, the screen was cracked worse and would no longer recognized the SIM card.Poor workmanship.

They were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done and took me through a complete step by step process of what and how it will be done! My I-pad was outside of warranty and best buy and apple wanted almost $800 for just a screen repair! They got it done professionally and for half the price!! Good vibes with professional courtesy and at an affordable price!!!

I cant say enough good things about working with Sean J in regards to fixing my phone. I just had warranty work done to the phone last week and it started acting up again, unable to use it. I took the phone into the store and there were 2 customers ahead of me and multiple calls coming in. Sean was the only one working and handled the in-person customers and phone customers calmly, politely and thoroughly, while also being upfront about being busy and the time-frame for repairs. Once it was my turn to be helped he offered some solutions and even went above and beyond to make sure the repair was completed as quickly as possible! Highly reccomend this store for their customer service alone!

These guys listened to me and took my phone and gave me an honest and accurate estimate. They fixed my phone for a very reasonable amount. They fixed it the same day I took it in. Helpful even though they couldnt help me with my new Z fold 2. They arent able to get parts or trained in Samsungs foldable line yet. Ive been happy with my previous use of UbreakIfix and ill return if I happen to need a repair again.

Dont go, they dont have a qualified technicians, plus they dont check their service parts before they install them into the phone, they only have 90 days warranty so their service parts will last 6 months and after that they will tell you to pay for a new one, use your money in a new phone dont waste it in here.

They did cut my bill in half for there mistake but omg this new screen looks so horrible I’m so disappointed I wish I bought a new iPad instead:(

Told me it was thier problem and I would have to pay for the repair a second time! i just had the phone fixed the day before and now i have to pay again!

Although William was not able to fix my Google Pixel phone, he spent significant time and I was charged $0. The phone ended up being Google locked, so a new battery did not help. The lock would not allow us to factory reset. He also helped me with options on where I might go locally or online to buy a new phone. Clean store & highly professional. I highly recommend them!
