The two young ladies working on Saturday were very helpful. I would recommend anybody to go in there they made everything fast and easy. Very friendly very relaxed atmosphere. Brooklynn, bless her heart, was able to walk me through what I needed to do on my phone no easy task for her, to speed things up on my phone. She was very polite and patient with me. Bought an LG Stylo 6 from them last Fall. The service and the phone are good, but the stylus is made very cheap and has already broke. Very dissatisfied with that part of it. I think the store locations should keep some s pens in stock instead of going online to hassle filling out a form to get a new one.

My sister, who was with another wireless service, but had lost her phone months ago, I took her to Cricket Wireless (Ive been a customer for years) so I could buy her a new phone for her birthday. Absolutely outstanding customer service from the store manger Tasia! Highly recommend.

Went into the store to finish a warranty return and bigger white guy told me Id have to pay him 10 dollars cash to use their store phone to call the warranty department. We wouldnt do that so he said we would have to go back to the store the warranty was done at, maybe if he out down the Zelda game he was playing and focused on us then we would have left more satisfied. We left and went to owosso and manager there took good care of me. I will never go to Miller road again, especially when they try to make me pay cash for using the store phone.

Update new owners fired all the staff and hired what Im guessing is family because they no nothing about the phones the rude erigent and just in helpfull so changing rating from 5 stars to 2 only because cricket phone service is good

I was in here today and was approached by the Sales Rep, Fadi, as soon as I walked in. He was very welcoming and answered every question I had. I ended up switching from Metro and getting the Stylo 2 for only 99.99!! Service is great so far as well!! Would definitely recommend to anyone.
