I called up there and asked the tech if he had a used phone he could sell me as parts and the guy said yes. He said he would let me get it for $40. So after work I find a sitter and head to the mall just for the guy to say that the previous person I talked to was wrong and that he cant sell me the phone unless he activates it for another $25 and that hes the manager and what he says goes. Im already a customer and dont need another activated phone but need the parts to fix my previous phone because I need it for court. But of coarse the person with the most power is the rudest. I have been a loyal customer for years and think its time for a change.

I was here yesterday and Sam helped me out activate my own iPhone 6 Plus! He was really nice and has great customer service. Would definitely recommend anyone going to him.
