Excellent, professional service. Cost was a little on the high side, but it was well worth having the job done right and in a timely fashion. The work was on a Toyota Prius, and I’d like to see that they welcome hybrid vehicles. Will definitely be back to the future service needs.

Grand Pointe Automotive did an incredible job detailing the interior of my absolutely filthy car. My cloth seats and carpets were loaded with woven dog hair they managed to remove completely. There had been at least 10 different fluids of different mixtures and viscosities spilled throughout, and alongside the center console, but my leasing company will NEVER know it. There was 2.5 years of dirt, dust, makeup, food bits, and farm materials (I live on a horse farm, so mud, hay, ….manure, etc.) collected inside but they somehow made it look and smell completely brand new. I can’t wait to take my husbands King Ranch dually here for a full detail to surprise him for his birthday in a couple months. I highly, highly recommend this place and will be coming here regularly to keep my current and future cars clean like they deserve. Additionally, their staff was so wonderful and friendly to work with, they have a complimentary shuttle, and their office building, garage, and premises are very well kept and clean. Truly can’t say enough good about my experience. Thank you!

Took vehicle in for a clunk in front end. Staff was very upbeat/friendly. Diagnosed and repaired both front ball joints and front end alignment. I feel the cost was reasonable, and they were prompt with completing the repair. Would recommend!!

I found Grand Pointe Automotive after looking at reviews for garages in my area. After seeing their good reviews and pictures of them working on Audis and Volkswagens I figured they would have no problem working on my Volvo.I called on Thursday (10/7) and explained the situation (I had my own parts and only needed one strut replaced as I had done the drivers side one but found a frozen bolt on the passengers side and figured I better leave it to the professionals). It was explained to me that they do not typically allow customer parts but could make an exception in this situation and they never mentioned any problem with working on a Volvo, even giving me an estimate after confirming the model. I was told could drop it off whenever I got a chance.On Tuesday (10/13) I dropped my car off at night and left the keys in the drop box, but on Wednesday morning (10/14) I received a call saying they would not work on my car because they do not use customer parts or have a Volvo technician. After explaining that this was already okayed previously the technician who called me checked with the other guys at the shop and nobody remembered me calling. Therefore they would not work on my car.Very frustrated and disappointed with this business. If they dont want to work on something thats fine but dont waste someones time saying one thing over the phone and another in person.

I couldn’t be happier with my experience at this repair shop. Everyone is pleasant to deal with. The shuttle service makes dropping my truck off a breeze. They have never tried to up sell me something that I don’t need. 10/10 every time.

A great place to go. Very helpful, friendly, and efficient. If you repairs are lengthy they will even take you home and come get you to pick up your car later when it’s ready.

Grand Pointe has been wonderful to work with and did a great job fixing a car that I just bought and found it had SO much wrong with it (head gasket, main seal, etc). It took a bit of time to do because it was a large job but they communicated with me throughout the whole process and even offered me a loaner car if I needed one. I appreciate their work and staff.

Customer service above anything I have experienced. Had brakes and rotors replaced a year ago, was getting some grind on front passenger. Grand Point replaced both front rotors and pads, also cleaned up caliper with a $0 charge to me.

I recently had some work completed on my truck. There was an issue caused by defective parts the first time I drove after the repair. They did make it right by replacing these parts and rechecking to ensure that no other issues were created.

Ive used Grand point 3 or 4 times now everything they have fixed on my car has gone bad and needed to be replaced thats just one car I bought a 2018 ford edge in Oct of 2020 and had Grand point do a pre purchase inspection cost around 100 dollars said everything looks great 2 weeks later had to have the engine replaced they should have noticed the problem during this inspection but doubt they even looked at the car dont not take your car here you can definitely find a better place one that Actually cares and definitely find one with better Mechanics

After a year of searching, Grand Pointe earned my trust ...working on my daughters car to ensure she gets back to school (in Illinois) safely. That was pre-Pandemic. Ive called several times during the new normal to be told there is a 5-6 day lead time once the vehicle arrives before they can even look at at :(. It would appear the search is on again ...

I do most of my own auto repairs as a DIYer but lately have run across a couple projects that I did not have the knowledge/patience to tackle. This business has come very highly rated. ai used them once and was very happy. So happy that when another issue came up on another vehicle, I took it to them to repair for me. Significant oil leak from a front oil seal/gasket and a 2015 truck. Had an extremely tight work schedule that involved two out of town trips within the week. Read the reviews and noticed 4.9 star rating so I figured I would see if they could impress. Truck was fixed and operable the next day and the mechanics even had enough sense to clean the undercarriage and there is now no evidence of an oil leak anywhere. Was a bit pricey but Im not a mechanic so it was well worth it, and Im assuming the price was right because their employees are well paid for their great work. Thank you!

This was my second time getting some minor work done on my car at Grand Pointe Automotive. Ive gone to other places and the thing that really really bothers me is poor customer service, no eye contact and waiting/standing in line for over five minutes without anyone saying anything to you. Well, Im happy to say that I did not receive that kind of service at Grand Pointe Automotive. The personnel are super nice and friendly and they give you eye contact as soon as you come through the door. You get a warm welcoming feeling immediately. I wont say the other places name of business, but I got eye contact and that was about it...lol. Even if you are on the phone, someone could gesture and say, Ill be right with you, but nope, eyes down and talking on the phone. So, I would definitely go back to Grand Pointe Automotive for car service. I cant speak for major car repairs and service, but I believe that they would be honest and upfront about the process. Customer service is key:)

Mechanic, Brent, took the time to explain the issues and options re check engine light and said to bring my vehicle back immediately if possible if check engine light comes on again to get more precise diagnostic. Oil change was normal as usual and I used a $4.00 mailed discount card.

I reached out to them about a couple issues I was having with my vehicle to see if they could even service it. I received a fast response back. Once I brought my vehicle in, the communication was excellent and continued throughout the entire process. The price to fix it was lower than expected. But the true revelation about this business on why I will go back and recommend them to others is this. An issue I was having with my vehicle turned about to be a very simple fix. I love these guys! Being a female I’ve been lied to by automotive repair shops before. But these guys are right to the point and even try to find you the best deals. I’ve been going to them for years.

Initially, I brought my car in due to a noise coming out of my rear passenger side but I also requested an oil change, brake pads and rotors, wheel alignment and balancing, and any other possible issues to be fixed. On the 1st appointment they fixed all of that except the noise in the rear passenger side which they did state it was either my sway bars or shocks. I opted out of the shocks and green-lighted the sway bars which did not solve the problem. Upon returning my vehicle I had the shocks replaced which was discounted and solved that headache of a noise. Even though it is somewhat expensive I would still refer them to a friend due to the honesty and also you can drop your car off and then they would provide a shuttle to drop you off where you reside and also pick you up once your car is fixed.

My air conditioning went out on my truck during the hottest part of this summer and on the way home from vacation. We were referred to GPA by a friend. After calling and speaking to the scheduling office, he informed me it was a common problem with that vehicle and yes they could take care of it. However, he continued to explain, they already had 54 cars in for service and it would be a few days to a week before they could probably look at it.We dropped it off after hours and greeted by Brett, who was a mechanic working late. He said he would pull it around back into the secure lot and someone would get with us in the morning. The phone call came and he advised of the wait again. Told him that was fine, that was Wed. on Friday he called to advise they had it in and found the condenser was shot and could have a part here possibly yet tonight. I approved repair and by Tues my truck was back and has been cooling perfectly since.Very courteous and caring company.

Everything Ive had done there has had to be redone or taken back again. I had a heat problem that they said just needed a flush, only lasted a week and when I called they said it wasnt a guaranteed repair, which they didnt tell me before they did it. I got an oil leak repaired with an oil change that they didnt even bother to check or fill my fluids and still didnt when I came back again. My battery died and alternator was smoking. I told them about it, had my car towed there and they said it was just my battery. 4 weeks later my alternator caught on FIRE and I had to have it towed back AGAIN. Brakes were making a bad noise on the right front. Took it in and right front still made noise after they fixed. Lastly I got shocks struts and alignment. Car still pulled. Took it back they said it was fine, probably just radial pull ... Well now my front right tire is WASTED on the right side only and Belle tire says my alignment is really bad and I have to get it done again. Havent even been back to them for my free oil change I was offered. Starting taking my vehicle elsewhere.

This is by far the best automotive repair facility in town. I have never felt more comfortable taking my vehicles in for repairs. Grand Pointe is honest and fair.
