I went into the tire store part . I was quoted one price on the phone then when I got there I was told the tire was not that price. Without any other conversation between me and him he started calling me a liar and that I was lying and trying to make up my own prices calling everybody until finally I called the head office and had to bring someone from a head office over there.when the woman came she did take care of me in a professional manner but only after a man had called me a liar several times and act like I was a low-life told me I had no money and couldnt afford the tires anyways. I suggest they get rid of this man you cannot run a business with a person talking to a customer this way and expect a returning customer out of anyone.

I was told on the phone they have toppers for a chevy, oh yeah stop by ✔them out drive all the way there just to find out, oh well we dont have any,then dont say you have them if u dont..

Today I tock transmission they sold me apart, the gear was gone, meaning the transmission did not break in the wreck, they sold me a core transmission for full price, like a thief. I never ran this trans, but have no gears in first. Thanks for costing me money And time with your thieving business.

Customer service is not very good here. Have been calling every day for a specific part they tell me they have and once they locate it they will call. 1 week later and still no call or part. Also, very rude communication over the phone. Finally if they sell you the wrong part dont expect to get your money back. The most they will do is give you an in store credit for the cost of the part.

I called the place asking for the part I needed they told me they didnt have any but would look to see if anybody else had any that were around the area was told that they had a handful of what I needed here at this place made a phone call ask if they had any left he said no cant help you and proceeded to hang up and the other place literally a minute before told me they had five of them just thought it was very unprofessional.

I wish i could give theme 5 star below zero. This is the worst place i would recommend ever where people shop for used parts, they promised me an engine for Chrysler 200 that is tested and work just fine, the engine is locked and seized up and now good luck to get my money they are giving me nothing but run around for the last 2 weeks.

This place is very pricey for a wrecking yard. They wanted $75.00 for a used headlamp and I can buy a new one for $55.00. Every time I need a part they NEVER have what I need. They are good with customer service and they are helpful, but those quantities dont get the job done.

Whoever checked for my part started out helpful. But then he decided to be a Jackwagon. Short story short, they didnt have the vehicle anymore then he suggested I try a different year. So I explained how my connector is different because of the airbag. He says there are different years and similar trucks put there. I said Im a hour away, he proceeds to tell me I should take a road trip. Wait you want me to take a chance on driving to flint and hopefully there will be a compatible seat? I would never give this place money because of this jackwagon. Total pos from the way he spoke matter factly

Went to buy a rim and the guy brings out a busted looking rim with no valve stem, or center cap. After I looked over the rim I found a straight up puncture hole in the rim. When I brought up the hole to the fellow he argued that it was only surface deep, I then shined a light through the hole he was convinced and another rim was brought out. The second rim was a vast improvement from the prior, this rim not only had a valve stem but also the TPM and the center cap. I feel like the employee thought he could pass off a defective rim to an unsuspecting person and in my opinion thats shady.

My favorite salvage yard in Flint, its very organized, the staff is friendly and helpful, the yard is very clean, restrooms are always spotless. Just tell the staff what you need, they look up your car, and will give you a list of where the cars are located throughout the yard, the list they give you, will specify the car year and color. Best of all, the prices are great. Also, they always have free freshly popped popcorn and coffee all day long.

I cant believe they have their drivers out in this winter storm. No consideration for their workers. No car part is needed in an emergency. I called to have a few color matched body panels pulled 5 parts in total when I went to pick them up they had destroyed 2 of the parts that were near mint condition and lost 1 piece only thing they had not damaged was the hood the mint condition fender was cut in half and bumper cover was destroyed being pulled I will never consider them for any parts needed in the future STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Just left there from getting a valve stem leak fixed. Tire monitor said 0 air i called after i went to kan rock found out rpm didnt put my sensor back on. I called and desk guy said i lied cause he watched him put it on.

This place is a joke. They strung me a long for 2 days promising a part from the Lansing location. One excuse after the other everytime i called until finally they just flat out said they dont have it. Third time ive used them and everytime has been miserable experience.
