Very good, quick service. I needed a new gear shifter and their original estimate was 2 days, but it was done in 3 hours. Excellent service and very nice, for a very reasonable price.

These guys definitely earned my trust. Brought in a wheel awhile back that needed an adjustment. It was assessed as soon as I handed it over and I was told it would be ready in an hour. Within that hour I had it back in my hands and ready to ride. Repair cost was extremely reasonable. Ill be taking any future repair jobs back to this place. They did a fantastic job and very quick service. Thanks!

I came by to get a tuneup on my bike and the staff members I spoke with were friendly, and incredibly helpful in answering questions, giving advice, and suggesting helpful products for my own maintenance work at home.I have always enjoyed the experience here, have bought one or two of my bicycles from them over the years, and I plan on being a lifelong customer here.I can not recommend them highly enough for their knowledge, skill, and great customer service.

They were awesome, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They set up my seat and offer a year of services. I would highly recommend going to them over any other bike shop in town.

I had mechanical issues on trail on Saturday and tried to fix them myself. My back wheel was still out of line after I tried to fix the issues so I took it into Single Track Bikes after my ride. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to inspect it immediately. Not only did they fix my problem quickly, but they were very friendly and did so free of charge. Its really reassuring to see an honest shop like this in 2020. I will be taking all of my bikes here in the future for (paid) servicing.

Super helpful despite COVID-caused inventory shortages! Gave me a great deal on a wheel I needed to fix my brothers bike, and had it swapped out, straightened the other wheel, and back to me in a few hours. This at a time when the competition is scheduling bike service a week or more out!

This place is amazing! The staff are nice and willing to answer the many questions which I always seem to have. I have bought a couple of bikes from them, and take my bikes here to get serviced regularly.

I had a shifter that wasn’t working and had come up to flagstaff to ride. Popped in Saturday afternoon and they immediately fixed it so I could ride. Charged me a pittance. This is the type of bike shop I like. Wish they were closer to home but would definitely use again

I couldnt be happier with the work that I had done with single track. My bike was in decrepit condition when I brought it in, now it works better than when I first bought it. The staff at Single Track actively worked to save me money and provide me with a reasonable final price. After taking my bike to Single Track, I am a very happy customer and will certainly return for future repairs.

I had a wheel trued and spoke replacement. They did great work at a competitive price. On another occasion they sold me chainring bolts/nuts which was very convenient because I did not know the size or have the patience to order online!

This is a great shop. They rebuilt my back wheel on a Trek Valencia +. All other attempts in the Verde Valley failed, but their rebuild has been going strong for about a year now. Just called and got excellent advice on replacement tires. Thanks!

Great guys good solution for my needs at a decent price. Added new upright bars myself but the gears were not working Single Track figured it out and for a decent price I got new shifters and brake levers combined that work perfectly. Now I am able to save gas money ridding to work and enjoying the ride! Thanks again to Paul and Kyle. SN

My gears were getting a little wonky and the guys at Single Track oiled em up and made some adjustments that I couldnt have done myself. They called me to come pick it up less than 45 minutes after I dropped it off and I rode out of the store feeling like I was on a new bike. It hasnt been that smooth in a long time. Will be coming back (hopefully not too soon haha).

This shop and the guys that work in it are the best. Ive been through a lot of bike shops. In my bicycle touring travels. 8,ooo mile mark this month. I usually stop in need of something for my bike. Whether its just a 5 mm nut or some quality tubes. Most bicycle shops that I have been in. Are stuffy usually you have to have a $2,000 or more bicycle to even get the attention of a mechanic. All three gentlemen that I met and bored to death with my stories. Listen with intent which made me feel that I was more than just a person they can sell something to. Theyre very very knowledgeable inexperienced. I had them true my rooms adjust my bearings and brakes . I would trust them with any of my bikes. If I could give them more than five stars I would. They even have had a 920 touring trek that I drooled all over. Hydraulic disc brakes. Thru axles. And painted just my color Desert Storm Brown. I want that bike

Great experience, I was in and out of the shop in a matter of minutes. I was only in for a pedal replacement but Ill definitely go back for any and all future repairs.

Brought my bike in for a complete tune-up and was willing to spend money for the best tune up possible, the helpful mechanic there In formed me that I didnt need the best tune up and should save myself the twent bucks. My bike was flawless when I got it back and I will be returning to this shop for all my bike needs.

Not good services. Nice people but they expect you to know about bikes. I would rather just order a bike or bike part online, at another store, or at Walmart or Target.

Leaving a second positive review after my experience today. During a pre New Years holiday these guys went far over and beyond to fix up my trek roscoe 8 for bringing in 2021 on the trails. Again they over deliveried on their service promises. I love these guys!!! This shop, and our flagstaff bike community.This bike shop is one of the best in Flagstaff, oh yes. I took my Electra commuter bike in for a quick lower bracket overhaul. The next day my bike was completed. They are real good about over-delivering. I’m a big Trek fan and always drool while in the store. I have found the prices on their showroom are better then what you’ll find online for treks, and when you compare bike to bike amoung other dealers in town for equivalent products. Sure its a pain in the saddle to ride through all those parked in traffic cars on Milton but well worth it when you look over your shoulder and realize how nice single track made just your Local Bike Shop exsperience.
