I just bought an 80s Schwinn here for a reasonable price. Its in excellent working condition and Susan put a lot of care into getting it setup just the way I wanted. Thanks guys.

Got the bike tuned up for a reasonable price, but you get what you pay for.After the tune my discs were still rubbing, so took it back... a day later they told me they couldnt fix it... how many bikes still squeak after a tune up? Besides the relatively insignificant noise, I would think a bike shop could reduce, or eliminate, the significant amount of friction still present to stop a free spinning wheel...Best part: when I got home I lifted my bike off the ground, only to witness the back tire falling off the bike... the quick release on the wheel hadnt even been tightened down... too many red flags to go back.

Picking out a bike at Bici-Mundo was a wonderful experience! They helped me find the right bike then they fine tuned it and spruced it up before I took it home. This place has tons of bikes to choose from and expert employees.

Very friendly and inviting feel. They took the time to give me every option possible to make sure it was the best way to go.

Complete bikes, parts and pieces, all for an affordable price! Most of the staff is knowledgeable and can help you through DIY repairs as well. Great community amenity that should be used more often!

I love this place. Its warm, inviting, I crashed on my bike today, and brought my bike in to get checked, and was treated like family. We sat there, as well as they looked thoroughly at my bike, and made the best talk I never find with other bike shops. It feels more organic, more like home. I even was offered to clean my scrapes up, and also shared stories of bicycle accidents. Its local stuff. What a friendly inviting environment. I go here, because all those dudes at the other places... not my cup of tea... or hot cocoa. Todays visit was wonderful, even though I was scraped and bruised. Love this place, and will always come back. Always.

Ask Elson to tell the story of the boy who stole his town bike (that had a 2x4 clamped to the top tube for balancing parcels). And how he dealt with that boy. Its inspired me for 45 years.

In the last year I have brought mountain bikes and road bikes in all conditions into the shop. Every single time the price is reasonable for labor, and they always have parts. They have bikes priced reasonably and theyre an awesome local business in Flagstaff. Im not just happy with Ellison and the team, I love to go see them. As an avid biker in flagstaff, everyone I know goes to Bici- just as I will continue to until I leave. Thank you guys for being quick and helpful and wonderful.

I have been visiting this bike shop for many tears. Good place to buy a good used bike, parts, etc. They also work on bikes, check them out sometime! :)

Ive known Elson since he first came to Flagstaff in 1970. Hes never lost his passion for bicycles and bicycling, and now has nearly 50 years of experience in the business. Still a great guy and exemplary citizen, to boot!

Best place to go for used, unusual, and vintage parts. Elson has some great stories to tell when he is in the shop.
