I got a great set of tires, paid for them online, made an appointment for the next day. Then I was in and out in 20 minutes and I financed them with a Discount Tire credit card. Whole experience went smoothly.

I was on a road trip and got a screw in a tire. Needed a place to get it repaired and came by mid-afternoon. The service was fast, every staff person I interacted with was polite and attentive, and the work was well done ... and since they were able to repair the tire they didnt even charge for their work. I give extremely high compliments all around. If more companies operated like this, this would be a better world. THANK YOU!

HUGE shout out to the guys at this location. I received the most professional, attentive and efficient service. My truck was towing a trailer from New Mexico to Las Vegas. Had a trailer tire blow out 40 miles from Flagstaff. Put on a spare and limped to Flagstaff. Since my tires all have certs on them, I called this Discount Tire location and gave them the details and what I needed. Dennis said he had my tires in stock and the team would be ready for me. Sure enough, when I rolled up, the guys were ready. Juan came out and walked my trailer with me. Not only did they warranty the damaged tire, but they also pointed out to me that one of my tires (recently warrantied out by a Discount Tire in Vegas) was the wrong size. This was something I was going to address locally when I got home to Vegas, but the Flagstaff team swapped it out for me. They prioritized my work order and got me in, out and back on the road in 50 MINUTES. Thats right. 3 tires replaced and done in under an hour. I can not express how grateful I am for this team and how attentive the customer service was. Thank you guys!

1st set of 4 tires i purchase here, it was great. 2nd set of 4 tires, was okay. 3rd set of 4 tires, horrible service. This place has decline a lot. Definitely wont be going back anymore. Be careful when you visit. If possible. Take your business where they are not late for appointment or running to the manager for not knowing what is going on. Also there is no communication between tire tech and sales.

These guys were awesome! My mom and I were traveling through on our way to the Grand Canyon on an epic road trip in her small RV when we started having some tire issues. We were able to get an appointment on the same day and they spent a few hours doing a deep inspection on the tires to make sure they were all (there were 6 of them!) holding air and looked operating properly. They fixed some minor issues in the process and offered us a lot of peace of mind. Total cost for all their hours of help -- $0! Amazing customer service.

A huge professional shout out to Brian!!! We had an appointment and they were off the charts busy and of course I’m sure they are understaffed per the whole country. Brian greeted us, thoroughly went over my questions and concerns and let us know that would be about 20 to 30 minutes after our initial appointment time. Needless to say it went over that time period and I had other appointments that needed tending to. I went into reschedule and he was apologetic and sincere. While rescheduling my car was taken into the bay and done within 10 minutes! I had intricate requests such as weights being put on the inside of the tire and my airbags turned off…. All requests were met with a smile and courteous staff!!! THANK YOU GUYS FOR KEEPING US ON THE ROAD!!! Y’ALL ROCK 🤟🏻

This place is awesome!!!!! I have been buying my tires from Discount Tire for 24 years and there’s a reason I continue to do business with them. I had a low tire so brought it in to get it fixed. Come to find out, I had a very bad tire that needed to be replaced right away. John provided me with some of the best customer service I’ve ever had( and he has the sweetest moustache I’ve ever seen ) :)He noticed this after just feeling the inside of my tire. He also showed me that there was also a screw in my tire which is the reason my tire was low and why I brought it in in the first place. He said had I driven at a fast speed for a distance my tire would have blown on me. He said the screw saved my car and my family possible damage. It was truly a God send that I went into get my tire fixed. I have and will continue to use and refer people to discount tire. Thanks John, you da man!!!!

We were on the road across country and got a nail puncture in our tire. The service couldnt have been better. They were able to fit us in first thing in the morning when we showed up and it only took about a half hour to change the tire so we could get back on the road. The price was very reasonable and everyone was so helpful and friendly.

I had several simple requests with my tire service - where to rotate tires to, what pressure to set them at. The staff didn’t do any of these things. I’ll be buying my tires elsewhere.

They fixed my flat tire do very quickly on the rent a car while going to Oklahoma

Would have gave them 5 stars because the young man who waited on us named Dill was knowledgeable and so helpful, wait time was also great at less than and hour to replace two tire sensors and put on 4 new tires BUT when we returned to pick up our car and were directed to its location in a public parking next to their business parking lot, we found our vehicle had been left unsecured with our drivers side window rolled all the way down. It was left this way for up to 40 mins because thats how long it took us to walk back to the location after we recieved the text that it was done before the time they told us it would be and then waited in line for them to find our paperwork and pay for the additional add on service of replacing the tire sensors. We reported it and were disappointed they showed no concern and gave no apology after we spent over $700 with them today. This is not acceptable customer service But again Dill was great. Service guys need to leave our windows up since that has nothing to do with the services preformed and we as customer expect to find our cars secured the same way they were left in their care and locked with windows up, especially when your going to leave it in the middle of a public parking lot right next to a public sidewalk! Do better Discount Tire on Milton Rd.

This place seems to have very knowledgeable staff. They will go above and beyond when it comes to service and product knowledge.

Set a 330pm appointment, waited almost 2 hours to them taking 4pm and 430pm appointments ahead of us. No apology, no manager interaction... Going to Big O.

I went there for a tire balance and rotation, what I got was my whole car vibrating whenever I went over 65 mph. I went back and asked them to fix it, then they messed up my brakes and now I can’t drive my car because my control arm is about to fall off my front right tire because there are bolts missing. I called DT and they were of no help, so had to get a tow truck to get back home.They took my car (in good condition) to worse and now I can’t safely drive my car.Mechanic said DT should never have let my car leave their shop in that condition.

I would not recommend this place. The guys working on my van used a socket that was not the same size as the lugs and when I said something they replied “it worked” and now my lugs are rounded over. They did not put the tire on my van but still charged me $22 for installation of it. I had to pay for a hotel room in flagstaff because of their poor quality of work and have someone fix what they messed up!!!

Somehow got a bolt right in middle of rear truck. I put the spare on, went from Williams to Flagstaff, plug did not hold due hole to big. Got 2 new rear tires & was done in an hour.

This has always been a great tire shop to use. The staff have been incredibly helpful, and the work is done well and quickly. They’ve regularly worked with me to get the right tires, the right service, and I can’t stress how appreciative I am of their work.

Corporate hassle run by a bunch of inexperienced college students. They don’t honor appointments. You’re put in the queue whether or not you schedule for a specific time. You don’t talk to a technician. You talk to a ‘salesman’ that wants all your personal info and wastes your time with an ‘inspection’ when you only need the service you came there for. These gentlemen gave me great advice, even when they didnt know they sequestered a another more experienced tire attack to answer my question. Ultimately I felt that they took the time necessary to answer a question which they would make no money at and provided me the details and attention necessary to resolve my problem.

Our Toyota picked up a screw in the tire while we were driving north of Flagstaff . We are from Phoenix, so we knew we couldnt drive home safely. We stopped by the Discount Tire and they were able to plug the tire after removing a 3 inch screw, even though that particular set of tires came with the car. Discount Tire in Phoenix has always been our go-to for tires in the past, and will remain so in the future. Great customer service!

I started my morning with a nail in my tire, and thanks to the guys at Discount Tire, it was taken care of so quickly! I even called before they were officially open and they answered, which I was grateful for. They kindly fit me into their schedule and repaired my tire for free!! Ordered new tires a week ago. Even though the tires were suppose to be in the next day I made an appt for the following week. Arrived after a 1 1/2 drive to learn that the tires are still not in. Youd think they would have called to reschedule my appointment!!!

Everyones friendly they know what theyre doing prices are great. But expect a long wait. Even if you make an appointment online. Its a minimum 1.5 hour wait. Today I waited 2 hours for a flat tire to be plugged. Cant be in a hurry if you choose them.

I had a wonderful experience here after receiving horrible service from Big O Tires. The salespeople were kind, respectful, and thorough. They took the time to look at my car with me and explain exactly what was wrong with my tires, as well as explain the service they were providing. They made me feel comfortable and I fully trusted them with my car. The wait time was very reasonable. I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone.

What a joke. Ive bought a ton of tires from them. Since the manager Brian quit. Theyre service is terrible.After my post. I was contacted by Ron from the Flagstaff Discount Tire store. All my issues were addressed. Discount Tire has always been a first class operation. They definitely stepped up to solve my issues.

I was unemployed at that time and mentioned to the manager that I was grateful they were able to fix my tire so I could drive down to see her. Was having communication issues with the outher location got a call that our rim has arrived and drove for 2 hrs to be told to wait 3 more hrs and then was told the rims not there... Mason has presented great costumer service and told me that he was going to have it taken care of.

Excellent, excellent service. We got a flat driving north of Flagstaff on our way home from visiting the Grand Canyon. We were driving on Saturday afternoon and we just made it before closing time. Even though they were closing the staff was kind, accommodating, and fixed our tire. Awesome service!

Great service... But that land is so valuable and would be better put to use to meet the housing needs in Flagstaff, would like to see them relocate to a new location for the greater good of Flagstaff... Plus if they cashed out on this land they could give all their staff a permanent 25% raise.

This place is great. I have been there twice and both times they were able to fix my tire no charge. The wait time is a little longer at the moment but they were very upfront about that and that they are short staffed. Very professional staff and it is clear they are working hard to get people through as quickly as possible with the resources they have.

Woke up to a flat tire on on the last day of our cross country trip and discount tire saved the day again. I can always expect great service from this company but this location was busy and still doing an amazing job working together to get everyone taken care of. I went to get my air checked in my tires and they were as helpful and courteous as always. I then went to leave and got caught on a snowplows berm. I walked back to ask for a shovel and the guy working dug me out and helped push me over the berm of death.

Honestly, this place is amazing. I go here for any tire problems and they are so nice, genuine and helpful. The price is unbeatable. They are willing to work with you and are very trusting and sweet individuals!!! Tucker specifically helped me get my RAV4 in tip top shape and gave great advice on which tires to go for. Was willing to listen and talk to me during a very busy Saturday!! I’m a huge fan.

Had a rental driving from Yellowstone. By the time we got to Flagstaff, our check tire light came on. We have had good experiences with Discount Tire in Houston so stopped by.We went to the air check station and the attendant determined the only issue was a pressure differential between the tires. He set the pressure for all 4 tires and we were ready to go 10 minutes after we got there.Thanks for having such a friendly employee and taking care of us at no charge!

You can make an appointment, follow instructions, arrive early and still wait for an hour after your appointment time and car still isnt touched. I paid on arrival so Im feeling like a hostage, waiting. Disrespect is not appreciated, lying to customers is never a good policy. Nice people who are unreliable2 wks later, spoke w mgr who described what occurred that caused the delay. Still good tires and considerate when needed.

I called ahead before coming to verify they could accommodate what I needed. I asked if they would be able to balance wheels off of a Polaris Side by Side, and even stated they had beadlocks.... After taking the time to call ahead before traveling there, I was told they wont do it...Why make someone come down to your facility and then reject them after telling the to come?

Superb customer service & amazing store! Weve had to use this store 3x on two separate trips to CO from Phoenix between our trailer and truck. Most recent one was when I found a screw in my truck tire this weekend. Showed up early Mon AM at opening time to find a line 10 deep. At 8am a rush of red shirt employees came out and started helping customers. Sales rep (Kelby?) was great & got me in almost right away. Repair crew was fast & thorough. I watched the whole operation work from a distance. They were organized & quick without sacrificing safety. They worked together and were alway attentive to the steady stream of customers. I was impressed to say the least. Well done to the store leadership & the swarm of employees. Discount Tire Corporate should be proud of these fellas!

I have been a Discount tire customer for over 20 years. On average the service and quality has been excellent. They are always busy for good reason. I would suggest another store in the White Mountains they would stay busy as well.

Had a problem with tires I bought a year ago. They replaced and upgraded the tires for only the difference I paid a year ago.

We where on vacation in a retail car from Utah when one of the tires was going low stop to get it fixed found out all 4 tires where bold. Discount Tire was able to fit us in and was able to bill the rental car company.

Free air check had 2 lines, I was third in line and moved to the shorter line. I was then told the second line would be closed and was asked to go to the end of the line, which was now 7 cars deep. I told the employee and he just shrugged his shoulders. Horrible customer service and defeats the purpose of offering free air checks. Go to Big O Tires, it’s next door.

I honestly cannot express how great the service was! After being stuck on the side of the road at 2AM with a tire blowout and waiting for roadside assistance in the middle of no where, I called discount tire to see if they could replace the remaining tires on my RV. I worked specifically with Brian, who was phenomenal to say the least. I was able to schedule an appointment, but experienced another blowout on my way to the shop. I arrived a couple hours after my scheduled time after being towed, and despite it being very busy during Labor Day weekend, they still managed to service my RV with 4 new tires. The entire staff was very friendly, which helped to make a stressful situation a lot less hectic. The environment was clean and staff did a great job following and implementing CDC guidelines due to COVID-19. Thank you so much for everything!

Paid in cash for a simple tire replacement. Took over an hour and the 2 cute girls that were behind me got their vehicles done before mine. And no reciept?!?! Very unprofessional

Wasnt able to get them in the phone at first, but the price was right. Ordered online and they called as soon as the tires arrived. Got them installed the same day. Very basic service, but got the tires I wanted mounted and balanced for WAY less than the full service shops. Friendly staff. Definitely would buy from them again.

Visiting from Phoenix and was in the area when I noticed low tire pressure and saw a nail in driver rear tire. Went here and got scheduled (waited an hour after scheduled time to be serviced) only for me to get home and notice tire low again and I take a look only to find the exact same nail in the same spot. Drove back home with the tire like that and with highway hitting up to 75 MPH. Disappointed. Ive bought tires and services from Discount tires in Phoenix and got the job done right. This place needs either more training or better supervision or both.

They were great. We got in at the scheduled time we set up online and within 5 minutes we were in and within 20 minutes we were out . Great customer service as well. This was for a tire rotation which is free by the way.

The personnel at this location are amazing! We had our vehicle towed to this location because of two flat tires (just our Luck white on a long road trip). Not even a week with new tires and rims purchased from a different company in California we were informed that the cause of the flats were leaking valve stems. After further inspection it was brought to our attention that the lug holes in the rims were unsafely drilled and could potentially cause the bolts to break because of the vibration from the rims. We were recommended new rims for our safety. The personnel at this location were honest, very clear when explaining the situation, and took the required process in a very speedy and efficient way. If I lived closet to this town I would not hesitate to take make this location my permanent location for all my tire service needs. needs.hank you

If you value your car. Dont take it here. VERY POOR service in the handling of my rims. I never had an issue, my boyfriend took his car in to get the tires in the front done. He got a refund but no apology of sorry we destroyed your rims.... Ron the supervisor was NO HELP at all. Center cap was missing, guy with the mustache didnt seem to care about it when asked if he can look. Honestly seemed like everything is a nuisance to him. The ONLY one who was nice and helpful was Mason. So thank you mason for actually trying to help more than your supervisor Ron. Perhaps he can learn from you. But now all we have is a guy who can fix it for $150. But no worries cause hey they gave us a refund to help pay for it is the attitude that was given.
