Just bought Fruit trees in great health with many buds $20 each 5 ft average. Two Rose bushes and garden soil. Everything was on sale and we now have a min orchard and climbing roses for the trellises all for under $100. Plus a year warranty on all plants. Ill be back every week until the trees are gone.

Can I give 0 stars for the installation services? Ordered 18 shades for our home, almost half arrived damaged, not measured correctly, or were not the correct blind. After THREE visits to our house we continued to get damaged or misordered blinds. EVERY SINGLE TIME I called HD about yet another problem I was told I would get a call back but NEVER ONCE did they ever call...I had to CONSTANTLY call back to get updates and to ensure things were continuing to move forward. What a total cluster! Will *NEVER* purchase installation services from HD again.

I bought a kitchen faucet today. I suspected that adapters would be needed in order to install the new faucet properly.Cort was very helpful. He took the time to actually help me find the correct adapter rather than just pointing me in the general direction of the appropriate isle.I will continue to ship here and recommend this location to my family and friends.Thank you again CortDawn

Its my closest HD so I go there. I HD stores for years and this one is setup so funky and different than any other Ive been in. I havent given a 5 to any HD since the mid 00s CEO change and cutback on customer service. So a4 its the top rating possible from me these days (unless some DM wants to go against the Nardelli plan). I give this one a 3 because of the lack of logical store arrangement.

Every time I go there for power tools the website says they have it. There stock check says they have 6 but its too much trouble to locate it they told me. Maybe in a few days home depot employees will find it. I went to HomCo just 2 miles away they had everything in stock at the same price.Sorry home depot you just lost another sale...😁

Mr Cort in the Flagstaff store is the most helpful and hard working!! We always shop in many locations: sold & bought houses and work on remodeling. Needed cabinets/ plumbing/ and other things. Mr Cort explained in detail what power cords we needed etc. Raise needed :))

I have always liked home depot. Service is good, not the best but its a big store. So if you really need someone youll have to search then down . I find that they are usally helping somebody else. My last experience with customer service was not all that great. At the beginning of last summer I bought a new water pump for my swamp cooler it worked well. At end of summer I took down swamp cooler and cleaned up inside and cleaned water pump. This year turned on machine and water pump did not work . so I purchased another one. I had this new one for for just over five weeks and it died. Customer service cant help because it was over 30 days. They did tell me that I should buy another one then get ahold of company let them know what happened and they should send me another one. I just get the feeling that theyll send me back to home depot.

I stopped in at Home Depo in Flagstaff Az. I was looking for Halloween Decorations, they had a small display. Nothing that I wanted.its barely 10/01/21.not a big variety. 🤔🙁

Found the tiles I needed, the west home depot was out of stock (they were eager to help me in the west store), alot of workers standing around in the Rte 66 store, no one offered to assist me. My tiles were on the bottom shelf so they watched me load the 16x16 tiles into the cart on my own, figured If they wanted to help this 59 yr old lady they would. But thats fine, they can assist someone more appealing and weaker then me.

I wanted to Share about an employee at Home Depot in Flag that help us so much by not only loading all our insulation and baffles but help me pick out the right strap saving us money & and showed me how to use them properly. They are trying, but not hard enough. I asked an employee in lumber to pull some 2x3s for me to make sure that they were available when I come all the way from Cottonwood. When I got there it took 20 minutes to find the person I talked to only to find out that he said he pulled it but could not find the cart. Someone must have taken it. So we ended up picking through the leftovers.

The carpet lady was extremely helpful and I regret not remembering her name because she deserves a big attagirl.

Walked all over the store to find someone to help us find a shed. Found someone, they told us where it was. Couldnt find it. Went to customer service and showed her the shed. She told us another spot. Went to find the guy she called. He said find it and hell get it. Couldnt find it. He told us to keep looking for it. We told him we couldnt and he said hed be there in a bit...5 minutes later we said we were going and then he said hed help us and we told him we were done and left.

We bought Life Proof flooring. The first time it was damaged. We had to go back and exchange the flooring. We drove from Winslow to Flagstaff. We never received anything for our inconvenience. We didnt know that it was damaged until the guy that was going to lay it. He opened the boxes, there were 7 boxes. They were all damaged. So I would advise everyone to check the merchandise before you go home with it.

NEVER!!!!!......NEVER....EVER buy a washer or dryer from Home depot. Due to home depot not having any washers or dryers in stock your order is a special order. After third load on washer....it broke. Home depot WILL NOT let me return item. Only had washer 12 hours. Home depot then points the finger at LG. Probably the worse customer service experience I have had. Probably be better customer service if there was a LOWES in town.

Came here looking for a new electric water heater. I was a little unprepared, and the store only had one brand of electric heaters, but the staff helped us on which parts would do best to replace our old pipes as well. Definitely made me feel confident on getting that project done.

But Needs to improve on selections. The east side is way better

In general, we really appreciate Home Depot. This location has really helpful, friendly staff. I always take my dog with me and she gets a lot of gentle attention. The store is clean and inviting, and pretty easy to navigate.I took one star off because even with 2 locations in town, its hard to find things I need in-store. Theyve moved pretty much all specialty items to online only, so if youre pressed for time, too bad!

Stephanelle was fantastic in helping us. Ordered a refrigerator in July and had issues. We followed up twice on phone, still no answers. Went in person and spoke with a young lady, sorry did not get name but in appliances along with Jackson Elias. Then next day Stephanelle called us, she was amazing in communicating and working with us to get exactly what we needed. Fantastic customer service by all three. Refrigerator was delivered this week! I am writing to let you know that I am extremely disappointed with the way the installers left my house.First of all, they did not tack back my carpet so I have brown grout all over my carpet where the tile seam is. I know on my invoice it states that they will re-tack carpet but the carpet was never pulled back for them to re-tack. I just had my carpets cleaned literally a month ago, I will provide receipt if you need it!!! Now, I need to have them re-cleaned and stain removed where they left dark brown grout stains. I was never told I had to pull by the carpet for installation otherwise I would have done so myself to ensure this would not happen. The installers should have masked, taped, or told me to pull back my out carpet or at least do something to protect my carpet from the dark brown grout stains I now have. This is such bad outcome for my carpets and extremely unprofessional. When I asked the installer about the carpet he said “we do not have the tools to pull it back and re-tack the carpet”…so he decided to just let them get ruined! I am so upset I can’t begin to explain!Second of all, I just purchased a beautiful rug for my garage entrance and the installer decided to use my Rug as their work area and I have stains ALL OVER a brand new rug as well. Grout stains and Bucket stains...What were they thinking??? This rug was brand new and clean before they showed up to use it as work space.In addition, I just painted my entire house, floor to ceiling and DOORS LAST WEEK!!! The installers left dirty, grout stains from their hands all over my freshly painted doors. This is stained and will not come out, and now I have to have my doors RE-PAINTED!!! This is unconscionable how they would leave my door looking like this!!! There are 3 doors that all look terrible.One last thing that I know is ILLEGAL that happened is the 2nd day the installer that showed up to finish the job was NOT A HOME DEPOT EMPLOYEE or a WESTERN STATESFLOORING EMPLOYEE!!! The person stated that “he lives with his uncle, and he helping him out and was working for free with his uncle while staying at his house”…the person in my house was not employed by any company…just a random person doing my installation for the actual paid/employed installer, while the installer was doing something else. The person in my home was never vetted out for qualifications, customer service training, Home Depot quality standards or anything!! This is the worst thing I could ever imagine!! I spent a lot of money to have professional installers and a professional job done trusting HOME DEPOT was the best choice! Boy, was I wrong.

Needed something out of top stock. Asked at service desk and they said theyd call someone. 5 minutes later I asked again. 8 minutes later I used a pipe to push it off the rack. 4 associates standing 15 feet away in the service desk and the store manager 15 feet away at the front door talking and it wasnt till I was leaving before Randy showed up. Needs work on their customer assist.

Great location, has everything a home depot should despite appearing smaller than most. Parking can be a little tight with a trailer.

Would have given 1 star if not for them having some of the items I absolutely needed close to the house.1.) Have had issues with them simply being out of stock on items like shovels, specific length electrical cord, etc.2.) Scheduled an in home estimate for flooring which was 2 weeks out, paid $50 only to have them never show up without notice, say they don’t have any one available when we reached out to them, offer to reschedule for another 2 weeks out even though they don’t have anyone on payroll to do it. Was some of the most backwards thinking and non-caring attitude I’ve experienced.3.) Ordered a patio door online from them that was suppose to be available Oct 1st-6th for pickup. Got an email saying it was delayed a week after purchase. Got an email a week later saying it shipped but none of the tracking info worked. Finally called them two weeks after that email (which led me to believe it would only be 3 business days before update) and was told it never actually shipped, the vendor is still delayed and they hope to ship in the next two weeks, basically putting it over a month past when I should have it.Simply put, do not deal with Home Depot unless you absolutely have to. Or at least do not use this location.

Dont come here if you need a transponder key. The box literally says Must be programmed in store, but they dont have the necessary equipment to program it. If you cant program it, you shouldnt even sell them in the first place. Now I get to call around town to see if anyone else can program this thing, thanks for the advice.

I purchased all the appliances for my new home a few months ago. Jessie in appliances really went above and beyond. I could tell she was working very hard to give great customer service. And she did! She is the reason I drive all the way to the west side to shop instead of going to the other home depot right by my house! Matt was very helpful with the appliances too. He was extremely helpful when I had to purchase my countertops also. You have a great team at this location! Good work!

I had 12 sheets of plywood and 17 other items to load...I was in the loading zone with my lumber ready to load. A young man (wearing a home depot vest) walked by me...looked at me and kept walking. I went inside to ask for help and to see if the young man was working in the loading zone. HE WAS! We were having high winds and I tried to load it myself. It wasnt happening. When I went inside a man named Gage dropped what he was doing to help me. ( Im no spring chicken anymore!) THANK YOU TO GAGE for being the best part of Home Depot. I wish more employees were as kind as you. I appreciate you!

The pro desk delivery is horrendous. Im a contractor and do tens of thousands of dollars in business with them every year. Ive used them for years and now almost every delivery I set up is a week late. One time they rescheduled my delivery 3 times. THEY ABSOLUTELY CAN NOT DELIVER ON TIME. And every time they just blame it on their delivery company. Find a new delivery company! If I ran my business this way I would be broke. Terrible service, management should be fired because they can not fix this problem.

Quite helpful in getting a return taken care of when my delivery came broken. I hadn’t ordered it from this store, it was an online order from a warehouse in Phoenix, and this store was super helpful in getting it all taken care of.I’m greatly appreciate of the speed and friendliness while the staff resolved my issues.

They always have everything we need at a rally good price. And the employees are super helpful. Also, the garden section is amazing! They have some amazing flowers and huge indoor and outdoor plants for such great prices! And you can return them if they die no matter what, no questions asked which is so cool! We buy everything from tools to paint to wood to plants and even all of our Christmas decorations and so much more! If you go right after Christmas the deals are unbelievable!! We still have a 5 and a half foot light up Christmas bear from 7 years ago that still works perfectly along with tons of other stuff. The employees are great, the deals are great, the selection is outstanding and the return policy is so helpful. Overall not a single complaint. You can even get free wood and boxes.😊

Home Depot on Route 66 in Flagstaff is very unprofessional with customer service, Its just a bunch of college students that dont know how to do their jobs & they act like they dont want to be there working. Their paint department this evening did not want to help me, even being back the 3rd time to get the right color match, they dont know what theyre doing, whoever the manager was I talked to tonight LaPunita LaSunita whatever its name was. Im very disappointed in this store & Ive spent thousands of dollars here over the years & if you need help with Paint, do yourself a favor and go to Sherwinn Williams where the real professionals are at, I went to Sherwinn Willams after this bad encounter at HomeDeep Throats & they helped me color match the color I was looking for in 3 minutes. And if you need quality Lumber just do yourself a favor and go to Ace HomeCo, someone really needs to re-train their staff at this location at HomeDepot. Definitely will not be coming back here for any help.

I went to Home Depot with specific items in mind, a scraper and blades that I thought would be in the paint department. The paint department guy directed me to tools for the razor blades, which were there but no scraper. Then Tim from tools walked up and offered to help. He told me that the scrapers were in paint but when we went back to look, there were none there. He checked his little computer and found them in the inventory and located them on the shelf above the display, got them down and handed me what I needed. Tim turned what would have been a wasted trip into a successful one.

Not enforcing masks... Two guys sweating up a storm and breathing hard came right up next to me to look at the same drawer of screws and washers. Not good anywhere but especially in Flagstaff where 1 in 425 people over 40 are already dead as of July 18th. Am glad this location is in early planning for a new multifamily development, Flagstaff doesnt need two home depots but it does need more housing and the views from this parcel will be amazing.

Home Depot in west Flagstaff is absolutely a joke. I was going to leave well enough alone and not post this but they insist on continuing to be inept. I went in to order a measure for new blinds. The guy working in that department had absolutely no clue how to do this. He called 3 other employees who didnt know either. After over an hour I paid my 50 dollars and was told someone would call me to schedule the measure within 24hrs. 48hrs later, I went back to the store and the person working the counter looked up my order and said there was nothing there. After 20 more minutes of proding and showing my receipt I was told the order was there but not done properly. He made a call and then told me someone would call me within 12hrs. Someone did call about 10hrs later. After the measure was done, the person that did the measure submitted the info right there and said give it 12hrs for home depot to have it. I went in about 24hrs later and it took 45 mins to tell me they didnt think the measurements were done yet. I texted the installer right there in front of the home depot associate who responded with home depot has all the info. Another 30 mins goes by and they tell me theres nothing they can do. The next day, I went in, and it took another freaken 40mins for someone to tell me you havent had a measure done yetI went in the next day, yet another person, same answer. The day after that I called rather than go in. Was transfered to 4 different people and finally got someone who was able to look up the order. Low and behold, there was a quote in the system. 2hrs later I went to the store to place the order and the person there told me there was nothing in the system and that I needed to have a measure done. I told him I just spoke to someone who found it. He screwed around for over 30 mins trying to find the measurements and I couldnt wait any longer so I left. I called back later that evening and got someone who was able to find the measurements and quote. Went the next day, they couldnt find it. Demanded to speak to a manager who I waited over 50 mins for. He came over, never said a word to me, logged onto the computer, found the order and measurements and said there to the inept employee and then walked away. I FINALLY ordered my blinds and then was told there was an install fee. The first 4 employees I dealt with all told me there was no install fee. I paid and left more angry than Ive ever been. Fast forward, 2 weeks after the install has been completed, I get 3 calls a week from different employees at home depot wanting to know if I want to go ahead and order blinds since my measurements were in. What in the heck is wrong with these people? You have my money, I have my blinds, but you idiots keep calling asking me to complete my order. Serious, the most untrained uncaring people i have ever met at this store. The managers dont give a damn. Nothing was done to compensate me for my troubles, and now they keep calling asking me to order blinds that I already freaken ordered from them. Bottom line, dont shop here. Drive to Prescott and go to Lowes, or order online.
