We looked at several different stores before coming to Rettig. We found the selection of furniture amazing and plentiful. We also found that many pieces were available and ready for delivery We worked with Karen and she was wonderful and not pushy. Since we were getting new furniture for several rooms she assisted us in moving the furniture around so we could she how fabrics and woods worked with each other on different pieces of furniture.Even other sales people assisted with questions even though Karen was our main contact. Great team work!The only improvement I would like to see is more natural lighting so we can see what products look like in highly outside lighted rooms. Maybe a mock up room area.It was well worth the 40 minute drive from Toledo

I was looking for a couch chair and a dining room table,for the first time on my own. When My grandson and I walked in Dalton Rogers came right up to help us. Said we was just looking and he said no problem, and let us look on our own. Never rushed us but if it looked like we was questioning a piece he always came over and answered all our questions. Didnt buy that day but went back the next day and he again answered all our questions and was so helpful but never pushy or in part cause it was taking !e a long time. Something that took me months to finally do, was not as hard and frightening as I thought it would be thanks to Dalton.I get my items in a week where all other places was 6 ty o 12 weeks. My wife and I had a wonderful experience at Rettig as we purchased a sectional that was in stock. The price was excellent and we were treated very fairly by salesman Aaron Selders. He was honest and informative. The sectional was delivered the next day by two gentlemen that did an excellent job with the heavy furniture. They asked us several times if there was anything we needed. I recommend Rettig very highly! Thank you!

I had a minor issue with the couch I bought from Art Van furniture. As you know they went out of business and Rettig furniture took back over. They were amazing! They spent a lot of time finding my warranty and sent someone out immediately to look at my love seat. They determined it was under warranty and promptly picked it up for repair. Chris and Gordon were so careful bringing it in and out of my home making sure to set it up properly. They were both super nice and very professional! Steve who fixed my love seat did an amazing job! You would never know I had an issue with the leather. Thank you to those 3 gentlemen and anyone else involved in my repair! I would definitely recommend Rettig Furniture for purchase or repairs!!

Kelsey was great to work with as we searched for our furniture pieces. We didn’t really know what we wanted and she let us peruse the store by ourselves, but was quick and attentive to answer our questions as we asked them. She was super friendly and even gave us a great recommendation for dinner after our shopping was done. We ordered a couple of pieces and bought some that were in stock. I appreciate the fact that we will only have to pay our delivery fee once, even though our ordered items will come in later. I love the store’s layout - it is very pleasing to the eye and pieces are easy to find. The prices are reasonable as well. Great furniture store shopping experience!

I had to go find her to get specs on a sectional since there was no info at the sectional itself. Selection was good. Price is not what you see. So we have no idea what wed be paying!

What a true definition of customer service!!!! We placed an order for a chair in March and was given a June delivery date. We just received an actual letter from the President of Rettig with a full explanation as to why we have not received the order yet (it is 6/25/21). Rettig had followed up on our order specifically and provided a full explanation as to the delay. While the delay in our order is not critical to our needs currently, I can only imagine that those who are negatively impacted by the current situation resulting from Covid would appreciate being made to feel important enough for actual effort to be made on their behalf. In addition Rettig has assured us that they will continue to absorb any price increases since the time we placed the order. Class act Rettig...class act!

My sons furniture was damaged while in storage and needed new that same day. Called Rettig and they said to come over....we did and we were able to buy right off the showroom floor. Thanks for all your help and making the move to Findlay easier!!!

My husband and I went in on 12/31/20 and were planning on purchasing a couch until we were there for 30 minutes and not one employee offered to help us or even talked to us. Not even greeted. They weren’t busy when we went and we even walked past their main counter twice where all their employees were and not one of them said a word to us so we left even though we had every intention of purchasing one of the couches we liked and went elsewhere. After talking to some other people we heard that this happens often if you’re young or if you don’t look/dress professionally you can plan on not getting helped there.

Stopped by today to buy a new couch. Kelsey worked with me . I not only got a new couch but 2 recliners as well. Shout out to Kelsey she is awesome and was very understanding of what I was looking for :)

Dalton having experience in the warehouse building the furniture gives him an edge knowing what each piece is made of and if it’s what you’re looking for! They’ll tell you upfront how long it’ll take to come in if you have to order your furniture unlike other business’ who beat around the bush! Rettig Furniture is where it’s at!

Unfortunately I won’t be shopping here again. We ordered a bed and mattress set at the end of June and were told it would arrive in 4-6 weeks. After six weeks and no updates, I called and Lisa told me the items were in transit and should arrive in a week to a week and a half. After another three weeks of hearing nothing, I called again. Lisa apparently forgot she had previously told me the items were in transit. Although the mattress set had apparently arrived, Lisa said the bed was not available in the warehouse so could not be shipped. When I reminded Lisa that she had previously said the order was in transit, she lied and placed blame elsewhere. She never apologized or took any ownership of the issue. I was extremely disappointed by Lisa’s lack of professionalism and canceled my order. I will chose to shop elsewhere, where communication, honesty and transparency are valued.

We had a wonderful experience with Tiffany at Art Van! She was so patient and really took her time to understand our needs. Tiffany explained all of our options but was never pushy with selling extra features. We also had two young children with us and while they werent complete terrors, they didnt patiently wait at the end of the bed while we tested mattress after mattress and no one ever even batted an eye. In fact, they were each given a goody bag and a cookie! Tiffany made us feel completely taken care of every single step of the way and what can sometimes be an overwhelming experience was actually fun! Art Van had so many wonderful options! Findlay is so lucky to have such quality and variety in our small town. Art Van is so lucky to have Tiffany and we were so lucky to meet her! Thank you!!

Our sales person Tiffany was awesome. She wasnt pushy and helped us find what we wanted. My husband and I made a couple of trips in before we made our final decision. The sales manager was great as well assisting Tiffany to be able to get us exactly what we wanted in the price range we could afford. We will gladly shop there again!

Our experience with Art Van was great. Chad was helpful in finding what worked for our need. He was helpful but not pushy and when we made our decision he was right there and closed the order just as we wanted. The merchandise came in earlier than expected. We chose to pick it up and the staff in the warehouse were very helpful and careful with our merchandise. We brought it home and it is a nice beautiful piece and the quality is better than Id expected at the price we paid. I will go back again when Im ready to buy again.

My husband and I visited the Findlay Art Van store while looking for a new couch. After being helped through the process by Tiffany, we picked out multiple pieces and ordered. They were meant to be delivered to the store on a certain day and my husband was picking them up. I got a call that morning that all the pieces except one, the couch, had arrived. The couch had not made it onto the delivery truck. The store could not give a definite explanation as to why. I was having surgery the next day and it was important that i have the furniture set up before hand. After speaking to the associate for a minute, she got the owner, Tony, on the phone. Tony was a calm and reassuring voice. He went above and beyond to make sure while we waited for the couch to show up, we were not inconvenienced. I had a couch to use while we waited on ours to arrive and he sent a delivery truck to make the switch for us. Even though, the distribution center made a mistake, the Findlay store made it right. I would absolutely use them again.

We were there looking for a couch and recliner. We were there approximately half an hour and not one sales associate so much as said anything to us. In fact we were snubbed by at least three. We will never go back.
