They store is decent but their prices on their furniture is way too high. I understand that Restore is for a good cause but they should price used items accordingly.
USED TO BE A GREAT PLACE to get tools, building supplies, furniture, household items, etc. at reasonable prices. WHO IS PRICING THIS STUFF??? They price everything like it is a precious antique. Prices started skyrocketing a little over year ago. The items are priced at double and triple the price of what they used to be a year prior. When the color coded sales system hits the 50% off, they FINALLY get what they wanted for the items to begin with. End tables and chairs were initially put out at 10.00 and 10-15.00 (depending on condition) without having to go through all the color coded sales to get it at a FAIR PRICE. White tickets never go on sale and there seems to be more and more white tags throughout the store. Because of the overpricing, the store is so overloaded with stock that it is un-shoppable. I hear customers complaining about the pricing almost every time I go there. THESE ARE ALL DONATED ITEM! I donated items there on a regular basis. Now I take my things to Nearly New Shop and other lesser known charities. I feel better about donating to these places knowing my donations are helping a good cause without price gauging their customers. I know that making money is the ultimate name of the game for helping the cause, but is it worth upsetting customers and donors to the point where they dont want to shop or donate there anymore? GREED to seems to motto these days.
Very disappointed. Havent been to restore in a while. This place used to be a great place for lower income people to find good deals on second hand items at very reasonable prices. Today not so. Pricing on most items was ridiculously high. $30 for a lamp??? $10 for a second had dust mop??? $25 for an old coffee maker? Will not be returning or donating. Sad.
The store was full of really neat items and they have alot of new and used items. Althought I did notice alot of items at or just below store price and and some very old furniture at very expensive prices I feel if your plan is to say they are antiques and that is the reason for the high price they should be sold at an antique store possible. Love these stores and have always been welcomed by such great employees. My only thought is they do a little more research before pricing their items. This bed for example was priced at $250.00 there and $250.00 at Amazon in less they have a sale this is what tag stated.
I absolutely love this place!! Very nice staff that are willing to lead a hand. A nice and clean atmosphere! Also you cant beat the prices.
LOVE Habitat Restore. The new location is really great! Has a lot of room with a lot of potential. This store is pretty well organized except some of the selves are very close to each other. So when it’s busy it’s hard to move around people. Otherwise, great location, great staff!
Love this place..always like browsing usually purchase more then I need always different items great staff and fantastic people who donate !!!
Whats not to love about the Restore!? Good items to keep out of the landfills and be given a second useful life...and at affordable prices. Sometimes there are even brand new items available at super affordable prices. AND by supporting the Restore you support Habitat for Humanity. The staff is super nice and will gladly assist with questions about items too.
This place is a mans best friend. Buy something for cheap you like, watch YouTube videos on how to install it, get info from construction guys you know and giterdone. I should have got some CFL bulbs but I did get a 5/16 drill bit for $0.75. There were 2 cordless drills for $50 w/ no batteries.
Just cant say enough about the staff, prices and selection! All phenomenal. No where else in Findlay like it or even close!
Sometimes the prices can be a bit high on some of their stuff but I have found some cool things from time to time here.
Another good set of deals....but seems like the prices are getting higher and higher... in some cases better off at walmart across street...they wont deal even on $300-$400 items....the stickers are great but do not live local for there sale days...
AMAZING deals on older quality furniture. All kinds staged nicely. Clean and neat. Good prices. Builder warehouse separate building in the back. Best Ive been to n Ive been to several. Very friendly helpful staff. 6th STAR needed!!!!
Cool and unusual items. Lots of furniture and fixtures. Even has recycled paint in a few colors.
Prices are to high for donated items. Used to love going here to save a little money on projects but anymore alot of the stuff is about the same price. The furniture prices are way to high. Last time I was in there it was starting to feel more like a thrift store. Had items like shampoo and body wash, ect. I feel these items dont belong here and should have been donated to the family center for people in need rather then here. I guess I will just wait for the garage sales to start and use them. (Thats what I feel the prices here should be set like.) Fyi. 1800.00 for a donated massage table is greedy that shows its all about the money and not the community.
Fun to look around! You never know what you will find. Miss the other location.
Bought many things here at the Findlay store and have received fair pricing. Only once did I feel I was getting prices gouged on a cedar chest that brand new was the same price as the restore price. The chest was damaged and probably should have been 3/4 to 1/2 of the asking price. The staff negotiated a little money off as I bought more than one item. Otherwise I’ve had no issues. Friendly staff.
Always can find something unique or something you need at reasonable prices!
Amazing selection and staff is super helpful and friendly. Love the Saturday sales and Facebook site
Wonderful people, great cause, I have purchased well over $2000 in items to restore my 150 year old home. They have new and old items. They have doubled in size in past year and prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Good deal price many many anything have there check out little help
Alot more then just appliances . little bit of everything and for the most part reasonably priced
Lots to choose from but Ive seen better buys at auctions and garage sales.
Absolutely love this place, and all the staff are so courteous and helpful. Just an awesome group of people with the same mission, lending a hand to their fellow man. Its organizations like this that make my heart smile.
Worst experience ever! Very rude people nothing I bought worked and they would not replace it! Don’t go there
You can p/u some great deals @ this place.

Enjoyed my time at the new store. Found some cool stuff.
Its always interesting to see how much the inventory turns over. My friend and I stop weekly and one of us usually leaves with new piece of furniture. Thanks to all the volunteers that help load up our purchases.
Excellent place. I highly recommend it.
Needs a good cleaning. Its worth trying from time to time. They just might have what youre looking for. And if they have it, youll pay pennies.
Used to be a great place to source material for projects, but after they moved to the new building, its not worth the trip.
Great place to save money, other people have left over project items, from nails, to the kitchen sink, this store offers them at a decent price, you save money and help the community at the same time
Good store to go tour donate to and all the proceeds go to habitat for humanity. everything from remodeling supplies to the kitchen sink.
Nedd good items for remodel job or even softly used furniture
Family Friendly staff, selection always changing. Sign up for their Facebook page to see updates of whats in store.

A very nice service oriented not-for- profit organization that offers a restore program which is used to help out those in need. They accept donated items which can be sold to generate funds to continue to help those in need within our local community.
