Taylor Hyundai ads, which are posted everywhere, shows the suggested retail price which is what the sticker price is. As I was looking at a car that was in their ad, I noticed a different price on the windshield that was $3000 higher than the sticker. I asked about this and the salesman said it is what it is. Blamed it on covid and the chip shortage (car was manufactured before the chip shortage) and apparently they wont negotiate off of that price. Plus, they offered me $1500 less for my trade- in than what I ended up getting at another dealer. Never again will I go there for a car. Bought the same car for $4500 less at another dealer in Columbus since they were willing to negotiate the price and didnt have the bogus covid/chip shortage mark-up.

Amber was absolutely amazing and did everything she could to make sure I was happy with the car I was getting! She made sure it had all the features I wanted all the way down to the color of the car! Only thing that i didnt get was a full tank of gas I think the service department forgot to fill up the gas so had to get gas right away 🤣 but other then that I highly recommend going to see amber for all your car needs!

Our salesman Brock was great! We were just driving around looking at the new Palisades they had just gotten in. Needed to get scheduled maintenance done. Called my local Kia and they said Findlay Hyundai was the only place that could get me in (1 hour drive). I am always on the road, so I don’t have a lot of time to schedule weeks in advance. Findlay was able to get me in that Saturday morning. The people treated us amazing, and everyone was friendly and talkative! I will be scheduling for the Findlay Hyundai dealer every chance I get, even if a closer dealer is able.

Its hit an miss with this place they are quick to sell a car an screw up details, an hide information from the customer, so I would rate it a 0 but there are a couple of nice people there, however by majority their customer service is horrible after you buy a car, they have the best car Warranty around, but I wouldnt trust them until you check all details an read every fine line yourself, always do your checks on what your looking at.

Buying my 2021 Hyundai Sonata here was a dramatically different experience then when I bought my 2014 Dodge Ram 1500 at the old location. It felt very redeeming and we had a very enjoyable experience while doing it, and so did the kids. We feel like we got an amazing deal, and we left completely satisfied in our purchase. Im giving this dealership 2 stars and honestly thats being really considerate. I had Magic Mel (Melissa) as my sales person and oh my gosh she was the worst. She seemed great in the beginning but then she reluctantly showed me the cars I asked to see. I kept asking to look at the Tucson and AFTER I told her I was leaving she finally let me sit in it. Then when I told her I wasnt buying a car that day she asked why. She asked is it me, money, the car or something else. (I forget the 4th option) and then called me the most difficult customer shes ever had. At that point I was shocked and wanted to leave immediately. It was my very 1st day of car shopping and I told her that. Give me a break!!! By the end of it I did wanna say it was her. (Giving 2 stars because Gage was amazing from the interactions I had with him!!!) IF I ever go back Im asking for Gage.
