Quick honest service! The reason I go back to tuffy is because when John and Rhonda say something they mean it and they will not hide charges on their bill and they will not do work that isnt warranted... They are honest hard-working and reflects in their customer service

My car is getting older and in need of more frequent upkeep and the owner is always able to help me out and get my car seen either that day or the next. Dropped in out of the blue this morning due to an under inflated tire. The service technician quickly put air in for me but advised me to have it checked. They got me an appointment for later in the day. Had a nail in it and they patched it and sent me on my way! Thanks Tuffy for quality work done quickly!

Here for a week from out of town. Had an issue with a tire on a Saturday and the couple that own tuffys was very nice and helpful to me. I got outstanding service from them and as the technician worked on putting my spare on for me we talked and they were down right friendly. I appreciate the little extras and they ordered my tire, mounted it and put the spare back where it belongs. Great place to take your car.

Would not work with my extended warranty. Tells me i need to pay up front and get reimbursed. Must be nice to be so well established that you can turn down future buisness.

I have had great experiences with this Tuffy location. We have worked with them for over 4 yrs now on all of our vehicles (I only buy used). They do quality work for as cheap as you can find and are the most trustworthy mechanic that I have ever found. I would recommend them to anyone that I know.

On 7/14/2015, I paid Tuffy Auto Service $1,027.55 (EXCESSIVE CHARGE) to replace the brake lines on my 2004 Silverado. On 6/2/2018, we discovered that we had no brakes as we were exiting I-75 pulling a camper (A LIFE-THREATENING SITUATION). On 6/4/2018, I paid Meyers Garage, Ft. Loramie, Ohio $216.19 (including tow) to replace the front brake lines. When I told Mike Meyer that I had the brake lines replaced three years ago and asked if they should have lasted longer; he stated that the front brake lines were NOT replaced. If you are looking for an HONEST mechanic that does QUALITY work and doesnt cheat you, DO NOT deal with Tuffy Auto Service!!!
