I went to the Tiffin Ave store in Findlay to get a battery for my 2012 Ford Focus. The battery change for this model of car is far from quick and easy. The employees could have told me to take it somewhere else to get it installed but instead took the time (well over 45 minutes) to figure it out and get it installed. They went above and beyond what is expected of them and I am thankful for that. I remember one of their names was Robert and the other I can not remember. I will continue to do business with this store.

Very clean store. Thought I had the right turn signal bulb, for my Jeep. Was wrong. Very nice gentlemen helped me find the right one (wasnt to far off). Friendly and helpful in every way.

This store is amazing my starter went out I will try Lecy around this time last year I only Malibu and the guys working help me change in the parking lot and I even stay past closing time I do not take my service to anyone but Advanced the employees there are very awesome

Small selection and if you dont look or act like a loud hick the employees wont help you without YOU asking first. I got what I needed but I had to deal with a lot of spray paint fumes because an employee was painting her licence plate frame ON THE COUNTER IN THE STORE. Probably wont go back to the store ever again but it wasnt the WORST time ever, just dont appreciate being treated poorly because Im not covered in dirt and oil.

Got an oil filter for my bike. It didnt come with replacement O-rings.

Purchased new car battery and had them install it. All done in about 1/2 hour. Quality service!
