Just took delivery of a new Tundra SR5 CrewMax!It changes colors depending on the light, rides like a dream, and seems to have all the horsepower I need for pulling the boats, the camper and trailers. Already planning graphics and debating the bed cover I want.The dealership delivered as promised. You should definitely consider them on your next vehicle purchase.

Oil change speed was awfully slow and caused me to be late to work. Appt was 250 arrived at 240 dropped vehicle off, returned after eating and shopping and just an oil change was not done until 4pm the same time I should have been to work. An hour and 10 minutes for a simple oil change is unacceptable and lost my business. Especially when the representative said it takes an hour to change oil. I wasn’t charged for an hour of labor, why did it take so long!? I’ll be doing it myself from now on, or going to another shop with more reasonable times.

I purchased my 2021 Corolla Hybrid during the transition from LaRiche Toyota to Great Lakes Toyota. When I came in, they were having some technical issues with the computers but Laura and the sales manager were very accommodating and did everything they could to still put together a deal and and get me the numbers. Since the computers were down, they offered to let me take the vehicle home for an overnight test drive which I appreciated. The next day, they were able to finish the deal and I was able to drive off in my new car! Thanks again, I liked how straightforward the entire process was and how there was absolutely no pressure. He was so patient and kind and took his time answering all of my questions. Met others on the Great Lakes staff (upper management, I believe) but I didn’t catch their names. A comment on this locations service department. My Grandma and I set up an appointment here to both have our oil changed around the same time. We were initially told that the fee would be around $35 for my car and it came out to being $45. Miscommunications between individuals happen, but this was not the only problem we encountered. I was told that my car would be cleaned. When they said it was all done and ready to go it had not been cleaned and the plastic coverings had been taken out of the vehicle. After bringing this up to the service desk they came out and told me that my car was in the exit line to be cleaned. Again all plastic covering were out of the vehicle and I was informed it was all done. I would have appreciated a simple sorry for the miscommunication instead of how they handled it. My car also had a dirt/grease mark on the inside of it and my grandmothers bumper was scratched up as well. Neither of which were present before arrival. I appreciated that they let me know my cabin air filter was in need of a replacement, but after politely stating that I would handle it myself, it was not put back in correctly and made a loud rattling noice. Love Toyota dealerships as a whole, but will not be returning to this specific one. Hoping this was just a bad day for all involved.

The sales and managers are rude and i sold my pacifica and went back to the old reliable sienna and lariches great service that you can trust! I will never give findlay chrysler and customers but will steer them to a toyota product. You can always trust lariche toyota.

Ive been trying for two full days to get someone to respond to my inquiry about a vehicle. They must not take internet inquiries seriously. Ive received emails saying they will send me pictures but no one follows through. Not sure theyre worth my time to drive to work with them.

Great service department, watch the new car salesman. They will deceive you if they can get away with it. Was a 30 year customer, but tried to screw me on my last purchase. Wont ever spend my money in this place again. Was a certified vehicle, went to sign paperwork and they changed the price and then told me the vehicle wasnt certified. Little did they know the certified paperwork was in the glovebox. They lied right to my face. Bought a new vehicle somewhere else.

Service: prices have gone up and quality checks havent been as quality as expected. The added personnel for scheduling is a nice improvement though no one can ever tell me about the services on the app so I can do it myself.My last visit seemed very robot-like aside from the gentleman who was taking my car back who spoke kindly to me even in a brief conversation while we waited for the check in person to come out which I never know if I should or shouldnt get out of my car.

Starting approximately 6 months before going into the dealership I did a lot of research on the Toyota cars and SUVs. Dick Feller was the first and only person I dealt with through my purchasing experience, then on to Nicole and Davron for explanations and paperwork. A few times I was frustrated because the salesperson didnt have access to his own email thus requiring me to make a call or go through someone in their technology department to send or receive an email. But, in general, Dick responded very quickly. The dealership went through quite a lot in order to get me the RAV4 I wanted, and I appreciated that.
