Great experience and customer service from this Ferndale shop. I recently bought a used car from a relative that hadn’t been driven in a while. I thought the brake pads were worn down the first few times I drove it, so I brought it in. Turns out a lot of the parts were just rusted and Marcus told me that it wasn’t a hazardous problem at the current moment and that it actually might get progressively better with use. Really appreciated the honesty and quick service. I recommend going in if you need work done on your car.Also, my girlfriend brought her car in after she got a flat a few weeks back and they patched her tire for $25 and only took like 20 minutes on a Saturday. Me and my husband have used this place a few times on both of our cars. I had front end work done and supposedly 2 tires replaced a few months ago on my car. Within 24 hrs, my front tire where they did work, went flying off My car as I crossed Woodward with my 3 small children in the car. I was injured and my car had some damage done. A few of my lug nuts had completely snapped due to someone putting it back on wrong. They were kind enough to have it towed back and supposedly again fixed all the issues and damage. A week later after they fixed it, I took it to get 2 new tires from belle tire since auto pros said they had already replaced 2 but I still needed 2 more. I showed belle tire the receipt for the 2 tires auto pro supposedly put on n belle tire said theres no way they put the tires on my car cuz the ones on the receipt were WAAAAY too big n never would have fit. So I ended up having 2 get 4 new tires since auto pro they clearly never put the new tires on like they claimed. Then the next day I went to another mechanic to have them double check my car and they said it didnt look like auto pro did any of the work they claimed to do. So basically I paid them for nothing, was in an accident due to the work they did.My husband also had various issues before I had my issue with my car. They did suspension work for him which was good. Then his truck died n they said he needed a fuel pump, so we paid n got that done. Few weeks later it died again and they said it was a wiring/electric issue. We paid them to rewire it. It ran for about another month before the heat went out n a few days later it died again. So we stopped driving it n eventually took it back to them. They said we need a new fuse box. Paid $600 for that n picked it up. Not even 2 days later, the whole dashboard stopped working n they claim it now needs an instrument cluster.The guys that work there are awesome as far as customer service and very polite. We were just unhappy with some of the work performed. Id recommend them for minor repairs maybe but after they failed to secure my tire properly I was a bit skeptical. Im still dealing with pain as a result of the tire falling off accident.

I am very happy with the service I received. The staff was extremely kind. Im not sure how the price of my service compares to others, however it was lower than I expected it to be. So far, my truck runs better than before - I could tell the difference immediately! I hope I dont need to see them again for a long time, but if/when that happens, I will definitely be back.

The guys here are awesome. My truck needed repair because the heat was not working properly. A month ago I had took it to a shop I was loyal to... To only see they wasnt loyal or honest with me. They took my payment and said my truck was fixed and that was not true. The heat went out the next day. These guys at Auto Pro not only fixed my jeep but it was fixed before I even got off work.. Fast forward to a week later my heat is still blowing at high speed. Thanks Auto Pro Service Center.

Not sure of the current Covid policy, I called to get an appt to have my brakes checked and replaced. Not only were they available to work on my car immediately, they got the rotors and front brakes in less than an hour. Amazing performance! I am impressed and will definitely return for future repairs.

Marcus you run a honest shop and I thank you for that. My car was not speeding up because of clogged catalytic converters. This shop only changed two front converters and I picked up my car and it was still doing the same thing. Mind you I spent 1700$ because I also got two front tires and a wheel alignment. I took my car back my 3rd converter was bad they took it off ran a straight pipe and now my car runs like butter. He also replaced an air filter with the straight pipe no extra charges. He was honest and thoughtful of how much I had already spent. I thank you and you guys so much for helping solve my issues. I never write reviews unless i’m totally satisfied.

Bait and switch. supremely unprofessional, unethical, and overpriced shop. They have a bad habit of cursing out customers? Yes seriously. The customer was the calm professional one and they were literally cursing them out. These guys provide back yard mechanic quality service, diagnostics, and work but charge dealership prices. You are better off going to a 7 mile mechanic shop, at least there youll get an affordable rate for the same service.

Beware— These people are very unprofessional. I originally brought my car in to get some engine work done. My car was running rough, and I had some squeaking in the back. After a tuneup, new back brakes and rotors, and an $1800 bill, my car was still running just as rough as when I originally brought it in. I took it back and they needed my car for another day to stop it from running rough. The next day I started leaking from my water pump. He told me to get the water pump and the inlets replaced. After another $650 bill I was still leaking coolant. He then told me that his mechanic forgot to replace a pressure fitting which he said is typically done when the water pump is replaced. He told me on Thursday that he was very busy and that I should bring it back to have it worked on all day Tuesday, because he would have to do the entire water pump job again just to get to that fitting. I dropped it off after work on Monday, after my mass airflow sensor broke that they had already replaced, and I was to pick it up once the leak was completely fixed Tuesday night. I still have a coolant leak and I’m out the $650... now it’s Tuesday and he didn’t even look at it, tells me that he had to fix the other problem which by the way they had already fixed. I firmly believe that they break your vehicle on purpose when fixing another part of your vehicle to get more money out of you. I now still have a coolant leak and I’m out of cash, time, and patience. I originally came here because I thought Calvin was a very trustworthy person that was going to take care of me, boy was I wrong. Only come here if you want to get ripped off. I highly suggest going to Sullivan’s right down the street, they’ll do a good job for you. Not having my car for five different days to fix two problems is not doing me any favors by the way Calvin. If you give an estimate and you are incorrect on how long it takes, it’s up to you to eat it. You are supposed to be the professional, I am the customer. If the job was supposed to take six hours and it took all day, how is that my fault. My suggestion is you talk to your so-called mechanics. Very unsatisfied and will not return.

I drove my truck in I had to have it towed out after spending almost $1,100 after they charge me a diagnosis fee of $95 then they told me to go down to the GM dealer and pay $125 and get a diagnosis fee because they said they could not diagnose it after charge me the $95 just be smart stay away from these guys they talk nice to get in your pocket and you can go to Auto Zone and get that little diagnosis thing they got and the diagnosis at AutoZone is free and its the same one they have that they charge me $95 for even the tow truck driver told me about a bunch of horrible stories about this place and the manager slash owner was very rude to me on the phone like it was my fault I am going to report him to the BBB and I am going to sue them and Im going to start picking in front of their place so other citizens get ripped off like I did Im just waiting to contact my lawyer to make sure I dont do nothing wrong like they did I never get a review on the shop before this is my first time because when I told my friends about the incident they told me how to do the review so if he could help one person I am not doing this to be mean or malicious I just dont see how a shop can treat somebody this way have a nice day and thank you for reading this PS not only did I drive my SUV in there I had to have it towed out and now my ABS light is on my battery light on my check engine light is on so all I can say is beware of them people all they are is out for money nothing else thank you for reading this have a nice day

My car broke down and i had it towed to AutoPro right after Christmas and was very tight on cash...I know nothing about cars but I put my trust in them. The owner Calvin and there head mechanic Mike had my car running very well after new Spark plugs, ignition coils and an oil change!! I had other things wrong with my car that they brought to my attention but were not pushy about the items and made me very comfortable. The best part about this was I was able to finance my repairs with a finance program they offer and left without paying anything!!!!! #LIFESAVERS

Calvin covers all the bases when you come in. Their mechanics have specific knowledge which can help virtually any need you have from simple oil changes to complex bumpers reattachments. I had a few different jobs that needed to be addressed. They were all done properly while providing constant updates in real time. I’m normally a huge skeptic but these folks are legit.

Went in for front end alignment knowing I needed extra work. ( I was right ) they took me to the back to show me my tie rods had a lot of wear on them. I was priced in the next 15 mins. Parts were there in less than 20 mins and I watched them work on the truck. In less than 1.5 hours I was out of there and my truck drives perfect! Never saw a shop work so fast and organized as they were! I’ll be back!! Thanks guys

If I could give this place a negative star review, I would. Unfortunately google allows this gracious one star to them even though this is the worst company I have ever experienced in my entire life. I went in and got $2,000 worth of work done on my car only to find out parts of the repair werent even completed. I tried to work with them in getting refunded for the amount those specific parts were and they refused to work with me or even FIX their own mistakes. (My parts were under warranty). They claimed they did the work and I had new problems with the car. Even though I can see where they didnt even touch parts of my engine that were necessary to reach the items that needed repair. They threatened me to attempt to sue them because they knew theyd win. So I was forced in to paying for work that was never done on my car. I went to them because they offered financing because nobody these days has money to repair a car. Now I have to pay for the lack of work they did AND take it to a reliable business and pay them to actually do the job correctly. Enjoy my money guys, karma will come back and bite you eventually. Cant wait until this place goes down and loses business. Sorry excuse for a company.

1 star is too many for this sorry excuse of a company.After getting a full inspection on my car I got nearly $1000 worth of work done. I was excited that they offer financing options but as soon as I couldnt start my car when I was trying to leave the parking lot, I regretted every second of this decision. Once home after several attempts to start the car, I noticed 2 of the 4 brand new tires were nearly flat. When I took the car back to the shop the mechanic told me it must have been my fault. After much debate, they replaced the parts they said it needed but it did not fix the problem. Because of this, I took my car to a different mechanic who told me the tie rods were replaced with used parts, the brakes werent done, and my alignment was bad. On top of all this, Auto Pro missed MAJOR issues in their so-called inspection that ended up costing me an additional $800 in repair.My car was in worse condition than when I took it in and I am stuck paying for a service that wasnt even done. They are rude, and extremely unorganized. They fudge the documents they sent to the financing company and I have filed an official complaint with them as well.I will do everything in my power to make sure this doesnt happen to someone else.

The owner was VERY rude and NASTY to me because I questioned him about the high price he was trying to charge for a USED tire. He wanted 60.00 said i had to pay for labor, disposal and balance. Then told me I could go to Wal-Mart or pep boys. Said when I get a cheaper tire from other businesses they get them from the garbage. This was my first AND last visit to this place.

Dont walk!!! run away from this place stay away you been warn. Calvin is so rude and dont know how to treat customers at all. Dont waste your money or you will be sorry. He said wont honor the warranty of the parts he put on your car and said he dont care. After the first time I shouldve had know not to come back but I did. Bought 4 used tires that only lasted for less than 3 months. Came back a second time bought 4 new tires. I came in on a Monday to complain about a knocking noise and they said it was a bolt from the frame. Put down a deposit to have the part order and came back on Saturday for them to tell me no part was order. They order the part one week later and told me had to drop my car off because they was busy. Since I been waiting for the part for a week and fault not on me but on them for not ordering the part. I feel that should had worked on my vehicle since it was only a 2 hour job and been waiting a week for the part. On the fourth and last time he installed a stabilizer bar on my vehicle. I went to another repair shop to get a wheel alignment and that shop said I needed the bar to be replace. Tried to talk to Calvin but he became RUDE and very DISRESPECTFUL on the phone. Only thing they had to do was to inspected the bar to say the other shop was lying. Trust me I wont be coming back to that shop AGAIN. If your dont believe me read the other comments other customers left for reviews about Calvin.

Calvin and staff are top notch. Car just died on my on freeway. Got towed to Auto Pro. Calvin was straight up, honext, fast and curtiuous. Problem...I ran out of gas and my indicator was faulty. Could have said it was many things but was straight up and honest. Just gained a lifetime customer!

After quoting me a initial price for all the work, the mechanics noticed that I also needed a new master cylinder. The manager included the new part and labor for free with a full warranty. I appreciated their honesty and integrity to stick to their original quote in order to keep my business and not milk money from me for further repairs. Great shop- highly recommend.

Keith hooked me up. Got me in 45 minutes before close for a brake inspection, and arranged for a rental car for me for the next day. Then he came back in and said no were going to get this taken care of tonight. Not only did he not try to sell me anything I didnt need, he went out of his way to not sell me what I thought I needed. So got me new rotors and pads delivered and installed within 30 minutes, and at a very good price. Amazing service. Would recommend them to anyone. I felt I should share this because it was so above and beyond what would be expected.

I cant believe they are still in operation? They make you think they are doing you a favor for taking your hard earned money for sub par work. These disorganized people will give you 5 different prices for the same work. You might get one price, then when daddy (the owner, the clueless son manages) he doubles it. They charge you more for a used tire then what you can get it new anywhere else. They gave me one price to do the work, then the father showed up and they doubled the original quote. When you decline, they refuse to even fix your car and force you to tow it immediately on your dime! All the employees are miserable working there. Avoid them like the plague!

I took my 2007 PT Cruiser to them in December. I had checked with my own diagnostic computer and it said there was a camshaft issue. I relayed this information to them, but I was told that no, I needed a new fuel pump and battery termial. Cost me $530. I trusted them because I thought they would know better than I would. Now, a month later, my car started having the exact same issue and NOW they say its the camshaft. Cost me $259. It was the camshaft the whole damn time!! A repair that should have cost $259 has now cost me $789. DONT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. When I told them woman on the phone that I found this whole thing suspicious, she just talked in circles until I gave up. I will be reporting them to BBB.If anyone at this business would like to make this right, as far as Im concerned I am owed a refund of $530. My invoice numbers are: 7611 and 8100. I notice that you are responding to all of your poor reviews and claiming they were never at your business. Ill post proof if I have to.Side note: Was told I would need a new battery ASAP, got it checked the next day and my battery was totally fine. They must have left something on and ran my battery low and being the experts that they are didnt even realize.

Avoid at all cost! The only way these guys would touch your car is if you allow them to rape you with the price. The night and morning managers give different prices and policies. They make promises they cant keep and act like they are doing you a favor by letting you be their customer! They are pariahs who take advantage of you when you are at your most vulnerable moment when your car is down. They charge you more than three times what parts actually cost and expect you to be happy with it.

I wouldnt trust this team to fix any vehicle. My son had service done on a vehicle twice here. 1st time cost him 3200 dollars telling him his head gasket, timing chain, oil pump was bad. Veh had 63000 miles on it. Vehicle still didnt function correctly. Auto pro sent it to the dealer next for proper resolution. Year or so later, his vehicle died on the way to work. He went back to Auto Pro hoping it was a related problem. Auto Pro changed his starter and told him his battery and alternator was good. I had him stop by Auto zone to have his battery rechecked and was told his 9 year old battery had a dead cell which was draining the alternator. Swapped the battery and the vehicle is running correctly.

Calvin is rude & unprofessional. He screamed obscenities at my fiancé who is currently going through the proper legal recourse to get his money back so they he may have his car fixed properly. I see that many of you have similar experiences with Calvin & I urge you to REPORT HIM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Stop payment immediately if you used a card- your bank will launch an investigation. The more people who report them, the less people will be taken advantage of. I made it a point to call and ask if I could get right in or if there was a wait. He told me I wouldn’t have to wait to get in. There is a whopping $65 diagnosis fee also yea it gets put towards the final total but how do I know if I can afford what will be fixed after. I will not come back here. I would advise you to bring your money to someone else. Ridiculous. I have a exhaust leak. Your are going to look at it for 5 mins. I’m not going to pay you $65 to do that.

Ive taken 3 or 4 different cars here over the last 8 years and trust them completely. Calvin is very professional and efficient. I think the people who posted bad reviews must just be frustrated that their car needed work in the first place. You dont always get good news when theres something wrong with your car, but at Autopro theyll tell it to you straight, fix it very fast, and give you a fair price. Thats their job, after all. And they do it well!

And looked like it would take more time then I had. But the guys here did what they had to and got me back on the road before it was even dark out. On top of giving me a good fair price. I went in to get a quote on a repair job for a new gear box on my Land Rover, the price was $285 less expensive than the previous 3 mechanics I visited, all the parts were OEM and I was able to up grade my tires to OVER-SIZED Goodyear Fortera. I can honestly say the staff was friendly, service was fast and the prices were affordable. Also, they have a great selection of tires for any budget. I am definitely going back to my vehicle serviced there again.

Took my car in for a weird grinding sound, they hoisted it up to take a look, found it was a simple fix, and test-drove it around the block to make sure it was 100% better.PLUS, while I was waiting (and watching Judge Judy), the dude at the desk helped someone else and straight up beat a competitors price by over half.

Bar none the worst crooks ever. Had a flat tire and wanted to charge me nearly $80 for a used one. After I showed him a brand new tire was only $60 online, they refused to fix my car and I had to tow it to a respectable auto shop. Please AVOID these sketchy people at all costs. Even if you break down in front of their shop. Tow it down the street. Ferndale needs to shut these crooks down.

Other auto shops should strive to be like these guys fast service great deals. When I went in a couple months ago because I had a flat tire they gave me a great deal on 4 new ones (which I knew I needed). Well I had a blow out today and realized that they forgot to put my spare tire back in my trunk so after my girlfriend went and bought me a new spare tire I went straight back here. Dont get me wrong I was upset but as soon as I walked in and explained what had happened Ive never seen a place care so much. They immediately apologized and said we will give you a new tire for free for your troubles, I dont know any other place that would have admitted their mistake and fixed it on the spot. Ive heard them talk to other customers about payment plans and everything and they are just amazing!!! Would absolutely recommend to anyone in the area or outside the area.

Previously had good experiences until they worked on my truck and gave it back with new four wheel drive issues (truck went in in 2wd and came back stuck in 4x4 low), then refused to look at it without charging me ~$350. That wasn’t necessarily an insurmountable issue, until I asked some questions about how the truck could have had four wheel drive issues arise while the truck was there that had not been effecting the truck before and the owners son “Calvin,” stayed “you sound like A fu****g idiot,” and began yelling completely out of the blue when I was merely trying to understand the situation. This is after he admitted potential responsibility based on wires/vacuum hoses related to the work I had done possibly getting pinched or not reinstalled correctly.I will be going to a *professional* shop that doesn’t mess up my truck, shirk out of their responsibilities, and knows how to treat their customers with respect.

My original reason for going in was because I was hearing a rattling noise near my front rear tire. Id have to pull out a work order to say exactly what Keith, one of the two owners, said it was but whatever it was, after being out of a car several days and getting it back, I still heard it.I took the car back again and was told it was my wheel barrings, and some other things with suspension and that I needed new tires. Against my better judgement, because really, if it was that how did you not detect it the week prior, I had the work done.When I was getting my vehicle I noticed I had three of the same brand tires and one different. I had previously purchased a new tire which is why one brand was different but I had also gotten one from Tire Outlet. I asked what brand tire they put on. Calvin, Keiths son and other owner, stated it was the brand of the one different tire. I told him I already had that tire. He tried convincing me they put it on. I stated I should have two of each brand. Calvin then goes to the computer and sees I paid for a new tire and they in fact did not put it on AND they didnt have it in stock so Id have to come back for the tire. If I had driven off that lot I would have been SOL because both owners take little to any responsibility for their actions or work. They would have sworn I took the tire off!As Im leaving the mechanic tells me about a warning light that is on but should reset and that the brakes are slipping due to something he put on them but it should dry out over night.This never happens.When I come back in Keith IMMEDIATELY starts throwing all these crazy repairs at me that the warning light meant. When another mechanic came in explaining the light to me, he told him not to speak to customers and sent him away so he could continue to try to scam me. Luckily Mike, the mechanic, recalled the light coming on after his repairs and let Keith know he agreed to look at it if the light didnt go offOh, To rewind, the second time in came in my extended warranty was used for repairs and I had an issue with my warranty company not covering my tire. I called them back after Keith had spoken to them to discuss my concern and Calvin, who is EXCEPTIONALLY arrogant and has little to no customer service skills, felt the need to passive aggressively discuss the Keith that I was going to get their work order cancelled and I had no business calling the warranty company back.Fast forward, it takes about a month of going back and forth and Keith trying to scam me into unnecessary repairs to get this warning light issue repaired. I insisted whatever was causing it to be on was due to their repairs because it wasnt on before. One remedy offered was that the sensor was broken. I felt if it was broken they had broken it and I wasnt paying them to repair it. They quoted me their cost and I went to my dealership and had it done.That wasnt the problem. The light was still on. At this point I had my advisor from the dealership call Keitg because I wanted to know if my issue was due to Auto Pros negligence would they foot my dealership bill to finally have it resolved. Keith tried his best to deny responsibility but eventually agreed. Keith had the balls to ask why the dealership did the repair without their own diagnostic but it was the same repair they were going to charge me for! $150 down the drain.I went back to Auto pro to get a copy of all the work to have the dealership go over the repairs. At this point Calvin asked for one last shot to make it right. I agreed.Apparently when they had my wheels pressed by a third party it was done incorrectly which was causing the sensor to go off and car slip.During this last visit they put over 200 miles on my car ( I took pictures of the odometer when I dropped it off and when I picked it up) left me with hardly any gas there was dirt all in my car.Road trip maybe?The tire they sold me went flat the next week and like others.AVOID

I have a 2010 Mercedes e350 4matic that needed shocks and tires and my shocks are gas operated and cost a unGodly amount at the dealer! These guys saved me huge and my car drives better than it ever did! Calvin was a huge help and knows his stuff

I came to these guys with my old Durango, within minutes they had diagnosed the problem (spun bearing in the rear end caused by broken leaf spring) and were able to work a miracle to keep within a budget that was worthy of keeping the old beast on the road. I expected a 2-3 day turnaround and to my surprise it was completed in one day! Their head mechanic is extremely knowledgeable in a way that only years of experience can provide! Today I brought the Durango back in for a quick check to make sure the bearing was seating/worn in properly, no wait, just a quick in and out. I highly recommend these guys, professional and friendly with no BS and offer practical solution to fit within any budget! Theyll be fixing my other truck for sure!

Every time someone leaves a 1 star review, these guys have someone leave a 5 star review with bs info within days of the 1 star. Check the 5 star reviewers, theyre all people with only 2 reviews and both are 5 star reviews of auto pro and tire center (same place)Bait and switch shop. Came in with missing muffler. They said they would fix my problem. They welded straight pipe on for $135 (ripoff). Still no muffler and the car is not road legal. Will be taking this up with the bank and the better business bureau.I arrived prior to the job being finished and had the old man talking to me about what he took off the car and how bad it was, but he had no idea I already knew that no muffler was on there to begin with.The mechanic did a burnout on my clutch while pulling it out of the bay and into a parking spot.BUYER BEWARE OF THIS SHADY SHOP.I have the receipt to prove their shady operation in case they try to claim that this review is bogus like they did with other peoples reviews. They wrote a slip for labor only no parts. That is to cover up the fact that they released a car in an unroadworthy condition and claimed to have fixed it only verbally.ADDED: jokes on these guys. Their condescending response to my review will prove how bad these guys really are. I only told them I had $135 because walker mufflers are 25-50$ on amazon and I think their weld job is only worth $100 more at best. You claim I only have $135 dollars to my name when you knew nothing about me. I have an 800+ credit rating and make over 100,000 dollars a year. You can see the maturity of their employees by the response from the owner below. He or she has been in business for 13 years by grabbing as much money as they can get from the people that can afford it and dont question the value of the job that theyre getting. They may do a favor here and there per the reviews, but this job was no favor. Spot welding a 4 foot piece of fence pipe was not worth $135. There werent even any bends in the pipe to deal with. I recently had a spot welding job on one of my other cars for $40 in a much more affluent area.Also owner, if YOURE going to call me shady, at least use proper grammar while trying to insult me.YOURE the shady one.Interesting, the people who reviewed the place as 5 stars are all people who have 2-3 reviews total on Google and 2 of their 3 reviews are to tire outlet and auto pro...same place. Sold me a brand new set of dealer take offs. Tires didnt even last 12,000 miles. Went to another shop to have tire rotated and they told me the tires were made in 2010. I bought the tire last year 2017. I went back and Calvin told me I was a liar and never bought the tires from them. Very rude and didnt even care. They know they are ripping people off and dont care

I had an electrical problem with my 10 year old Grand am and knowbody had answers. Ive been to 3 different shops with mixed answers. I was highly recomended here from a co -worker. After walking in I was greeted by a handsome young man named Calvin and he explained there proceedure and diagnostic fee. 2 hours later while waiting and having coffee and a donut in the office my lights on my car all work properly now and I was billed a total of 190.00$ and everything works perfect!!! YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME!! I will tell everyone I know about AutoPro!

I will never use this place for anything ever again. 3 weeks to have someones car is ridiculous. Everything that could have gone wrong did. Wish I would have listened and took my car to the dealer. I would already have it back.Edit: I tried to go back and give them a chance and they would not serve me due to this review. Even told him I would delete this review to make nice. Clearly customer service is not a priority at this place! I took my car to tire outlet in Madison heights and I got amazing customer service! Worth an extra 10 minute drive to get good service! Instead of refusing service to someone-maybe try to explain to the customer the situation rather than refuse service.Also, you can see that you have your family members post 5 star reviews on here to make you look better. Too bad the work that was completed was done by Saab, you guys had tons of stuff hooked up wrong. Also, as for ordering parts- you ordered the WRONG parts at first. (Which set us back even more time.) By the time I actually got my car back it was over 3 weeks! If you cared so much about your customers and have 75k people in your data base. Then why do you have under a 3 star rating on Facebook? (Which was the only platform I initially posted a bad review on) Maybe because you are condescending and do not know how to treat people.

Absolutely the worst place to take your car. Owners are very rude. Didnt even fix my car. Dont even think they have real mechanics there. Tried to talk to the owner and they told me to leave and threaten to call the police. Avoid at all costs.

High priced repair shop. They sell used tires as dealer take off. LKQ tires, then clean the rocks from the tires clean them up and sell $500 take offs. False advertising. Coc heads look them up in public record.
