My car looks better than before the accident! Mike and his team are true professionals that really treated my car like it was there own. They fixed my car and detailed the inside of my car so it would look new inside and out. Im very happy with their service and prices. Ferndale Collision is the only shop I will go to now.

This place is horrible. The manager was very nice initially, until he called my girlfriend yelling at her about not giving some small piece of info. He assumed we had different insurance than we had, and then proceeded to threaten us with hundreds of dollars in fees for our car being on their lot. I would avoid this place at all costs, very sketchy business practices.

Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. Brenda was everything that any company should have, excellent customer service. She is a jewel. Management was professional from the beginning to the end. Ferndale Collision is a business to be duplicated throughout. Would absolutely come back for work in the future. Shop Manager Michael Law went above and beyond with literally everything. The quality of work was 10/10. Better price than Suburban Collision by at least double and way more knowledgeable. Everyone and everything at the shop was super professional and my car ended up being done earlier than expected. Cant say enough good things about this place and the staff!

I have been taking my vehicles here for a while for minor repairs and even sending others here. This time I needed them for a collision. They were fast, efficient, pleasant and we even laughed a bit. They made an inconvenience a nice experience. They went above and beyond by detailing my suv inside and out. They even fixed a tire that had a nail in it. I cannot recommend them enough.

From my first phone call, to the date I picked up my vehicle, Ferndale Collision and its staff took care of all of my issues, including dealing with my insurance agency, and did everything necessary to get my vehicle back to me with a turnaround of only a few days. The quality of the work is seamless, as if I was never involved in an accident. I will return with any and all auto related issues!

I rarely leave reviews but I feel this place deserves it. I called and inquired about getting a spare tire I owned placed on a rim Barbara (I believe her name was) took care of me immediately. I had a few other places tell me they wont put my own tire on a rim because they dont make enough off the transaction but Ferndale Collision came to the rescue. I told Barbara I would be up there immediately and they got my new tire placed on my rim within 30 minutes. Will be revisiting when I need anything. Shop was immaculate, and thats rare these days.

The only repair shop I trust to work on my car.I was greeted with a smile when I walked in, the staff was friendly, shop was clean.My car was fixed quickly and is handling better than I could ever remember.Awesome service, Mike also helped me diagnose my vehicle as well any other existing issues that need to be aware of.

Called, asked about a repair I needed and if they would do said repair, towed the car, waited 24 hours, got a call back saying they wouldn’t do the job and refused to assist me in any way aside from a recommendation, and then a few days after I realized they put a branded license plate frame on my car and got rid of the original, had the shop recommended by a former employee of the business and he was baffled at their response to my car, won’t be returning.

I had my car fixed there after a minor accident. They went out of their way to do she job well. Some minor issues, due to the battery being disconnected during the repaisr, were dealt with swiftly and to my complete satisfaction. Im definitely using them if (when?) I need body work again.

I was only there for a few minutes, but the facility was clean and the staff was friendly. They fixed my issue quickly and with ease and didnt make my problem out to be bigger than it was.

My car muffler just broke behind this place and they were already closed but opened to help me to make sure I could drive to another shop since they dont work with mufflers. They fixed what they could and didnt charge me. Very nice people great customer service. I would have to tow my car if wasnt for their help. Thank you.

I worked at 9 and Woodward for almost 10 years and always knew about Ferndale Collision. During that time I was fortunate to have never had a car accident to have to pay them a visit. This past December my wife’s car was damaged in a collision and we needed A repair. From the first call to the last visit to pick up our fixed car the staff was incredibly helpful and professional. They provided an estimate for the insurance company in minutes. They worked with our budget and even got some additional repairs done that had needed to be completed. Big shout out to Brenda and Mike and the rest of the staff for being friendly and going the extra mile.
