Really let down with their service department recently. They didn’t torque my lugs properly and I almost lost a tire going down I-94 and when I went in there to get it fixed. They blamed an issue that I’ve dealt with for years on the truck not starting. And now the complimentary work has cost me 300$ and climbing. Very much seems like I’m being jerked around to make their money back on the stud replacement especially considering the truck ran perfectly up until I got to the dealership. And then after paying for them to basically unplug a wire and plug it back in the issue was not resolved. Not to mention they switched my loan vehicle from a very nice rav 4 to a prius even tho they had me booked through the week on the rav. Love Pete in sales always extremely cordial and friendly but the service team has really really disappointed in the last few months and last week especially. Going back to working on my own vehicles.

Their customer service is above and beyond. This is still a small town local dealership that is refreshing compared to the conglomerate dealerships out there today. Their personalized service is truly top notch.

Great experience at Quality Toyota. The team here creates a very professional, no pressure buying experience. They had the car I wanted but there is not a doubt they would have found the one I wanted if they didnt. From Ryan my salesman to Eric in finance, it was smooth and painless. Ryan was a great salesman, he explained all of the car options and really just let me try out a few vehicles with no pressure. Eric was awesome in finance and showed me a few options on financing, not just a here this is what we can do that you see at many dealerships. Plus they gave me a great deal on my trade-in.

I had a certain truck I wanted, and these guys happened to to have one. Drove 2 1/2 hours to look at it. Scott S was a great guy to deal with. Had a small issue with the truck and they had it fixed by the time I came up to take delivery. There prices are what they say, but I say they are reasonable if not cheaper than everywhere else I was looking. I would do the drive again to buy another. There financial guy Eric was very easy to work with and had good knowledge. Gave us some good numbers.

In and out in less than 30 minutes. Great staff and coffee/pop donuts while you wait. I will continue to come back.

Called to say I was interested in a certain model type with certain options, arriving in 50 minutes. They volunteered to pull them out. Had a salesman assigned and waiting. Great service. Tried to save my decals, helped move items from old to new car. Everyone was very personable.

This business is not trustworthy. They sold me a vehicle in October of 2020. In spring of 2021 that the air conditioning unit had a leak. There was a sticker under the hood from Perham Automotive noting that the system had leak detecting dye added in August of 2020. I contacted my salesperson, Ryan Jorud. I asked if it was covered under the basic warranty. Ryan told me at the time of purchase every vehicle comes with a basic warranty. At this time, he said that there is NO WARRANTY. He reminded me I signed forms acknowledging it was AS IS. He also said because I didnt purchase their additional warranty, it is my problem. I also had Quality Toyotas mechanic inspect the car before I signed the contracts. This was a pre-existing issue, but there is NO WARRANTY regardless of what the salesperson tells you. The bottom line is that Quality Toyota had no problems with selling me a vehicle with defects, and they wont have any problems selling one to you. If you have any issues, know you will be on your own. Buy here at your own risk.

I purchased a 2008 Ford Fusion from Bill Funkhouser from Quality Toyota in Fergus Falls. Bill assured me that the vehicle had been checked out thoroughly. Within 2 weeks it developed a coolant leak that got bad very quickly. I took it in and was told the water pump was out. I called and talked to Steve at Toyota and the only thing he could do was give me a list of places that worked on it according to the car fax report. I felt used. I couldn’t even drive the car for a month because I couldn’t find anyone to work on it right away. Maybe it wasn’t sold that way, but only two weeks?? They qualify as shady in my opinion.

We just purchased our 2nd new vehicle form Ryan Johnson, Quality Toyota. Because of the service, ease of doing business and Qualityj attention we received we came back. Bill Funkhouser sold me a Toyota Venza Limited. Bill was very helpful. And he did not come unglued as I changed the color three times, requiring him to change the order twice. He quickly located my vehicle on the dock in Portland. Then it took a month for it to arrive here, taking delivery 1/31/2020.I traded in my 2009 Venza.Quality Toyota is a great dealership.. I went in for service recently to Quality Toyota. It is a breeze to go in to get recalls done and complimentary oil changes. I trust the technicians at Fergus falls QT. Also my salesmen Scott helped me find the floor jack to truck that was sort of hidden behind floor carpet! I had thought maybe it was missing a good laugh that it is there. He was kind about it and patience with me.

BUYER BEWARE!I bought a 2011 4x4 Chevrolet Silverado approx 2 years ago.Paid 15,000 dollars for the truck it had only 125,000 miles on it. At 150,000 miles the transmission went out of it.I never used this truck for a work vehicle never pulled or hauled anything that weighed more than a couple hundred pounds.Ive owned several Chevy Silverados none of them blew a transmission and all had over 250,000 miles on them and were over 15 years old. This one blew up after 150,000 and less than 9 years old.Im still making payments on this truck and the repair is going to cost over 4000 dollars.The manager said, theyre machines and machines break its your problem!Remember that before buying any use vehicles from these people. They sell Lemmons!Machines break down when theyre junk! The transmission was junk. You sold me junk. You say theirs nothing you can do. You have a service repair shop how about working out a solution that shows you right the wrong.Chevy Silverados dont throw transmissions that soon unless theyre defective.You said you would call back if you could help. Whats the help?

After many many vehicles traded in or sold on my own I decided to simply inquire about the possibility of owning a Toyota product. My main reason was to get into a product whos value doesnt depreciate faster than the average person can pay it off. I always understood that Toyota vehicles price point was always a bit more on the high end but after digging into it I soon realized that was not the case at all. Went in with the idea of one vehicle and left with two. Great place to rent a car

I contacted Scott Sampson looking for a somewhat uniquely optioned Tacoma. Scott found me a truck with my exact build specifications. When I wanted special optioned wheels and tires, Scott went out of his way to find a local tire dealer that would install optional wheels and tires, and gave me a very fair trade-in allowance for my take-off tires. I know he spent a significant amount of time working that deal, and getting the truck to-from the tire dealer so that I didnt have to deal with that. In our busy world, time is important to everyone, and Scott took care of me. Eric was great on the financing process, and the whole staff at Quality Toyota was very welcoming. Very good experience. Id recommend Quality Toyota to anyone looking for a good buying experience. Great job everyone!

I always love going to get my car serviced here! The ladies at the check in desk are always so delightful! The staff is completely remarkable! They always manage to have time for me and they always make me feel so welcome (even if I am the last customer of the day!) From their sales staff helping me pick out a car to the service staff continuing to make me enjoy my RAV service after service!They have a cozy waiting area with a kids room! And lets not forget those fresh baked cookies that come out amazing every time to enjoy with a great cup of coffee!

Matt was very informative and helped me stay within my budget while finding the correct car. Nice place, friendly people. Did not care for there no dickering sales approach. Felt low balled on the trade in value. Was lower by 800$ than Kelly blue book. They wont budge once they have a number. Lost the sale over that approach. Was prepared to spend 30k, lost because they know best, Wont be back.

Went in with knowing what i was looking for and Matthew K. one of the sales associates helped me right away. He was very personal and helpful. I spoke on what i wanted to put down and it would be around 20 days before i could come up with the money. Everyone was extreamly nice and very willing to help me out. Had my truck in for repair after an accident. The work they did was great. Mike in the body shop was friendly and gave me straight answers. I wouldnt hesitate to go back again or to recommend them to others.

I couldn’t imagine how they could do more. They picked up and brought back our hylander allowing us to stay safely at home.

We made an appointment to get our tires rotated. We were on time but we sat and waited for this simple service for almost 2 hours! When asked why it took so long the service manager told us that they overbooked. They made a conscious choice to screw their customers by overbooking appointments. This is not the kind of business that I want to patronize.

I can honestly say that our experience at quality toyota was the absolute best I have had in the usually dreadful task of car shopping. This is undoubtedly the best Toyota dealership anywhere! These folks have really figured out how to make a car buying experience a great time. The building is new, has a great layout, and has customer comforts that are the best. While on a long trip this last weekend, my family stopped in Fergus Falls to add some washer fluid, and then, the hood wouldnt close. These guys got my car in the shop on a Saturday and had the mechanic come in and take a look. There was a stuck mechanism. He got my hood closed and got us on our way in no time.
