WORST EXPERIENCE!!!I called waited on hold for about 2 hours before line disconnected. I wanted in to see if I could make appt. for tire rotation. The lady stated you can’t set an appt for tire rotation. Bring it in it should be a fast service.Okay, no problem!My husband brings it in the NEXT day on his day off. He. Gets there at 10 am waiting 2 other cars a head of him.4 HOURS LATER.Still waiting, he gets upset that he’s been waiting for a tire ration. Guy said you should have made an APPT. that would have been quicker…. Waited a total of 4.5 hours for our warranty tire rotation.I short:Save your time and money go to ANYWHERE ELSE.

We ordered tires for a car that were delivered to the store. The online Auto Care scheduling system on Walmart.com for this store hasnt worked for the last 10 days, and we had no luck reaching the store via phone.However, when we went to the store, the staff in the Auto Care Center was super polite and courteous! They accommodated us for an appointment - despite having their hands full for the day. All of them were very polite and helpful throughout. Awesome service!

Went in for synthetic oil change and was told it would be an hour. Only 1 car ahead of me then waited the entire hour to call me and say they didnt even have the synthetic oil for my car.

This place is a joke so is the management been here for hours to get my tires balanced and no help yet. I asked one of the workers if they can speed things up bcz people have things to do he said we are working hard so i decided to take a picture of the shop for people to see how busy they are

Matthew, (as he called himself), was very rude, angry and disrespectful, rather than apologizing for not having time, and before any greeting, he was almost to attack me. It is the case that it was no customer for tire there, it was before 1:00 pm and they said they had coming just one customer in appointment and were going to close at 4:00,. How Walmart train their crew to be respectful to their customers? If you are tired just go home not to assult customers. And yet, Corrag, the manger, was not better or any helpful, and was claiming that I cannot talk to or find top manager here in this location. it was a big mistake changing tire with walmart.

I purchased tires from the Walmart website and then attempted to call to make the required appointment to have them mounted and balanced on the car. After calling and being put on hold for 20 mins, I received a message we were unable to take your call at this time, please try again later. Classic Walmart customer service.... I should have know better!

My husband got an oil change and when we left he noticed oil leaking. We called they inform us there was a pin hole on the bottom of the oil pan. We must have hit something, But before our oil change it NEVER leaked. They replied well we cleaned it off and thats why its leaking. So 350.00$ later to fix the oil pan, the auto place tells us who ever changed your oil over twerked the screw and cracked ur pan. Thanks alot walmart and thanks for blaming us. Oh and the pin hole u calmed we caused never existed. The crack was from where the screw is and up. Your screw up not ours

Craig was rude as hell. Told me he could not do my tires and said he is the manager. They close at 7:00pm it was 6:00 pm. I never had someone be so rude and talk down to you because of power and ethnicity.Never buy tires and do business with the manager Craig or Walmart.I will call corporate and complain this has to stop. People deserve to be treated with respect always regardless of gender race or ethnicity.Craig the manager should be FIRED ASAP

The girl at the front desk told me to go somewhere else for an oil change even though there were no cars here. I came at 9 a.m. on a Monday morning when she said that her boss and her were trying to fix one flat tire and they cant do it so unless they fix that tire they cant do anything else. I figured its a flat tire theres no other cars here, how long could it take? I said I will wait, she quickly said it could take 4 to 5 hours to fix a flat and told me to go to the other Walmart 2 miles up the road . So dont go there. Dont waste your time.09/22/14..

Its says they open at 8. Sat there for a half hour. No doors opened or anything. Called the walmart. They didnt even have the audacity to tell us they were closed. Theres no mechanic. Waste of time.

Been here a few times and I’m continually disappointed. Nobody is at the service desk most of the time and customers are not approached. Instead you shout and interrupt technicians. I specifically ask to be called when an oil change is done but have never gotten a call. They don’t answer the phone either. Today was particularly bad because I waited 40 minutes past closing for a manager to do a random check. What? No plans of returning.

They checked my oil level and transmission fluid level. The manager told me my transmission level was fine and I didnt need to add anything. Less than a week later... I need a new tranny because I was running it with NO fluid. Now I am out thousands! Oh! and by the way... Showed up at 10:30am... A woman behind the counter told me that no one bothered to show up for their morning shift so I waited around for almost an hour just to get false information on my vehicle. --- Also from a previous tire rotation they kept my Lug nut key.. Left me a vm saying to come back and get it. I ask for it and they dont have it. IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE DO NOT GO HERE.

I went in 10/9 around 8am for a pit crew oil change, not having high expectations since Ive been here before (its Wal-Mart), but today I was impressed! It looks like they may have hired some new people. This time I was specific about what weight of oil to use (per owners manual), and a specific oil filter (a upgrade) thats stocked in the store. There was 2 cars in front of me they were finishing, but I was done within 35min! They actually did everything as instructed this time! Hopefully on my next oil change the experience will be the same.

Everything about this experience upset me. My boyfriend and I waited inside at the service desk for roughly 15 minutes while an employee ignored us several times. When we finally got her attention she then decided to tell us that we needed to be waiting outside for our tires to be changed. We then proceeded to wait outside to speak to a different employee for another 15 minutes, only to be greeted by yet another, surprise surprise, unfriendly employee who didnt seem to care about their job. The customer service was terrible and the wait time was worse. Will most decently not be returning.

Little old Filipino woman with glasses at the care centers called security thinking i was stealing when i walked out the autocare door to check if my car was done with an oil change. Shes too paranoid and asked alot of questions. Dumb broad

Came here for an oil change. First words out of Jacks mouth was, did you bring your own oil filter? We carry a limited supply of filters. I asked him to check on availability of my filter. He did, they had it. He started to TELL me that my car required the Platinum service($45). I stopped he and told him I was getting the lube, oil and filter ($20). He got upset and told me that he cant do it! I told him I have 7 receipts from other Walmarts that did it. Had to show him a receipt to prove other Walmarts had done lube,oil and filter for my car.I pity anyone that has Jack help them!

Worst customer service experience in a long time for a simple oil change (just after christmas 2016). The woman that took my car was sharp and rude for asking typical questions like Am I parked in the location? How long will this take? I wait in for over 2 hours listening to other unhappy customers. Noticed that people that can in before me were done. Had to hunt someone down to discover they had also forgotten about me and I was sitting there the entire time. My time is more important than saving that $15. I know my self respect certainly is. I will find a company that actually wants my hard earned money...NEVER AGAIN

OMG! I logged on to specifically write a review about this place because of horrible service. I should have logged on to read the reviews so I could save myself the torture. SmhI would only recommend to go elsewhere. I felt it was a rushed job. Also, Dont include full vacuum in included service, if you half-@$$ it. Then to top it off, the little reminder sticker had 135,xxx miles for next oil change when MY mileage was already at 153,xxx. Annoyed.

There is a Wal-Mart at this location. Ive gone there twice to have my car lubed, oil change and tires rotated. I had no problems. Theres just one thing I have a complaint about and thats the waiting time. Each time Ive been there Ive waited 2 1/2 -3 1/2 hours for my car to get done.

Dont ever come to this Wallmart for an oil change unless you have several hours to waste. They are not fast. I arrived around 9 am thought it would be quick this time in the morning. Only one customer in front of me. By 10:15 I checked to see if they were done they hadnt even started. Ive been to other Wallmarts even if there busy it doesnt take more than a half hour.

I called to schedule an appointment and I was on hold for a total of 30 minutes. Associates didnt appear to know how to solve problems or miscommunications.The following day I showed up and no staff member approached me to take my vehicle for its scheduled tire change. The staff appeared more concerned with going on their break than making sure customers were helped.I heard that two employees called out sick on that day and it makes me question the work ethic and quality of service I will receive.Wal•Mart is cheap, but you get the service you pay for. Come prepared with patience or ready to pull all your hairs out.

I go to this location regularly for an oil change. I havent had any issues. I ask them to take their time, because things can go wrong if you hurry through an oil change. Theres no such thing as quality, if youre racing at 100 mph.

I know I shouldn’t have bought a battery from here. I knew it was a cheap battery when I bought it. But with a newborn at home and an extreme necessity for a car I went against my better judgement and bought a battery here.It’s been one month and this morning it wouldn’t start. I bring it in and end up doing a oil change because heck they’re gonna have it up on a liftaready and I needed one.They did the oil change but didn’t check my battery. I almost go home but decide they said they’d do it they need to do it.The older woman behind the desk is so rude she basically tells me to bugger off and try Walmart on 320th cause they’re busy and only have one tech on today.I go up there just to have them tell me their battery machine is broken. They also advise to call ASst manager to get it in because it’s not my fault they’re busy.I come back and the AM is mice and gets me in. I watch them through the service window. They take the tire off only to use the same hand checker instead of big machine. Then go to put the wheel back on until the AM comes back and checks the progress. Apparently they couldn’t get the battery out so they were just gonna lie.Never ever again.

Manager is rude and stuffs are arrogant. Whatever job you do, they make it chaos with long hrs waiting to make u go away. Can’t rely on. Don’t ever go there. They will make sure your given warranty will be default to replace anything you bought.

If I could get this place zero stars negative stars I would I came here yesterday for an Oil change and they told me I had a oil leak which I was very much aware of but that was it soon after my car started pouring out anti freeze from a hose that you must pass before you get to anything of course I bring it back to them and guess what they said ?? “we don’t have anything to do with anti freeze” go figure right ! Now I will be spending my school money to fix something they know very well they did !!!!!

I had oil change for my 2016 town and country, on my way back home the burning oil smoke was coming inside, when I got home I realized that it’s leaking, I checked my oil level and there was nothing, I called them and told them what’s going on they asked me to drive my Vehicle back to Walmart which was not drivable at that point the Engine oil light was on, I had to tow my Van into the dealership they diagnose and found out that my Oil filter housing was cracked and Cam shift was damaged, it cost me almost $3k to fix my van and run a claim with Walmart, be advised not to do any service here as they don’t have any certified mechanics, Walmart will always hire low wage mechanics.
