I needed a battery because the one I had was going dead. They were great to assist me in getting the proper battery. They even let borrow tools so I could put the new one in. I was very impressed with their customer service and assistance.

Shelves are always stocked and employees are always friendly and eager to help out. My only complaint is that I never seem to make it there in time to dispose of my used oil, the container is always full! 🤣

Friendly employees ready to help. Had a light out on my Toyota and needed a 10mm socket to get the rear light housing open. Guys gladly lent it to me so I could change the bulb with the replacement I bought from them. Very nice thing to do indeed.

I would like to thank Mike at autozone Federal way for his help. Mike went above and beyond making sure we get the help we need. It was busy around 8pm-10pm but we were still getting a 5 star service from Mike but also his co workers. There was also an older lady there too that was also helpful not only to me but all the customers. Again thank you guys and may God bless yall for a job well done.

Customer service wasnt that bad but they had a guy working behind the counter with his shirt off which was unusual....like ???? What was that about i know your bout too close in 30 min but does that call too take your shirt off and work. Very unprofessional.

My Prius battery died and I needed it replaced in a hurry. The tow truck driver jumped the battery and while I left it running, drove to Auto Zone, left the car running in the parking lot, purchased the proper replacement battery from the knowledgeable staff and told them my predicament. This was our only car, it was late Saturday afternoon, my wife needed a necessary prescription picked up and the Toyota dealership was going to charge $160 to diagnose that it was indeed a dead battery AND then charge about $100 to install a new one above the cost of a battery. Yikes. The tech at Auto Zone looked at the requirements for installing a battery in a Prius and said cmon, Ill do it right now. He graciously got his tool kit, grabbed the new battery off the shelf and within 10 minutes had my new battery installed and my core charge re-imbursed to my credit card and off I went... a thrilled and life-long customer of this store. So look for the 62 year old service tech with gray hair at this Auto Zone. I didnt get his name because I was so flustered. Hes the best! THANKS Auto Zone. You saved me time, money and most of all reduced my anxiety. Who needs more of that during these Covid days! Youre my go-to store from now on!Gery Flogerzi

The staff is knowledgeable enough, but they dont like to talk to you if you dont speak Car And Driver fluently. Still, their prices are good and they usually have what I need in stock.

If you notice what day it is you will understand my rate, very nice on the phone when I called about a part 45 minutes before they closed I said I be then in 37 minutes. When I get there the guy had the part on the counter waiting for me still very nice, we even talked a little bit before I left. I never felt hurried even know I was in a hurry

Quick service. Tested AND swapped my car battery. Thats after suggesting I check my warranty(expired). Also tested my alternator, just in case. Will definitely come here again.

AutoZone store number 1166 I wanted to take out the time toPraise Mike. I had such an amazing experience here at the store today he really went above and beyond to help assist me he changed my windshield wipers and replaced my headlight in my vehicle. He cross referenced computer, and Triple checked the system to make sure that I had the correct replacement bulb. He was so professional with a great positive attitude great positive spirit all the customers that came into the store he acknowledged them and went above and beyond to help assist everyone.

They have some helpful and knowledgeable staff. Michael, a tall guy is very helpful and knows his cars. Down side, they have some faulty parts sometimes. It isnt the employees fault but it is frustrating for my husband to keep replacing and taking out the same alternator, only to get two faulty ones in a row! Third one was a charm.

A loop’d “D” loop today because during the wait for some parts help. On the phone one minute and was transferredonto another line and when asked what the matter was: that associate of the company had the audacity to hang the receiver up in my ear to end the call. Well, being busy helping my “70” year -old “significant other” do the householdchores, decided to “let-it-slide” until another day.

They had exactly one oil filter for my car and exactly the amount of the correct oil my car had to have. When I say exactly, I mean thats all they had. It was fortunate.

Open until 11pm! Was traveling through Washington when some fuses in my car decided to die. Not only was this place still open, they actually had a box of ATR micro fuses. I like auto zone they are always very nice. But I recommend going somewhere to get your car fixed if you dont know what youre doing. Im not sure how accurate they are and they are not mechanics. Do yourself a favor and save it for the professionals.

The kid advised the wrong size car cover. Cashier didn’t give me a receipt and yes I should’ve asked for one but I assumed they knew their job and this would fit my car. But it didn’t. I tried to return on my day off a week later and wa stood I could only get store credit because I didn’t have a receipt. Makes me wonder if it’s common practice to not give receipts for Thai exact reason. I’m not an auto mechanic or in any need of an auto zone credit. What I needed was a car cover that fit last week without having to go purchase a second on later that evening... or my money back would be great. Who the heck needs an auto zone credit when their car just wen too storage anyway. Poor customer service. Check around because hey aren’t the cheapest anyway they were just the most conveneiently locates to me.... But DEFINITELY ask for a receipt if you must go here.
