Not very helpfulCame in and the employees were just okay. We waited for awhile, then when one was finishing up, she didn’t even say “be right with you” or anything as she cleaned the space after and put away stuff. It was my first Pandora bracelet and she gave off the vibe that she just expected us to come in and know what we want. My sister said during her first experience in GA they explained the different bracelets, let her try them on, told her about them... I got nothing. She just showed me the book and waited for me to pick it out. Didn’t even tell me about the 3 charm deal until I asked. wasn’t a great experience.
I’m giving this store a 1 star because today 2/10/21 was the worst experience ever. I always shop here and I’ve never had a bad experience except for today. Just because Valentines Day is this weekend doesn’t give you the right to be rude to your customers. The manager was rude and her customer service is terrible. Not interested in helping customers that have a problem with the merchandise. I had to call corporate to get my problem resolved. I don’t even want to go in the store if she’s there.

Seems like they have the charms stashed away and they show you only what they want to try to sell. On a positive note they have a friendly staff eager to assist.
The selection was not good. The store merchandise doesnt reflect the ads on tv.
The worst experience ever they need a new manager!!! The old lady the manager was so rude omg!!! They lost a lot of clients because of her rude actitud!!! Never going back to this pandora again!!!

I Love Pandora but, Wednesday 6/10 was the worst experience I ever had there. The Lady/Girl ( couldnt tell with the mask on) was rude, very rude. I ask her questions about charms and she act like I was bothering her, she slammed the little cabinet door and breath hard and walked to the other side to get another charm Tray, I was going to be rude back but, I caught myself and said to her So how is your day going so far good I hope, it took her a moment then she said oh it good and yours. I love pandora however I am seriously disappointed in my last order. I recieved a cancelation email for one of my orders no order number or anything. Recieved my 1st order then today recieved another order. Confused I opened the box to nothing in there but they charged my account. I called customer service and I was extremely disappointed by how they handled my situation. Didnt give me the option to completely cancel my order and told me there was nothing they could do about it. They already were going to ship my order of what was available and refund what wasnt. Then they said I would receive a coupon for my next order. Well never recieved that either.
There is something for everyone in Pandora Jewelry... well not during holiday time... Everything I asked for that online mentioned was in store was not there and I had to ask for promotional sale item... not offered freely. I think I prefer ordering from the online store.
The customer service today 6AUG19 was not what I expected from this company. Overall I love my bracelet but if the customer has a issue/concern dont say there is nothing you can do take it to a jewelry store....if you policy is just 1 replacement then say that and not that you have a 1 year warranty. So yes now all of my purchases will be at a JEWELRY STORE NOT PANDORA CROSS CREEK!!!
The environment isn’t friendly at all. I waited for a little over 10 minutes with out being greeted or asked to “please hold”. When an associate finally asked me do I need help her other associate or manager told her she just needed to focus on shadowing and not to help anyone since she’s new. Waited another 10 minutes for the same lady to tell the same associate that she instructed not to help me to help me anyways. I spend a lot of money with Pandora and I frequent other locations and I have never had this quality of poor service. EVER.
I went in to find the perfect gift for my mother to celebrate her birthday. Key helped ke to design the perfect bracelet with a sense of charm that I will be able to expand on in the years to come. She packaged it up so lovely that I dont even need to gift wrap it. I will be sure to visit again and have Key assist in designing the best charms for my mom. Also I bought a lovely ring for myself that helps me to feel special. Thank you Key!
I absolutely could not be more pleased! I’ve shopped here for many years & own so many pieces now, pandora is definitely apart of who I am. I recently started a bracelet up for my mom, so for Christmas I bought her a charm, but it randomly broke a month later, we were very confused because this has never happened to my other pieces. Went in for an exchange, very sweet associate & manager! Thank you, Pandora Cross Creek!

Rude staff. I walked in with my boyfriend to get fitted for a promise ring that I wanted to wear on my middle finger. The snarky pandora lady me “you’re supposed to wear a promise ring on your ring finger”. I explained to her that, no, I want to wear it on my middle finger. It’s a promise ring, not a engagement ring, so it doesn’t matter. She then continued to argue with me, saying that “a promise ring is a promise to get engaged so maybe you should look at getting a bracelet or something” right in front of my boyfriend and I, who have no plans to get engaged. It made me very uncomfortable. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
Their customer service is always exceptional. They are always patient and can help you make the best bracelet for your money and style.
3 STRIKES, YOURE OUT!Recieved a bracelet with charm as gift, too small. Attempted to exchange the bracelet for larger size & purchase more charms. Associate said it was against policy to exchange jewelry.Actually told me in a condescending tone if I purchased more charms it would stretch![* funny, the dealer inside The Mole Hole @ Broadway at The Beach, Myrtle Beach, SC, had no problem exchanging.]2nd encounter: I wanted a charm to memorialize my 17year old dog who had recently passed. This associate was so impatient and uncaring, it was an awful experience, and there was no one waiting.Today I placed a call to the store to ask warranty & promotion inquiries, bracelet broke & really just want to replace it & try to take advantage of some type of promotion. I guess these associates can afford to be rude to customers b/c this shop & fat and happy, and will always have buying customers. As for me & my money, we will make drive elsewhere ~ where the associates are trained well & actually listen & care about what their shoppers are looking for. I asked how to get informed of promotions to take advantage of sales: Michelle stated I guess social media if you arent getting emails.Well how do I get emails?????No solution!I said do I sign up on website?She stated she really didnt know & did not take my email.Wow.
Today I dropped 2 bracelets and a necklace off for a deep cleaning. This was the most funniest visit I have ever had at pandora. I think the young ladies had their laugh for the week, when I told them how I think my charm became stuck on my necklace, lets just say they will never forget me.

I was not impressed by the customer service here. My husband and I were in the store for several minutes before someone even greeted us. I wanted to bracelet really bad or I would have left.
It was a slight wait but when we did get serviced, everything went well. Our purchase was worth the wait.

I am so very disappointed with the customer service Or lack of customer service I received when visiting this store this afternoon. I will be contacting management with this issue..and the store was not crowded that I should have been overlooked by the blonde-haired associate.
I watched a wounded military veteran return a piece of merchandise to the store that he found on the ground outside, and the store associates called mall security on him for it.He found a piece of Pandora jewelery on the ground in the mall. Did the right thing and returned it. And this company treated him like a criminal. A combat wonderw veteran, here at fort Bragg!!
The employee was starting a return but The manager on duty interrupted her then lied and said I couldnt return a charm at their location because I didnt buy it from them. I bought it from the Pandora store in Raleigh, I was confused. The manager in Raleigh told me I could have returned it at that location and I was misinformed. Very upset about having to drive an hour to do a return. Why lie??

Worst location on earth
Worst place to go. They never have enough people to help you. They take forever to get to you and then they want to give you dirty looks when you get tired of waiting over half an hour to get help. There is a girl in there with orange hair and she’s rude as hell. Definitely will not be shopping at this location again!!

The Pandora Jewelry the one in the mall is so small and you have to wait in lines for hour just to get in to purchase something I find that highly unfair for me to have to stand in a line to spend my money on a product they need to do better either get another store or make a bigger one dont go as often as I would just because Im not going to stand in a line just to look at their jewelry

Year and month ago I bought my Pandora bracelet in New York, when I bought it they told me that it had a lifetime guarantee and therefore that was the high value of the product. Several months ago one of the charms broke and I went to the store and the manager told me that they did not return anything.Today I came back because the bracelet is breaking and it does not let some of the charms come out of the bracelet and I went back to the same store, because it is the only one that is found in Fayetteville N.C. And the manager tells me that she cant do anything and that the only thing she can do is break my bracelet, take out the charms and buy another bracelet, it really leaves me very disappointed to see the lack of ethics and honesty that this company handles.
