If I could give 0 stars, I would. It’s a shame how I was just played out of my money through this company. I ordered a necklace to give my girlfriend who lost her mother for Mothers Day. I ordered well in advance. It came in off centered and it was a totally mess. I then expressed this to the lady there who told me she would replace it. They refused to refund me. She promised me it would be there in time for me to send it to my friend. Called today and it’s not there. A refund was not offered or any form of compensation for the inconvenience and poor customer service. I am so disappointed. This place clearly is just about money and not satisfying their clientele. It’s very disheartening.
I wish I could give 0 stars. I was given a guarantee that my order would be in the store by Dec. 23rd. Then, I was told 10:00 a.m. on the 24th, 12:30 and then 1:00 p.m. Now Im in line with a dozen other people that have been promised delivery before Christmas and we are still waiting on our orders. These people are not reliable and its a lot of money to pay for a gift that you might not get before Christmas.
Guy garunteed me my order would be in at 10 Im now standing in a line of at least 30 people with one guy who is over his head
