Was referred to this location for a jewelry repair. Dropped item off Tuesday by Thursday afternoon they called and said it was ready for pick up. Very sweet man and woman. Will use them again for any future needs. They were personable, and professional.

The first time I went to have my jewelry repaired the owner and his wife were nice. But, when the repair broke 3 days later and I took it back they were less than nice. However, the piece was repaired under warranty as the owner stated all repairs are warrantied for one year.Then, when the second repair broke (5 days later) I took it back, thinking it was under warranty. I was accused of breaking it on purposes by the owners wife who continued to ask me questions as to how I broke it. I told her I was wearing it and it fell apart, she told me she didnt believe me. I should have left but I thought the repair was still under warranty. However, when I came back to pick up my piece, the owner charged me for the repair, I balked but I was told by the owner first that it broke in a different place. I showed him that was not the case at all. Then, he said, they had time and gold into the repair and I had used the warranty already.As I am walking out the door, the owner yells, its just going to break again because it needs BLAH. I asked, why wasnt that done the first time I brought the piece in for repair???? His answer, you didnt tell us to do it. However, I am not a jeweler and I thought I was clear that I was bringing my jewelry in for repair and I expected that it would be repaired properly!!! Now, have spent more money on the two times it was repaired only to be told it will break again. The owners concession was, when it breaks again we will repair it and deducted the second amount that you paid. I could not stop laughing, I will never step foot in this place again. FYI, they claim to have a Jeweler on staff. Well, not really, the Jeweler comes into the store in the late afternoon hours to work on the repairs he is not an employ and his timing is random as to when he actually makes it into the store.

I took five watches battery replacement, he was out of batteries for some,I perfectly understand, however, he had batteries in stock for the rest but said he couldnt do all due to lack of time because he was too busy?There were only 2 customers in the store including myself. Poor customer service.

Ive been to this jewelry store a number of times. This is my go to spot for watch repair and my husband was able to create a wedding band that matched my engagement ring with the jewelers help! They are a lovely couple, very warm and personable.

Very nice jeweler if you want something unique. They have a jeweler on staff who is very good with repairs and designs if you want something made. However the Fayetteville location has limited options because the store is small, although all of the jewelry is unique and beautiful.

I went to this Fayetteville location on a recommendation. I simply wanted my engagement ring cleaned and polished. I dropped it off at 10:00am and they let me know it would be ready by the end of the day. I called to check in at 4:00PM and was informed the Jeweler hadn’t even made it into the store yet and that they would give me a call back around 5:15. After not receiving a call - I simply went to the store. When I arrived to the store they attempted to give me someone else’s items (a watch). After I informed her that those were not my items she asked my name and proceeded to inform me that the jeweler has STILL not made it into the store (it’s 5:30, they close at 6:00pm). She proceeded to tell me that she informed me that the jeweler comes in daily but that sometimes he gets stuck in traffic (that was not the case). I asked for my ring back and told her I was unaware that I was waiting for someone to show up to work all day. She was not apologetic in the slightest and just provided excuses she thought proficient.I would NEVER reccomend this store. It will take them multiple days to do any simple task requiring a jeweler as the jeweler seems to come in only when he wants to.

A little over a year ago I stumbled upon this jewelry store searching for my now wifes engagement ring. They worked with me ALOT, more than any other place I looked ( I looked all over including other states). Picking out the band was awesome and I felt no pressure, [ might I add it was custom made and my wife gets comments on it all the time]. I was away when the diamonds came in and I put my faith into the master jeweler there to pick the best one within my budget. [ the diamond rates higher then a Leo at Kay with better cut, clarity, color and more karat for the buck, lets just say if I bought a similar piece of jewelry at a retail store like Kay or Zales I would have paid 4 times as much and the diamonds are certified]. Even the box the ring comes in is beautiful. I only have great things to say about this husband and wife duo. They made a stressful purchase not so stressful.
