Clean facility and had a good atmosphere and nice workers

This Kum & Go is very convenient for those living at Hill Place Apartments, and its got a great selection of snacks in the store, especially the slushies. Biggest downside is the gas prices, its so much more expensive than any Walmart gas station so I never buy gas here unless its an emergency.

Double charged my account and won’t answer there phones. Also the girl at the register told us we can’t use our points if we’re just getting gas....

Amazing place to go at anytime of day or night. Great staffing amazing customer service. Friendly staff always in a positive mood. Fast pace check in/out. Only complaint I have is the chip card constantly messing up. Other than that I am a happy customer who will recommend this place to all my friends

Every single time I go here, the staff is friendly and helpful. They always greet you with a smile and genuinely act happy to be at work. I go out of my way to go here, rather than other gas stations, just for this reason!

Fayetteville is under a mandatory mask requirement for civilians shopping, but apparently none of the three employees at this location feel compelled to wear a mask even with signs on the door requiring them.

The man working provided the worst service and was rude and embarrassed me in front of a whole store of people. I tried to buy beer and he told my ID was fake (Im 22 from TX) even though it scanned and I gave him 3 forms of alternative ID. He said he would call the cops and I told him to do so, then he told me even if they confirmed it was real he would refuse to sell to me. For no reason at all. I understand protecting the store but he was very unkind and stubborn even though it was perfectly valid.

Its always clean and staff acknowledge my presence immediately upon entry. Courteous professional and expedient service are always a plus.

All of the windshield wiper cleaning stations outside are dry. If you didn’t know, some water and soap goes in there so people can clean their windshields. That’s what the squeegee with the black handles are for.
