One of the best places in Town for gas prices, so come on down! 🤗 They also have the yummy cheese balls, but I am not 2 years old, & I dislike when Businesses try to pass one over you. I ordered the big one & they gave me the bigger container with half the product. Everywhere you go now, this is happening.You all have to complain or stop buying there! It is not right to be like that, we the Customers, deserve to get what we paid forYou want to save? Saving at the Customers expense is not right, 😔 so please; stop!

Ate lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Ordered on the app, food was ready when I arrived, prepared well and fresh.

Don’t come after 10pm. Seems like the night shift would prefer to converse than to make food orders. Normally don’t have a bad experience but after tonight I would rather eat a 4 day old gas station sandwich that has been sitting in the sun.

I usually dont give reviews, but this is really messed up. For the price of the drink, you would think youd get a cup full of drink, but no. I ordered the caramel fudge brownie milkshake today and the lady that made my drink filled the cup up 80% of the way because thats all she made and topped the rest of it with whipped cream and added a DOME lid so the drink is literally 70% filled according to the picture. Not only that, according to their picture of this item, it has caramel sauce and brownie toppings on top of the whipped cream. My husband ordered one of their coffee floats and got more drink than I did. For a $4 drink, and for a gas station that JUST opened up, youd expect a great start.

Worst Sheetz Ive ever been to. It took the staff over 45 minutes to make my food because they would prefer to goof around and talk rather than do their job. When I first ordered, they looks extremely annoyed that I even came in to order from them.I do not recommend coming to this location.

Ordered food and had uber eats deliver it. Was sealed by sheetz when it arrived and was missing half of my order. When i called that same night the guy i was on the phone talking with about my food abruptly said “hold on i have to make a order” and put the phone down, not even on hold for 10 minutes until i hung up, so i couldn’t even receive my missing items that night. When i called the next morning wanting my money back at that point, i was basically told that they could not give me my money back because it was through uber eats even tho it was still sealed by them when it arrived… but okay.

On may 4th, around 11:00pm. A very nice and helpful employee helped me with my question on the 5 for 5 meal.l, and helped me with the tax percentage in my order. I highly recommend you find this person and give them a raise. Heck, even make them manager. Thank you for reading

I love Sheetz, this one is terrible!!! The staff making the food are uninterested and just throw anything together!!! My son pizza roll was burnt, my burrito bowl hardly had any beans or rice in it, if I wanted just a chicken salad I would of ordered that!!! Gave this place several chances, I rather take a day trip to actual get good food and service at another location.

Great, very clean, great food options. Was having problems keeping things in stocked because of how busy they have been. Food is served quick and hot. I like the chicken sandwiches

Do not ever ever ever get food here!! I ordered the steak sub and onion rings.. went home and when my husband unwrapped it he could wring the grease out with the soggy bread!! Onion rings were small tasteless and full of grease as well! Threw all of it out. Never again!

We didnt eat during our 1st visit to the new Sheetz here in Fayetteville. It seems smaller than others I have been to out of town. We will visit again in the future and grab a bite. Place was clean.

This place is AWESOME!!!!! They conveniently have..... GAS....HOT FOOD....EVEN the MILK SHAKES are AMAZING!!!! The shakes are very similar to the milkshakes that you can get on Fort Bragg!!!! Dont know why ANYONE would complain about this place?

I’m not sure why every time I come through the drive they they make me sit there and wait a good 10 mins before coming to the window and then when they finally do they take even longer to get my stuff and I’m the only one in line!

In my opinion, yall need to chill. They havent been open long enough to be perfect... The only issue Ive had is with one of the employees or managers. The older caucasian lady. Other than that there have been no issues.

The store was dirty every time I came in there.. they always forget to add sauces in the bag.! Prices are fair... when I ordered the Nashville hot waffle chicken sandwich my chicken was under cooked and when I called the restaurant they said they can’t give me a credit for the mess up. I was mad, nice concept horrible staff, they are a bunch of kids who don’t care about the appearance of the store and the quality of the food.

I love Sheetz, but I did not have a good first experience at the one here in Fayetteville and its a shame because I live here and couldnt wait for our town to get a Sheetz. I ordered a coffee and snack through the drive thru and waited almost an hour to receive my (2 ) items. It was so bad that nobody acknowledge me at the window and I had to call the store to let them know I had been waiting outside the window for 45 minutes (dumb on my part), but was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because it was fairly new. One young boy and girl who was fixing food would look, but did not address me at all! I was given two coupons due to poor service and the extent of my wait, but really I should have just asked for a refund. I have not been back to this one since. I love the one in Holly Springs! Hopefully, I can go back and have a better experience.**Update: So I have gone back a few times (took me a little while) and have had a much better experience. I didnt have to wait an hour in the drive thru as the team is much more orderly and efficient. They have done a great job and seem much more friendly. The store is really clean and organized. Thanks for a much better experience the second time around!

I live in Va. Northern part and we have Sheetz everywhere. In my town the Sheetz there and we have 3 are always stocked and the food is amazing! I come here ever so often and its aweful..all I wanted was a Cranberry juice and you couldnt find it...there was hardly anything in the beverage section you can see where it was in the back of the refrigeration unit boxed! Everytime I go to get food its aweful nothing like Im used too where I live. The manager needs to get it together. I left that day going to another store down the street getting what I needed and then so.e. The rate you are going you are losing customers.. heres one. Ill never go back in there. Circle K is the best. Frustrated Customer!

I am giving a shout out to nisha I went to my favorite sheets today employees are always friendly efficient and very clean new location with the lowest prices in fayetteville Nisha tracked me down I paid $40 for 30 in gas I met the manager explained what she did and gave her a $20 tip.. thank you nisha for being honest sheetz needs to recognize you as a valuable employee

I was hungry after being at the sports bar behind them and decided to download the app and order ahead. I mean there was no line but the app gave me a 15 mins wait time. 20 mins go by I leave the sports bar and drive to pick up my food only to wait 15 more mins with no line for a chicken sandwich. Never again.

Un aceptable that i had to wait 30 mins on drive thru for some coffee when there was only one car in front of me. I downloaded the app and paid ahead of time so I don’t understand.

Good service. Good food. There was a long wait for my steak sandwich because it was a new store and they were trying to work out the kinks. Im sure everything will be running smooth in a few days. I hope to go back again.

Like others have said... the wait! I have tried to be patient. Didn’t even say anything the first time I waited OVER an hour in drive through for my order that I ordered via app 15 minutes prior to my arrival. Today was the second time. I didn’t even get acknowledged for being at the window unless you count the wave I got from the clerk. 20 minutes late the “supervisor” attempted to hand me a drink I didn’t order. Only to watch her turn around and hand me the bag of food I had seen sitting on the counter since my arrival. Seriously.... WORST SERVICE EVER.

It took way to long for Fayetteville to get a Sheetz. Clean store, friendly staff, and an amazing food shop. BTW. One of the best Gas Station Hot Dog and Cheese Burgers around. Heck sometimes I go there just for the food.

Ive been going to Sheetz for over twenty years.Always nice selection of food and drink + gas is usually reasonable.I am a bit disappointed at the iteration here on Fayetteville.Ive been to MANY a different Sheetz.Most are almost futuristic.This one looks like more of an afterthought.Hopefully, if theyre going to expand, the next one will be a REAL Sheetz store.

Well listen up fam, fans, strangers ITS SO HAPPENING! Youre going to have a FIT my dears. Im aware of and have the Tea on Fayetteville, NC location (1st ever), and I STAND! Being my first time at this establishment the surprise drive thru for food on a convenience store / gas station was incredible to discover. Check this out we didnt know we didnt see a menu outside or anything it was just about like whats going on?! This that probably could have gotten frustrated with the rank amateurs come in should know you know Fayetteville we dont have anything too fancy of a gas station or convenience store, long story short go online download the app order online before you come or you can order right there at the drive-thru this was very exciting to an extent Im telling you Im going to hit the SHEETZ so fast next time I need to go and get myself a mozzarella stick cheeseburger sandwich. Save the money honey its so on one bigger better burger oh my goodness the nacho french fry platter can company. Im still working on trying to find my favorite drink again, I think Im going to have to just make it myself and and show it to the world.... However, theirs, a delicious offering of strawberry smoothie was 10 out of 10. Get you a deal card registered it already the first purchases are on my card. I feel very MVP circa food Lion 1999 I feel very important after she gave us the business, the tea, the information about the easy and safe online experience, Ill add.... I’ve sincerely tried to be patient with this new location but I’ve reached my breaking point. Smoothies have huge ice chunks from not being blended well and they made my salad with shredded lettuce without telling me they were out of regular lettuce.

I grew up with Sheetz. Ever since moving to Fayetteville, Ive missed having one nearby! I am very excited to finally have one locally and have highly anticipated their opening! Once youve gone to a Sheetz, you really cant go anywhere else.

Went into the Fayetteville location today super excited for a burger. Sheetz has never let me down until today. I waited 45 minutes for my order. Two burgers and two fries. My fiancé and I watched countless people order after us and receive their food long before we did. When I mentioned how long it had been and asked what was going on, I was told “we are working on it”. Then two employees went on to ask “if you walked in and knew we were busy would you be mad that your order is taking 45 minutes”. This location needs to get it together. Those two girls were completely unprofessional and the whole operation was being run poorly.

I visited this location for the first time yesterday. I ordered food, then waited for twenty minutes without a single order being handed to any of the other six individuals waiting in line. The drive through was handed one order in that amount of time.The single order that was handed to the drive through was immediately returned by a gentleman demanding a refund, as his frozen drink was melted and his hot food was ice cold, after waiting FORTY minutes.I, as well as almost everyone else in line at this point, elected to receive a refund and leave. While waiting for my refund, yet another order from the drive through was brought inside for a refund, for the same exact reasons.This is without a doubt the worst Sheetz Ive ever visited.

I was really looking forward to this sheetz coming to Fayetteville. These last 2 times I have gotten gas from there, my check engine light comes on a few hours later. It took this last time for me to truly understand. I haven’t tried their food or anything yet.

Depending on who’s working the drive thru it’s either a good service or bad one. The male very polite and makes sure your order is right. While the young lady is always rude and has a bad attitude.

I was really looking forward to trying Sheetz because I heard nothing but good things. Unfortunately you guys are missing 3/4 of your menu and had to refund my money (which you rounded up the cash amount even though I paid with over the app).The food I could get was dry, overcooked and cold but I will be stopping by again. I assume these glitches in management is due to this being a new location. Just do better Sheetz, please I would like to be a fan but if this third day of being open is any reflection of how things will be....😞Its not all a lose you guys have hired some very polite ladies for night shift. They explained the card system and suggest a good drink to me. If your business could run on kind service alone youd be bound for success.

Went last night, was excited to try it out, but alot of menu items sold out, understandable but the food we did get was not as expected. Bagel was rock hard, ordered boneless bites with sauce on the side (sauce was drizzled all over), ordered shwings with sauce tossed (sauce was pooled at bottom of box with dry chicken on top plus the box was falling apart because of the sauce). Night crew were friendly and helpful.

The food we ordered took forever, was cold and really not very good. I am not being mean. I just expected more.

Been going to Sheetz for years and they never fail me. So glad they opened one here in Fayetteville, always have fast, fresh, hot foods as well as convienent snacks.

Most of the time with the made to order stuff they are so behind or lazy. The only reason why I gave it more then 1 star is because the food tastes good but still rally slow.

I thought it was a restaurant when I first took my Lyft ride there to get beer and cigarettes then I realized oh my OMG its a store. Quick-service good customer service

I was super excited for sheets to open; however my experience was less than pleasing. On 9/18 I pulled in the drive thru sat for about 10 mins line never moved luckily I was able to back out l. I decided to go in. I ordered a small Wisconsin Cheese Curds I was there for an hour before I had them cancel my order because a few other customers were telling me they had been waiting for over and hour and a half and still hadn’t gotten their food. The supervisor was complaining that she was having to issues refunds and saying the store did not need the peoples money anyways. I tried to explain to her as frustrating as it was for her and that they may have kinks to work out it’s not reasonable to expect people to wait for so long for one or two items and they are just going to have to figure out a better system. I as a customer should not be comforting the staff the staff should have been apologetic to the customers. Hopefully they will figure it out.

Worst experience at a sheetz. Won’t come back until staffing issues are fixed. Their mission statement is “to provide fast and friendly service”. Over half hour for food and employees looked like they could care less. Need to get act together. After waiting over 30 minutes for was given to us cold and missing half of the items. The cook was laying out frys out on the dirty counter and the cheese bites not to mention she cooked those before the rest of the food was even done therefore all of the fried food was cold. The subs have literally no meat on them they are just lettuce. Also had to wait 30 mins. Worst $30 I’ve ever spent. Way over priced for nasty food and lack of service and proper hygiene.

Ordered food and waited almost an hour. Staff took their time despite the growing line. Also, a woman, who seemed to be a manager, was making jokes about the people waiting alongside the other staff members. Mocking their complaints of said wait time. Would not recommend. Rude and could care less about their job.

This Sheetz is new to Fayetteville, but they came in prepared and everything is great. Some patrons seem to be complaining about petty stuff.

OMG I am so happy about this Sheetz. I’m from up north where sheetz is the go to. They have a drive through which is the BEST feature. Yes it can take a little longer, but they have the most amazing MTO food that no gas stations can compare to. They’re so friendly and accommodating. It’s just opening up, so be prepared for busy. It’s for good reason. I can’t wait for more to open up in the area. Made my Northern heart happy! I literally cried when I got my shwings with the dr.pepper bbq sauce. So good!

Horrible! Waited over an hour for one drink! They had at least 7 people working, 4 of which were tripping over each other in the drink section, all the while nothing was getting done.

Was there today and ordered a couple of sandwiches and my free half sub. Cashier had to get manager to ok it. I waited and waited and waited and no manager. Had my coffee made and everything. Ended up just walking out and leaving without anything. For a new store you think they would keep it clean and tidy but it was dirty and cluttered. Made two trips in one there my first and last. Sad to call this place a SHEETZ!

I used the Atm at sheetz where there was note on the screen that said there would be no fee. I checked my bank account a few days later and I was charged $1.50 for using the machine. This is false information. There should be a sign for machine charge.

Cant beat the gas prices I drive 12 miles just to get gas at sheetz.. best vanilla hot chocolate around..

This location is very small, everything is packed in side. This is the 3rd time I have came here. The Service is really slow when it comes to waiting on food. They need more staffing, I am a fan of Sheetz, but they got to get it together or I won’t be back.

Waited in line for my food in the drive thru and waited almost an hour, the line was backed so a worker parked her car behind the drive thru line so nobody else could go through.
