My experience with Blush Bridal was complicated. The store is small but has a beautiful selection of dresses. They’re an appointment-only salon, so you receive very personal attention during bridal appointments. I worked primarily with Candace, who is incredibly knowledgeable about the bridal industry. I was very grateful for her help and expertise when I initially purchased my gown.I do think Blush would benefit from improving their timeliness and communication with clients. At the time of purchase (end of December 2018) I was given a delivery window of late May/early June. My dress didn’t arrive until mid-July 2019. I understand that bridal salons are at the mercy of designers and overseas’ manufacturing, so timelines are temperamental. Regardless, I do wish they had been more upfront about my dress delays — when I first followed up at the start of June (6/5), I was told it would be shipping out in the next two weeks. Two weeks later (6/19), I was contacted and told the “dress should be here by the end of next week”. I followed up on 6/28 to ask if the dress arrived, and a few days later I was told it hadn’t even arrived at the designer’s warehouse in Texas. Long story short — my dress didn’t arrive until 7/11.Then, when I promptly picked up my dress on 7/12, I ordered my veil. I waited to order it because that’s what they had advised when I ordered my dress, claiming veils only took a couple weeks to arrive. At the time I ordered my veil, the stylist (not Candace, another woman) told me it should arrive in 2-3 weeks. Of course, it arrived 7 1/2 weeks later, exactly 3 weeks before I’d be leaving for my destination wedding. When I picked it up, it wasn’t the right veil. The veil I ordered was fingertip length, soft ivory/candlelight, with a simple hemmed edge. The veil that arrived was an ivory, cathedral length veil with a blusher and thick trim (I tried on two veils in total, neither was even remotely close to this). The stylists scrambled to figure out a solution — fortunately, the veil designer had my veil in stock and available for shipment. A little over a week later, the correct veil arrived. However, the salon offered little more than a mumbling apology. I had to inquire about the price difference in the veil (the correct veil was more than $100 less than the veil I was initially charged for), otherwise I don’t believe I would have been refunded.The most baffling part of the entire experience (besides the salon ordering the wrong veil) was how irritated the stylists seemed by me. I was very mindful to never tip the scales into confrontational, as I know how hard customer service can be; however their communication was curt, and at times dismissive and rude.I honestly think my situation was a worst case scenario — I don’t believe any business could survive if my experience was the norm. However, based on my experiences, I cannot recommend this salon. Poor communication and customer service. I can honestly say the only regret I have regarding my wedding is buying my dress and veil through Blush Bridal.

My sister made an appointment for today at 3:30. She made the appointment over a week ago. We showed up today just for them to turn us away at the door and ask us to come back two hours later instead. The woman said that there was a mix-up with the scheduling, but it sounded very insincere. She said this as soon as she opened the door and saw us...which tells me she knew about this beforehand and could have called us before we drove all the way to the shop. It was extremely unprofessional and again, it didnt sound like she was genuinely apologetic. We will not be returning.

This is the sweetest and cutes Bridal shop in town. I purchased my wedding dress from here in July 2019 and it came in January 2020. I fell in love with my dress all over. The owner of this shop is very sweet and she works with you one on one. I did make an appointment and I had the whole shop to myself. She carries all sizes with options, meaning she carries more than 5 of each size. She also has a discount/discontinued room full of beautiful gowns.

Blush Bridal is definitely a hidden gem. After visiting a few bridal shops and several failed attempts, I stumbled upon this place while looking for other bridal shops online. The intimate setting and personalized approach definitely makes shopping for a wedding dress an awesome experience. I am waiting to return to Blush Bridal when the new inventory arrives but I am almost certain that I will be purchasing my dress from this place.

I had an amazing time in Blush. The owner was a doll who did a wonderful job dealing with my crazy family and friends. Being a plus size bride I was still able to see a good deal of dresses to the point that I was able to get a very good idea of what I really want. I had the best experience at Blush Bridal. It was the sixth place I went to try on dresses and was by far the best experience. It is extremely personal. Jessica assisted me and she was extremely knowledgeable about the dresses and any alterations that may be needed. I visited 3 other bridal gown venues prior to coming to Blush Bridal. From the moment I walked in, I could tell by the location and interior layout that I was going to have a great experience different from the other department like places. I was told I could get coffee and could start to look at gowns. The young lady that helped me, Fatima, was so helpful and was willing to actual help me into the dresses which is not something I experience at the other places. Candice was also very friendly and helpful. When I decided on a dress, myself and the people who were with me were given champagne. I really made me and all of us feel special. I am so happy I went here and that I was able to find my dress!

I LOVE BLUSH BRIDAL. Everything about it is perfection. From the people to the dresses to the boutique itself. Definitely worth the 2.5 hour drive from Charlotte. Also, I recommend it for the curvy ladies out there. I appreciated being able to try on larger sample sizes (12 or 14) that were equally as GORGEOUS as the smaller sizes.

This was the first place I went to with my maid of honor to shop for my Wedding Dress. Fatima and Candice were so patient and accommodating with me, trying on dress after dress after dress. I was so surprised to find this little bridal boutique in Fayetteville and how amazing their selection of gowns were. I fell in love with TWO of their bridal gowns, but since this was the first place I came to, I wanted to check out other places as well. After going to at least 6 other places and even going to Raleigh, my heart was set on the gorgeous dresses at Blush Bridal! I honestly couldnt pick which of the two dresses I wanted, so I decided to get BOTH. They were both so different from each other, so beautiful, yet both fit my personality so perfectly! I could not be happier with my experience with Blush Bridal! I drove from the Raleigh area after hearing great things about this beautiful shop. First, I love historic houses, so naturally I loved their location! Second, I loved that my appointment was private with my own personal consultant, Jessica. It was the first time I really felt like a Bride! I needed a second trip to decide and Candice was kind enough to accommodate my same-day late afternoon request. She and Jessica stood in front of that giant mirror with me on both my trips and gave honest, helpful opinions that helped make my decision and made me feel confident I chose the right dress! Where do I even begin? To say that Faith from Blush Bridal is extremely helpful and kind is a total understatement. Even though I live in the middle of nowhere, Nebraska, and have never even stepped foot in her bridal salon, she made me feel like a top priority! She did everything she could to help me purchase my perfect wedding dress! I had already tried on the gown that I wanted at a boutique in Colorado, but I didnt know if the sample that I had tried on was lined/unlined, white/ivory, or if I would or wouldnt need the extra length added to the gown, etc. but Faith was very professional in helping me figure all of that out. Anytime I had a question about the dress, I would call or e-mail Faith, and she would call up the designer immediately and have an answer for me in no time! She was so sweet and patient with all of my questions and requests and not once did I ever feel pressured by her, which was REALLY nice! She also took the time to make bridesmaid dress selections based on the colors and price range that I preferred. Oh, and did I mention that her pricing on my gown was over $500 cheaper than the dress that I tried on at the salon in Colorado, AND that she is going to ship it to me for free!? I dont think you can get any better customer service than that---I cant wait to get my dress! If you are in her area or even if youre not (like me) check out her salon/site or give her a call- I promise you wont be disappointed!!

This shop just has the most beautiful dresses around. And great service! I was able to get a dress in my budget (after taxes too!) that was originally over my budget during their huge sample sale. I came to this shop for a specific designer and was just floored with all the beautiful gowns they offer. Highly recommend.

This was a wonderful dress fitting. In stark contrast to one of the well-known chains, this was personal, elegant, one-on-one service. We were the only people in the building for our appointment, which is how they do all of their appointments. The dresses were fabulous, though pricey. Im hoping I can find one in my budget during my second fitting.

I am so happy that I came here to find my gown. My original plan was to go to Raleigh because I thought I would have a better selection, but I had a friend who urged me to check this place out first. The shop looks small, but they have a large selection of beautiful gowns on the inside. The girls here are so helpful and clearly love what they do. I bought my dress here and am excited to for my fiancé to see it at our wedding.I will update with photos after our wedding.

Candice was a DREAM! I drove from Durham for my appointment, but it was absolutely worth the trip. I am getting married in June 2020! I moved to N.C. from Texas. So I was a little worried about finding a place that would cater to what I wanted in a dress and my experience to be like. I have been to MANY boutiques/bridal shops... you name it. My experience at Blush bridal, by far has been the absolute best. I cannot say enough about this place! Candice is phenomenal and never makes you feel like all she cares about is a sale. She is so patient, caring, and takes your opinion/wants and needs into consideration when helping you find the most important dress of your life. Blush is a one appointment at a time place, so you and your loved ones get a personal experience. An experience you will remember forever. Blush was my 4th bridal store and I completely fell in love with a dress they had. She measured me and got my dress ordered with no hiccups. I had my moment, I cried, I wasnt pressured, and it was just absolutely the best bridal shopping experience I ever could have had. I am so thankful I found Blush!! This experience was fantastic! Not only was the location absolutely stunning in a wonderful Victorian home but Candice treated us like family. It was not hard to find my dream dress and Candice made me feel so at home in the bridal salon. I recommend everyone going there for the great dresses, amazing service, and the special wedding memories to last a lifetime.

I searched five different stores and this was the only store where someone would actually listen to what I wanted in a dress and what I didnt. Also there was absolutely no pushing to go over my budget and it was a super relaxed experience. Jessica was such a huge help and took so much stress of my shoulders. Loved this place. It was by far the best shopping experience I had. The appointments are private so you are the only guest in the store. The shop is beautiful and my consultant was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I highly recommend visiting Blush Bridal!

Poor timeliness. Service for our bridesmaid dress shopping was okay, but we ordered 6 months before the wedding and did not receive until 2-3 weeks before the wedding. At that time, one of the dresses was not even the correct one! Makes things a real pain especially when multiple bridesmaids live out of state and still have to get alterations.

My mother purchased my wedding dress in January of 2018 from Blush Bridal. In November of that year, my wedding was canceled and Blush Bridal agreed to try and sell my dress to someone else so my mother could receive a partial refund. It was agreed that if the dress had not been sold by the time I had returned from Afghanistan, I would come and pick up the dress. In February of 2019 while I was still deployed, I was informed that the dress was re-sold to someone else and my mother would receive a refund to her card in 10-15 business days.Long story short, after several emails and phone calls, where I was first assured the credit would appear “soon,” and then altogether ignored, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in September. I received a response to my formal complaint from the business owner that, “two weeks from October first, the refund will be issued.” Now, at the end of October 2019, over 8 months after my dress was sold to someone else, my mother still has not received her refund. I have had no choice but to go to the district clerk’s office and file a small claim.While I hope no one ever has to cancel a wedding, please be cognizant that Blush Bridal profited off of my loss by keeping my mother’s payment and selling my dress to someone else.

This place was absolutely magical! The service was detailed and personalized. By far the best experience I have had at any bridal/formal shop.

Our experience with Blush Bridal didnt start out on the best foot (my stylist never showed for our appointment at an appointment-only boutique). I left and was ready to go elsewhere for my dress when I received a call from Candice full of apologies and reassurance. My only request was that I wanted to work with her from that point on and she made sure that happened. Blush Bridal is THE PERFECT place if you want an intimate, memorable day full of beautiful dresses. Candice made the whole process so easy and fun. After trying on about 10 dresses, I ended up with the one she chose for me based on my completed dress questionnaire that I filled out prior to our appointment. The dress was absolutely stunning. And Candice is amazing. I ended up taking my mom and my matron of honor there for their dresses as well. Every time I walked in, I felt like I was meeting up with some long lost best friends. Candice helped put me and my mom in the most wonderful dresses for our budgets and bodies. And Sam was there and did the same for my matrons dress appointment. (My matron of honor was the most picky, amazingly, and Sam happily allowed her the time to go back and forth and offer her input as needed) I couldnt say enough great things about these 2 lovely ladies. Not only did Blush have a huge selection with so much variety, it was reasonably priced and top of the line quality! And, of course, as all of us brides know, its the experience were wanting, not just the dress. Candice and Sam exceeded my expectations for all 3 dress appointments. They made my mom and my matron feel just as special as they did me and I couldnt be happier. I have and will continue to recommend Blush to anyone with an upcoming wedding whether they ask for my suggestion or not :)

This boutique is so beautiful. My consultant, Jess, stayed with me the whole time and was really attentive to my feedback with each dress. It felt like a very personal experience... The one on one appointment made it so much easier to take my time and release any anxiety I had about my first time trying on wedding dresses.

My consultant was great. She guided me in directions of my likes and helped with accessories. She was fun and the appointment was not stressful in anyway. I only wish the had more of a selection of dresses in my size. Overall a great experience.

The ladies at Blush Bridal were absolutely wonderful. Im usually a lady who knows what she wants and goes after it and Im done. However, the ladies at Blush bridal were extremely encouraging while not being pushy or pressuring me into something I didnt want or wasnt happy with. I ended up getting ya dress I couldnt take myself out of it. When I went back to do a re-fitting, they were extremely helpful with choosing the size to order as I had lost nearly 30lbs. They were absolutely wonderful and I would recommend them to any bride looking for a stress free and wonderful experience when choosing her dress! I had a wonderful experience with Candice at Blush Bridal yesterday. I drove from Raleigh and it was totally worth it. There was a good selection of designers and awesome selection of accessories. The store is set up beautifully and fitting area was a very comfortable place to try on. The people we worked with were so helpful and made our experience personal.

Cutest bridal shop ever! Candice was super sweet and helpful. She wasnt pushy at all, like some bridal shops. I couldnt speak more highly for this shop! And its located in the coolest old house!

I had a list of several bridal boutiques I was planning to go to when I came home this weekend from Charleston, but we went to this one first and ended up buying the first dress I tried on!! Faith was incredible to work with and so patient with me as I tried on dress after dress trying to figure out which style I wanted to go with. They have such a beautiful range of dresses and they carried all of my mom and Is favorite designers. Faiths eye is impeccable and the way she accessorized my dress with the perfect veil and belt.. We were sold. I cant wait to get to go back in a few months :)

The lovely ladies at Blush Bridal made this the most amazing experience! Talk about being a crown jewel in Fayetteville... Who knew?!! This bridal boutique is so elegant....and has everything a bride could wish for!!Jessica helped me pick out and try on the most beautiful gowns. I was truly thankful for her help. And she even took pictures for me!I do have to comment on the atmosphere in this lovely place....candles burning....low music in the background....chandeliers.....and a huge ornate mirror are just a few of the things that just make a bride feel so special! I had the greatest experience at Blush Bridal with Jessica. I had been to different bridals stores in the Fayetteville and Raleigh area, and Jessica was BY FAR the most helpful and courteous. She made the environment very fun and helped me find the dress! My mom and sister accompanied to my appointment, and they are still raving about the experience. Really just couldnt brag about her more.
