Since its by appointment only, you get the full attention of Shayley and Beth and they make you feel SO beautiful! The variety of gowns is amazing and they have a great selection of unique styles, designers and different aesthetics. Shayley took the time to ask about my wedding vision so she could have a better idea of which dress would not only look good on me but fit the theme of my day. I couldnt have asked for a more beautiful dress or better customer service. You know they genuinely care about each dress. This is THE place to dress shop in Arkansas!

I LOVE JOON! I had the best experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone on the hunt for the perfect wedding dress. What meant the most to me was that my parents loved the experience too- it was intimate and we had the whole shop to ourselves. Shayley and Beth were so personable and helpful! We had a really sweet afternoon finding my dress and building memories Ill treasure forever. My dad is an even bigger Joon advocate than I am!!! I know they see brides all day every day but they took the time to make me and my parents feel really special and that meant the world!

I literally cannot say enough about my experience at Joon! I have been engaged for three years, and had a dress that I fell completely out of love with. Joon was my last stop on my (new) dress journey before I just simply gave up, and settled for the dress I already owned. I was so discouraged because I couldn’t find a dress that I felt would “be the one” for our big day. Turns out, I was wrong! I cant recommend Joon Bridal highly enough. Beth and Shayley have an incredible eye for style and curated an impeccable collection of dresses — dresses you wont find at other bridal salons. They know fashion and they know the wedding industry. When I picked up my dress, I brought in my wedding shoes — they knew which shoes Id purchased from the color of the box. Thats next-level. The experience is incredibly personal and youll definitely leave feeling like your big day is as important to them as it is to you (and like you want them to be your best friends). Go, go, go.

I had the absolute best experience at Joon! Beth put in the extra effort to make sure my family and I felt comfortable and welcome at their shop! The wonderful customer service started right off the bat as she made a point to learn and call upon each guest by their name, which I thought was extra special! She was very responsive any time I had questions regarding inventory, scheduling and shipment of my items. It was a seamless and stress free process as she took the time to work with us on getting everything I wanted within the budget we had in place. I love their little shop and everything they do to showcase quality and specialty items to our community. There are not words to truly describe how incredible Joon bridal is! The experience at Joon was better than I could have ever dreamed! I got to tag along for a friend’s appointment here, and we had the best time! Beth set up a few snacks and drinks for us to enjoy while my friend tried on the most beautiful dresses. The space itself is so pretty, and you can tell how much thought and effort went into creating a welcoming and relaxing environment. Joon bridal is everything. The dresses make the shop beautiful and elegant, but the true icons are Beth & Shayley. You walk in to not just smiling faces, but caring ones. Trust me, youll hit it off immediately -- with a dress & a girl boss. They were always honest, you wont feel like youre buying a dress, but instead winning a dress. The experience from first try on, to accessorizing and frantic alterations questions, Joon is there.

This quaint shop is out of a story book. The environment is so welcoming, and the dresses are all so elegant and well made. Beths attention to detail shows in her cute shop and unique dresses. In other experiences Ive had wedding dress shopping, I felt like I had to form my body to the dresses multiple layers and stiff structure. Here, the dresses have such carefully made material (with intricate lace and soft silks) that will adjust and fit to your body, so that you can feel both beautiful and comfortable. Beth also makes an experience that could feel awkward and intimidating, fun and relaxing. She is such a kind person, that seems to know how to make her clients feel beautiful rather than just look it. Though with her stunning dresses, it is not hard to feel stunning. As much as I pride myself on being a non-traditional bride, I really enjoyed that at Joon I got to experience my inner queen :-).

Shayley helped me pick dresses and encouraged me to try different styles. There was never any pressure to buy. Shayley just wanted to make sure I felt comfortable the whole time! WOW. So many great things to say about Joon Bridal. We set up an appointment and had the whole place to ourselves, which was relaxing and stress free. I have helped other brides at busy shops where we felt time crunched and stressed, and this experience was the exact opposite, relaxed and focused all on me. Beth and Shayley were friendly and welcoming from the start. Beth offered us drinks and Shayley started by learning about my style and the wedding. She listened and noticed all of the nuances of different aspects I liked. She asked about my budget and was conscious to let me know if I was going to try something on that was outside of my comfort zone. My favorite thing was how Shayley paired a skirt I loved with a dress I didnt initially consider to create the perfect combination. I am from out of town and had my appointment at Joon while visiting my sister. They were very accommodating in helping me figure out how we can make that work for shipping my dress and doing a fitting over the phone if I am not able to come back in. Overall, Joon provided a wonderful experience in their beautiful shop for me to find my perfect dress.

I was actually about to buy another dress that day before stepping into Beths adorable bridal boutique. The dress selection at Joon Bridal is very modern and elegant. It was just what I was looking for. I literally walked in that Saturday morning and ordered MY dress that day. Beth really made it that easy! I ordered it in June and got it in October. She kept me informed through the whole process. I highly recommend Joon Bridal! It is the best bridal boutique in Northwest Arkansas.
