The new management is extremely unprofessional. Nobody ever answers the phone. They are extremely slow with online orders.

If you come while dropping off your books at the end of the semester you get can the next semester books. Atmosphere is clean and staff was friendly.

This is one of my favorite places, from day one the staff is super helpful and knows what they are doing. Yeah some books are not brand new but its a rental and its better than paying almost 1k for textbooks. It has all the school supplies you could need and if you have a book voucher just go buy your supplies.

Staff is very rude. They have given me the wrong code for my online lab kit, which had to get straightened out over the phone. The speech textbook is so fragile that it will fall apart in a book bag by itself and priced at $87. I have received books with torn pages. But when I go to return my chem textbook, there was a very minor bit of water on the corner and they wouldnt even take it. It was from my hardees cup in my door that put a little dribble on the cover from me opening and closing my door. It didnt even look water damaged. If Im going to come out of pocket over $300 for this mess, just let me buy some used textbooks online. This is a SCAM.

Student book store is great for all of my FSU items.

If you are late returning a book, they charge you the FULL amount for the book. Even if its a book they are using again for that class. For this reason, I will not be renting books from them anymore. I paid $800 for a book that looks like it cost 20 bucks to make. Hello Amazon! You dont care if my books are a bit late! You charge me a little extra, but not $800!!!!!

I’m a little older than most students so my perception is a little different than most. Yes, it’s a smaller campus, however that allows the instructors to know the student as an individual and not just a number.The instructors are invested in the success of the student and as long as the student is willing to try then they are will to assist.This is a great university.

This place is a key factor to the University. My only downfall to this store is the prices. I understand the funds goes directly to the University, but they are very expensive. The staff within the store assists very well.

Extremely poor synchronization and communication with the financial aid department. Poor location relative to the rest of campus. The only reason I gave it more than one star was because the staff was nice.

Always super helpful and polite when youve got questions about a book or anything else, and if they dont know, theyre quick to ask and find the answer for you.
