Navigation online is quite easy to get through. The process is also very quick. Shipping was fast and free. My issue lies in communication with customers. I ordered 3 books and only 2 arrived to my home, as one was out of stock. This is understandable, however, a delay notification/expected time of restock would be useful. They could also use some more staff to help with phone calls and a more speedy process of transactions in the building itself.

The place is very presentable, the assistance available, is great. However, upplies werent already costly, they open at 8, rather than 730a. One would think with school having just started that they would open earlier. I sat there at 712a and find out 10mins later they open @8a. My classes start at 8a, and some days, 830a. That is very unfair and sincerely inconsiderate for the start of school. I can understand about 2 wks into classes, but its just not right.

Due to where the line is roped off at, it makes it difficult to get to several items. I think the merchandise could be set up better so that it is better assessable to the consumer. It is a much smoother process if you are able to order your products online and pick up in the store.

They updated the way you get books. Its quick and straightforward.Only con for me is I say that I want digital books only and they give me books. Im not talking about the book code combos. Im talking about books I dont need. Im tired of driving all the way out there again to return books.

My husband bought a physics textbook online. It cost over $200. It is NOT a textbook. It is literally pages with no binding or covers that you are supposed to shove into a binder.

I have never been to the bookstore, but over the phone, the staff made an effort to be friendly and professional. I recently had a bad experience with online ordering. I placed an order five weeks ago, and it has still not shipped. After multiple calls, hangups, and transfers with the bookstore, I have been told I should receive my order in a week. Fingers crossed. Maybe they will throw a gift card in there for my inconvenience.

Staff is normally upbeat and pleasant. There is normally someone walking around willing to help you figure out what youre looking for as well. They get out orders rather quickly when ordering online which is a plus because I hate driving across town to go in the bookstore at the beginning of classes.

Extremely over priced, the books are mostly misplaced, they dont restock the shelves quick enough knowing the next semester is coming. Not restocking the shelves sucks mostly for the people on assistant aid because they have dead lines to use that money but if the store doesnt have the book in that time frame, they get screwed. Its hard to find someone to help, when they do help theyre really nice but have just as much a clue to where everything is as I do. Just needs to be organized better.

Worst home town school. Your home town school should be the one school you should be able to count on in making your community better! FTCC is not. They do not care about any of the hundreds of Americans trying to get an education to better there lives, they do not care about anything! I am a married woman who makes $60 a week and together my husband and I make $1400 if even that to pay bills per month. We now have a car payment because are over 15 year old car with over 200,000 miles on it was bleeding us dry. We just could not afford it and it is only by the grace of God we are making it now. We have no money for food, no money for clothes and no money to pay off are dept mostly created from the 15 year old car just keeping it alive. The government kept taking more money for health insurance despite us making less and Food Stamps said we made too much, barley...So having my FASFA tampered with when me and my husband are just trying to be smart and make a better life for our selves and so that we can build a family is not what I call helping your local community! I am sorry that we are not part of the average who could care less or be lazy in what we become in life! I am sorry that my husband and I are not part of the, I guess, better half of the country having children they can not afford and instead we choose education first! I am sorry that we are law abiding, honest citizens who dont lie on tax forms and to get Food Stamps! I am sorry that we are trying to do the best for us even if its a struggle so that instead of adding to the growing population of criminals and people with just no manners or common since, we actually raise are kids and educate them and care for them by being the best we can be so that they will not have to know this struggle...I am sorry!

Typical college bookstore. Friendly cashiers and the store is very organized. No trouble locating your books on your own. There are staff members on the floor to help students. Four stars because the books are so expensive but during buy back you dont receive any where near what you paid. 😭

Safety measures in place for workers and students. Got in and out. But it was early morning. A bit of a line in the afternoon with the limited number of students allowed in at a time. Just be patient.

Went to get a book for a Continuing Education class. Guy who worked there was nice and helpful. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes.

Quick help from the people in the store and from a quick glance, not super overpriced like other colleges

Terrible experience as a distance learner buying online. I was charged twice for my order without my permission. Today, one charge has removed to be replaced by a third charge equal to the second amount charged. As a student who works full time to fund my education, I would like to see my money back in my account. Very unnerving that my funds are held and not available for my family.

The. Absolute. Worst. If the book store’s goal is to not give you the material you paid for, not return phone calls or emails, then they are doing a great job. Keep up the good work ftcc bookstore!

The way the school is choosing to credit finacial aid now is crazy. Why would you have to get a book loan to cover the cost of your books if you have more than enough Pell Grant money. Just another way they keep getting more money from us.

Dispite the back to school rush, I was in and out in about 10 minutes. It took longer to check out than to get what I needed. Great customer service and I liked the system for telling you which register is available.

Super crowded in the morning but the staff is very good at guiding you and making sure you get what you need. I recommend going in the afternoon, and getting your book before the semester starts.

They desk with high traffic well when students are getting their books on a busy day. Prices are high on most items.
