This is a great Bike Shop. On more than one occasion, I needed to fix one of my bikes and they not only fixed them but most importantly, they had the parts on hand. Great service and real pros.

To all grandparents out there......the new Specialized eBike Como is a game changer. I tested a number of eBikes and Ben allowed my wife and I test a few of his eBikes. Boy am I glad I tested the Specialized from Ben’s shop. Ben was very helpful fitting my wife and I with the right bike and correct size for the two of us. We both bought the Como and absolutely love them. My wife has be riding her bike to work everyday and I’m using my bike to get around town. But the most fun is riding with our grandson on the bikes. We added a Mac Ride to my bike and our grandson ask to go on a bike ride each time he comes to our house. I highly recommend you see Ben and let him get you in a game changer today. This bike is awesome not only because they have great products, any bike shop can have them.. the staff is very friendly and helpful to say the least. I went a handful of times to check bikes and they never made me feel rushed or ignorant for asking questions about group sets and/or comparing models. Ben helped me last and was super helpful explaining to me all the details about my bike! Badass shop. 🤘🏻

This place is fantastic. We came in completely clueless and left feeling informed, happy, and comfortable with our purchase. The owner, Ben, really treats his customers well and the employees are always so nice. They even installed our rack and gave us a tutorial on how to use our equipment. Highly recommended!

Everyone that I came in contact with today was an absolute pleasure! They squeezed me in for new tires and they were the only ones in NWA with the tire size that I needed. I’ll definitely be back and absolutely recommend them!

Fantastic shop. I was visiting the area for all of the Epic trails that this area has and had forgot my sram wireless derailleur and my Reverb dropper batteries and this shop was 1 of only 2 bike shops in both Bentonville and Fayetteville that actually had one in stock and saved my weekend.Friendly employees and I highly recommend them. 👍👍

Bought my five year old daughter her first “real” bike today. Had a great experience. The guy helping us was super cool, no pressure at all, and let us work at our own pace when picking out her bike. We picked a bike that was pretty big for her (she will grow into it) and they even cut down the seat post to help with the fit. Will buy from here again.

Stopped by to look at mountain bikes. I am in the market for a new trail bike, and I was looking to spend on the order of two thousand dollars. When I walked in on June 17th, 2020 at roughly 2pm, I saw as many as six employees that were not wearing masks.We are in the midst of what is likely the deadliest pandemic in over a century, and just a day ago, we saw the United States report an increase in infected individuals by over 70k, shattering any previous daily record by any other country.There is no ambiguity here; the management and employees of the Bike Route dont care to protect themselves or their clientele from Covid-19 transmission.I immediately turned around and walked out. If you dont care about my life as another human being, how can I expect you to care about me as a customer?

Purchasing a new bike can be intimidating to someone that is not well versed in the cycling world. I had the best experience here. I felt comfortable to ask questions. They never talked over my head. They were very friendly. The customer service is out of this world. When I went to pick up my bike, everyone in the store was sharing in my excitement to go ride! They were also very quick to invite me on group rides and just make me feel really involved and included so then I get the most out of my bike!

Ive known most of the staff and owner at TBR for over 5 years and can say without a doubt they are the most courteous, professional, and honest bike dealer in the area. Ive bought 5 different bikes from them for myself and my wife in that time, and, they truly do what they say they will do. I never had an issue they didnt resolve quickly and professionally. I can count on one hand how many places Ive taken the time to write a review on, and, they have earned it.

This is my second bike purchase from The Bike Route. Theres a reason for that! The service is unbeatable and the deals are awesome! Im big on research and went to literally every bike shop in Northwest Arkansas to check out the different brands as well as the people supporting them. I was surprised to learn that several shops dont like to let you test drive their bikes! Instead they want you to rent them for $80 a day! The Bike Route had always offered to let me test drive anything even before I asked. The salespeople and even the owner, Ben, are always willing to take the time to answer all my questions and they offer a free bike fit and tune ups. And they just started carrying Specialized bikes! I just bought the first one they had on the floor. Ive already put some miles on it and couldnt be happier!

Cant thank this crew enough. They fit me into their schedule as I was traveling through the area and delivered a beautifully tuned product that made me feel like my bike was just out the box again. The experience I had with the team here is exactly what the community of cyclists needs.

Incredible service. Had a warranty issue while on vacation and Bike Route coordinated with Specialized in CA and a bike shop in GA to get my bike repaired, with zero disruption to our vacation. John Sandy is the man!!

Amazing customer service and knowledgeable shop. I knew nothing about bikes and they got me set up within minutes. My bike lock got stuck about a mile away and they came all the way to help me out and gave me a new lock. Told them I was out of town and they cut me a deal and told me to have fun! Will be coming back! Oh I don’t know his name but the guy with long hair and a lousy ache deserves a raise!

I came here to have my cassette switched over to a new rim. When we ran into a problem(due to my error), they assured me it was actually not too problematic and didnt charge me for the service. Also, the service they were providing was 1/4 the price of our other local shop - The Phat Tire Bike Shop, which had a price 4x as much. 5 stars and have earned my business!

Needed a new chain for my kids bike and received wonderful service as they had to make a chain for a small bike. I felt like we received the same level of service as a serious bike enthusiast. You saved or camping trip.

They wont sell you something you dont need and they dont treat you like an idiot, like some bike shops.If youre in the market for a bike or need your ride fixed, take your bike in and theyll help you.End of story.

This is a great place. They have a wide selection of bikes for all needs. Ie; Road, Trail, Greenway, and Mountain bikes. I have purchased 3 bikes total from there. They work with me to make adjustments, change stems, and everything Ive needed. They will also order anything you might need. Friendly and professional staff. If youre in the market a bike or accessories give these folks a try.

The staff at The Bike Route are uber friendly and helpful. I recently purchased a new bike and child trailer. Ben helped me find a bike that fit my needs and budget. Their bike shop did an awesome tune up on my 15 year old Cannondale. And they helped me adjust my new hitch mount bike carrier. The Bike Route has done an all around great job at getting my family ready to hit the bike trails.

Good service during the sale especially from the mechanic John. Unfortunately on return visits the sales person and even the owner pretty much ignored us other than John the mechanic who was very engaging and friendly. You would think that after spending $11k on two bikes you would at least get a greeting. After working at a much, much bigger bike shop in Dallas where we always took pride in getting to know our customers needless to say I was disappointed.10/6/19 Update...these guys are amazing. While on a biking vacation 1500 miles from Fayetteville my wife blew a drive belt in the motor of her Specialized Turbo Levo FSR. One call to John Sandy and he took over coordinating the overnight shipment to a shop in Georgia a new motor which included expediting a warranty claim with Specialized, monitoring the shipment, and arranging installation with a local shop at our location. Incredible service!!!!

Great place nice people and good service

I went in for a specific saddle for my bike and the lady went above and beyond to find it for me and even went to the back and brought out the laptop to where I was and we found the one I was looking for.
