We discovered our tires were pretty low and high roller was the closest place. Staff was very friendly and helped us out no charge. They had a large assortment of bikes which was amazing given the supply issues. We purchased a really nice t-shirt for less than $20. Recommend

I’m a new bike owner and have forgotten everything that I knew about bicycles from when I was a kid. The guys at Highroller are amazing! Helpful, friendly and never made me feel like an idiot. I bought a used bike at a great price they checked it over showed me everything that I needed to know and didn’t try to push products or services that I didn’t need. I highly recommend them and appreciate their knowledge and expertise.

They fixed my Bike Friday and I am really happy with the repair but for some reason the service person insisted on complaining about it being a folding bike. He literally followed up a comment on how many miles it had on it by saying it will always be a problem and folding bikes arent that great. Well, Highroller Cyclery, your baby is ugly too!

Thank you Sam for lubing my chain... Seriously, you repaired my bike instantly because it was a simple fix, taught me how to repair my bike in the future and lubed the chain without being asked.

Should have most of what you need. I think the service is subpar or maybe a little arrogant sometimes. I went in looking for an item and kept getting somewhat of an argument why I shouldn’t put a kickstand on my mountain bike that I use for commuting and transporting my kid to the park. It’s a safety hazard for mountain biking but even after explaining what it’s use was still a little too much shade and personal arrogance opinion of leaving it on its side on the the ground vs a kickstand.

I honestly have never written an online review before but I could not let this go without saying something. I went in to simply get some air put into my rear shock because I dont have a shock pump, and right off the bat, they told me they would charge me for it. They were going to charge $4 to simply pump some air into the shock, ridiculous. The guy behind the counter immediately said that my shock needed servicing and they could do it for me. I politely said no, simply because I know that the shock needed only air, not servicing. Another one of the guys grabbed a shock pump and tried to pump it but only pressurized the tube because he didnt even realize that the pump wasnt screwed on all the way. Long story short, they told me that I was either going to have to let them service it, send it off to a company, or retire the bike completely. I left there fuming and decided to get a second opinion. I went to Phat Tire and they immediately pumped it up and answered all of my questions. They didnt try to sell me anything extra and when I asked the Phat Tire employee why they didnt charge me, he said, All I did was put air into your shock, why would I need you to pay me for that? EXACTLY. Please whatever you do, dont go to Highroller. Its not worth it. I am no bike expert but I look like a freaking genius compared to these chumps.

I love the guys at Highroller! They are always friendly and welcoming no matter what I need. My husband recently went in to get me new bike shoes for Christmas and I couldn’t have picked out a better pair myself!!In the past, I experienced frustrations about being able to get my tire back on after changing a flat, and they took the time to show me some techniques to make it easier. They always go above and beyond!

This is the classic Fayetteville bike shop. Over the years you see the Fayetteville biking family inhabit this place. Thanks for great service and friendly attitude. Biking is one of the greatest attributes of our city, and we have the bike shop that meets the peculiar character of our city.

Friendly service and professional attitude. Only minor gripe is the cost of rental bikes. At 27.50 for four hours including tax this is quite steep for budget level bikes (Altus comp) that have no bell, no lights and no lock. I can rent a Chevvy impala here for 36 dollars a DAY and it has a horn, lights and a lock... All bike shops charge too much for rentals in this area IMHO

I went in with not much cash and little idea of what I wanted from a bike other than purpose. They got me a great bike for riding around campus up the hills and even discounted the ticket price $50! The staff didnt try to push a bunch of unnecessary accessories down my throat, but recommended some essentials. Gave me room to breathe while shopping for accessories and they gave me %10 off with the purchase of my bike. They even put the accessories on for me before I left and showed me how everything worked. Overall really great experience and the selection was much better than other bike shops I had visited. Would definitely recommend looking here before other shops in NWA.

First off it’s wayyyyyy overpriced, I’ve had better customer service at Walmart. If you’re wanting a chain or a tube replaced you’re looking at about a week wait save yourself the time and money just do it yourself. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this shop.

This is a nice shop with some good bikes, but the elitist attitudes of the staff here are a bit too much. Suffice to say that unless youre on a $2500+ bike theyll look down on you for your inadequate taste. It gets annoying really quickly when youre a college student looking for the best prices, and ive taken my business elsewhere. I know of two or three friends personally that have had the same experience. I guess the highroller name really does fit this shop...
