A gem for the bike lover. Have your bike checked / repaired here. Best to make an appointment before as they can get slammed but worth the wait. Prices are very reasonable.Next to easy access bike trails. Also like the fact that you can get a great coffee next door and if the bakery a couple of doors further is open you can enjoy good quality artisan bread.

Never had a bad experience at any Phat tire location. All of them welcome you in and help answer any questions you have. Danny,Ben, Andrew in Springdale, Curtis in Rogers and Siddhi in Fayetteville have all been great to work with.

Excellent knowledge and very helpful in choosing the right bike for me. They called another store to make sure the bike I wanted was available and already assembled. We got there and the staff put on the accessories as I waited. They made sure the bike was exactly how I wanted it before we left. Excellent customer service! They even attached the hitch rack for us.

Rented a Trek Rail for my 4-day MTB trip to NW AR. This shop is awesome! Called them to reserve it, picking it up was flawless. Out the door in 5 min. Super friendly, super helpful staff …. Will be back.

I reserved 2 rental bikes a week in advance for labor day weekend. Im from out of town and was excited to check out the local trails with my wife on our vacation. We showed up to pick up the bikes and were told that one was out of service because it had been wrecked. I get that things happen, but it would have been nice to know before the morning we were scheduled to pick them up. A simple phone call could have given us time to try and reserve bikes somewhere else or at least make other plans. Thats pretty terrible customer service and Id avoid using this shop for that alone.

We were so impressed with the bikes we rented!! They were top of the line and way better than I expected! I will definitely be back!! Hoping to be buying some bikes too! I was also pleasantly surprised our that 2 of our bike rental cost goes to the purchase of a new bike! 😊

My best advice is if you dont know what youre doing or you dont know what youre looking for tell the guys what you need or what you might need in the future and theyre not trying to sell you things theyre just trying to help you out and in the process you can buy stuff

The people that work here are very knowledgeable about all types of bikes. I went there for the first time to fix two of my mine that were sitting outside for a while. 1 unfortunately didnt make it through surgery, but instead of trashing the bike, they offered to donate its parts. The other bike made it through and rides better than ever. I will definitely be bringing my bike back for service and will be buying another 1 soon.

Every time I come in to the store the staff is always friendly. The service department is always prompt and answers any question I have. I would definitely recommend Phat Tire Fayetteville to anyone needing help with anything bike related!!

Wonderful, knowledgeable team at Phat Tire. The are very attentive to their customers wants and needs in their bike. They spend time making sure you find a bike you are comfortable on and offers the best fit. The store is well stocked, clean, and has a friendly atmosphere.

The people who work here either follow you around and wont stop talking or they completely ignore you and give you dirty looks. It sux this is the only place to buy a trek. I dont think the management realizes normal people dont wan to deal with the radical bike kids.....

Absolutely brilliant shop. If you’re new to the sport or have been riding forever, I don’t think you’ll find a better shop than this one anywhere. I’m lucky to have found it so early in my journey. Bought my first “real” bike from them and they literally did everything to ensure I’d have a successful launch into the sport. I knew nothing. They never once treated me like I was burden. Answered every question, never tried to upsell me. They were genuinely excited for me and excited to share their knowledge. Never felt intimidated or stupid. Totally believe I can go back and pester them with newbie questions and they’d be more than happy to answer all of them for me with a smile. Absolutely great bike shop. Five stars. Hands down.

My family stopped in on a short visit to Fayetteville for a late-morning ride on the Greenway just out the shops back door. Within a few minutes, four rentals were prepped and ready to roll! The staff gave us great directions for the type of ride we wanted, as well as a few pro tips for local eats. Really friendly, helpful team. When were ready to purchase a new bike or two, Ill happily make the two-hour trip to the nearest PT. Great experience!

I rented a bike from the Fayetteville location where Theron was super helpful. He made sure the bike and helmet were perfit fits and adjusted the seat to make sure it was comfortable. I had an encounter with two other Phat Tire employees; one in Bentonville and again in Springdale. These young men were also very helpful in making sure I had correct directions back to the Greenway and I had the refreshments I needed to complete my 54 mile trip to Bentonville Square and back. Thank you Phat Tire! I will be back soon!

Great service, great staff and a good selection of products! Sorry guys I had to take a star off due to a recent experience there. Personally I love the store, selection of products, and the staff is super friendly, helpful, and will take the time to answer any questions, but....My wife needed to use the restroom and their dog was blocking the path so I approached him slowly while talking to him and he began barking. My wife and I have our own dogs but she is terrified of dogs that show any type of aggression so I had to leave to take her to another place to use the restroom. I returned and made my purchase but she would not go back inside with me. Please guys, if the dog is going to act that way please keep him in back. I know for sure that it was NOT Tomato because he came out to see what was going on and was super friendly. I will definitely return in the future to make purchases but I hope my wife will go back inside with me for a possible bike upgrade for her in the future.

I brought my 3 speed cruiser in to the mall location for a check-up. Asked them to change out the chain and just look it over. 5 days later, no one had touched it. I didnt get a necessarily welcoming vibe from the men present when I dropped it off. I did finally talk to a mechanic there who was helpful and took care of my bike. Next time I need service, I will probably look elsewhere.

Bought a bike at the bike route and didn’t get the service I expected.When to the Phat tire in Fayetteville and Even when I didn’t purchase a the bike from them, they where happy to help.New wheel sets and they tuned the bike for me without charging me.Great folks up there! Now they are busy because they are so good but worth the wait.

If you like bikes, this place has great ones. Shop seems to focus on the rider and not the bike. Love going here.

My husband and I decided we wanted to start riding bikes, and when we get asked into the store, we had the privilege of talking to Mark. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable, but he was really accommodating and kind as well. Mark definitely went above and beyond to help me find a bike that worked for me. We spent a couple of days renting bikes and figuring out what worked and didn’t work for us, and went from there. He was determined to make us have an enjoyable experience and did a great job. I’d highly recommend the shop (especially working with Mark!) to anyone interested in biking.

Came to buy a bike and nobody even paid attention to us or offered us help. They didn’t even greet us when we came in, but the people who came in 5 minutes behind us were greeted and asked if they needed anything.

Had a great experience here the 4 times Ive been and will continue to come. Spike is a great store manager and has been extremely kind. I had the help of a man who was kind enough to show me how to change a flat (just got into cycling for triathlon) and the sweet younger woman helped me with a return with shoes I order in the wrong size. She pulled out multiple pairs and got me into the exact fitting. Hands down better than the other 3 bikes stores Ive been to in the Dallas area and from what I hear from friends, the area as well.

Over-priced, low quality service.Brought my brand new bike in that needed a disc brake oil flush and some minor adjustment around the handlebar. I checked out with a bill of $71 and they didnt even test-drive it - the clerk at the front desk lied to my face. The only thing done was to adjust the handle bar. Came back to clarify and they eventually did the flush, but the brake still does not operate well. Didnt even bother to wipe off the excess oil. Just very mediocre service at a very high price.

Best customer service I’ve received at a Fayetteville bike shop, hands down. Even though they were super busy and I was a walk-in, they helped me and got my bike fixed up while I waited. They answered all my questions and were friendly. Will definitely be going back to them for bike needs from here on out!

I give an A+ on the purchase and service at Phat tire. I have now owned my bike for about a year. If I remember correctly it’s a Trek power fly 7s plus. I am almost 60. There is no way I could go mountain biking with out the electric assist. I advise anyone who wants to enjoy all the trails and be able to walk the next day. Check out the E-bikes. Every employee at phat tire works hard and is knowledgeable.

I’ve have been able to purchase three bikes from Phat Tire, one from Bentonville and two from the Fayetteville location. They have always been helpful and educating me on things I want to know when picking a bike or fixing my bike. When it was something I wasn’t confident in fixing myself they have always been quick to fix it and get it back to me so I can start riding again. Wouldn’t go to another bike shop unless I absolutely had to.

I was amazed what a difference a quality bike makes for the riding experience. Spike and his crew have taken such good care of me on this journey so far. They are super knowledgeable, patient and passionate about their craft.

Spike helped my wife and I dial in the fit on both our mountain bikes so we could have a comfortable week of biking around Northwest Arkansas. We found out wifes existing bike was too large and they were selling last years rental to make way for new. Spike and Noah worked out a deal for us, and we left with a smaller bike to try for a few days. We ended up buying the bike and they went out of their way to give us an excellent customer service experience.

I have been relying on all these fine folks for years to help with knowledge and enthusiasm. And they have amazing bikes and products that they will explain and compare for you. Today I bought a really cool GPS speedometer that has so many features. They showed me all about it. Recently they let me try one of the E-bikes. Amazing way to ride to work. I see one in my future. And they are pet friendly. They all went crazy over my puppies when I brought them last week...

I stopped by 4 times in one week before finalizing my purchase, and I felt well taken care of each time.
