I came here after going to another major beauty supply store that was out of stock of almost everything I needed. I had no words when I stepped into this store. Everything was in stock. There were no empty shelves. NONE. My mind was blown. I had never seen anything like this before. The store even had products I had never seen before in other beauty stores. I was even able to find a Jamaican Mango & Lime oil I hadnt been able to find for months.The employees made you feel wanted in the store by walking around and smiling at everyone and asking if help was needed. I greatly enjoyed my time here and this is now my new favorite store for restocking hair-care products.

This place is my one stop shop for my eccentric hair care needs. You have come through, made your mark, staked your claim, and put all beauty stores to shame. Kudos to you for bringing flare and diversity to Fayetteville.

My go to hair store I find what I need at a great price. They are open late and everyone is very knowledgeable. 100% Shea butter sold here has worked wonders for my skin definitely recommend but leave some on the shelves for me.

Superb customer service. From the moment you get in the door you are pleasantly greeted. The lovely staff make sure to help you with whatever you might need. I needed a eyeliner pencil and the cashier didn’t just point me in the direction to go like most cashiers. He actually took the time to step from behind the counter and assist me. The customer service is...ehhhhh. Went in and spent $400 on this oh so great Tiffany collection 15A hair (its made up). Went back in to a week later to show them how bad this great Virgin hair was tangled in my head. Super friendly employees recommended all.of this BS to keep it untangled-ive been wearing Virgin hair a while and know it doesnt take all that. They comp the items ($12). It didnt work. Went back. They said they couldnt do anything. Got this hair last minute and wore it to Mexico. It tangled and matted so bad- got it cut and rocked a Bob for about a week before i couldnt deal anymore. $400 hair should be lasting you years not weeks. And yes - i know beauty supply store??? Who does that? But learn from my experience..go on Ali Express or some quality bundle sellers! This Virgin hair their advertising has synthetic blends and is processed! Ive had better pack human hair; however, if you dont mind hair that sheds and tangles every minute of the day go for it!

I didnt want to jump to quick judgment so I am posting this after a few visits. I am convinced they have no patience for 60+ aged shoppers. I asked for specific product, I was told I would have to go thru items. She wasnt sure if they carried it.. Skipping ahead, the cashier even tried to lie about a discount that he was giving me.

Best place to go to get hair and supplies.

They are very helpful and friendly but this review is based on the quality of hair I purchased. The bundles that are supposed to be 100% real human hair definitely are not. The curly hair was terrible honestly paid over $100 then over $100 ti have it installed and took it out a week later I hated it so much and it did not feel good.Initially I was really happy to support a small business in my area but the quality just turned me off so much.Again, It’s a nice store and they’re helpful and if you’re not going for real human hair then you’re probably fine.

Does not carry hair for people with full head of grey hair. Only ambrey that starts with black at the roots then yellowish grey at end. Nothing with grey at root.

I loved the selection of clothing. Jus wished they had my size in more items.. The building used to be a hardware store then a rental place for bounce house equipment.. But overall love the selection of beauty products and apparel.
